Eden Roc Resort - All Inclusive

Ni kan sluta leta efter det perfekta All inclusive-hotellet. Eden Roc is it! Framförallt servicen, mat och dryck är bättre än vad vi någonsin upplevt. 6-7 á la carte-restauranger som ingick gjorde att det kändes nytt varje kväll. Lägg därtill proffsig underhållning och bartenders som blandar drinkar med kända märken så förstår ni! Läget med en härlig strand och pooler gör det hela komplett. Och är det något som inte funkar löser Katerina i Guest Relations direkt! Padel och tennis spelar man gratis, bara en sån sak. Enda minuset är att det pågår renovering av hotell bredvid, men det störde ej - endast estetiskt inte så tilltalande. Men detta ska vara färdigt snart. Vi (51, 48, 20, 18 och 16 år) trivdes som bara den! Åk dit!

Overall good. The facilities are good. Restaurants are good with nice staff. The things that can improve are the staffing (hotel seems understaffed), cleaning (cleaners did not exchange towels but folded up used ones) and beach attendence (the number of beds are linted and often we found that people who were not hotel guests occupied beds at expense of hotel guests. We informed the hotel who said they would look into it but never did. Its bad when paying guests do not get access to the facilities and hotel does not care to pay attention on ”non guests”.)

Merci à Stellina (réception) qui parle couramment français et nous a traduit les documents ou menus écrits en anglais et à la direction de l avoir détacher pour venir aux restaurants. Le personnel est très agréable et attentionné. Merci à Alexandra et Abou et bien d autres de faire l’effort de parler français. Question all inclusive : super l’un des meilleurs que nous ayons fait, tous délicieux avec de très belles présentations ; niveau boissons le meilleur avec des alcools internationaux. Nous avions un bungalow vue jardin (518), pour 3 personnes max avec vue sur mer, au calme avec baignoire/douche très bien agencée, moderne. Il se situe dans un cadre verdoyant et en retrait des animations du soir. Piscine adultes olympique avec eau de mer salée, par contre pour les transats y aller très tôt (à priori la direction règlerait le problème) et la plage est de gravier, la piscine enfant n’est pas mal non plus. Pour les personnes ne parlant pas anglais vous pouvez y aller sans problème, vous saurais vous faire comprendre. La direction est très réactive et à l’écoute. L’hôtel est à moins de 30 minutes de l aéroport et à 15 minutes de Rhodes en taxi. Merci pour ce séjour très agréable (nous serions bien restés 😉)

Beautiful hotel in a beautiful area. Large complex but very well managed. The beach is their own and the main pool looks olympic size! All staff are very friendly and accommodating.

A family wedding, arrived about midnight and we were given a Glas of champagne, reception were very helpful . Told us what to do and where to go. The room was amazing a bottle of wine and fruit were waiting for us The food was top knotch loads to choose from. The staff were helpfull and friendly The entertainment was good the beech was always clean Definitely returning next year

The food was great and the beach was awesome

The Hotel overall has great facilities and restaurants. We had a Garden Bungalow which was spacious (family of 4) and well furnished. Pool areas need renovetion same as Pool view bungalows.

Mooie resort, Met alles wat men nodig heeft, ontbijt was niet naar het niveau van het lunch en avond eten. Heel leuk dat ze je toch proberen het restaurant gevoel te geven. Enkele bemerkingen: Netheid van de kamers is wat ondermaats naar het niveau van het hotel, kamers zijn niet goed gepoetst ( grond was de eerste dag even vuil als de laatste) Ook is het een drama om een ligstoel te vinden aan het strand. Er staat op het procedure van het hotel dat bij het niet gebruiken van de ligstoelen de handdoeken werden weggenomen, maar dat werd helaas nooit gedaan. Er waren stoel die van ‘s morgens tot ‘S avonds bezet waren en nooit gebruikt werden.

Staff is fantastic and works extremely hard. The restaurants are a bit understaffed and impacted service and quality. The guests are mainly British, enjoying the facilities and drinks! Nice friendly crowd, but I would not recommend if you are looking for quiet and calm atmosphere. Prices went up this year (again) and I question whether it is worth the price. Yes it is nice and fun for a few days, but without a proper upgrade/ make-over of the rooms and better staffed facilities it is a bit too expensive.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel, and from start to finish, the experience was amazing. The level of service was fantastic. Every staff member I encountered was friendly, attentive, and went out of their way to ensure my comfort. I especially want to give thanks to Soubi the Barman who looked after us all holiday. You are a credit to the hotel. The room was very clean and had an amazing sea views from the balcony. Housekeeping was consistent and thorough, and everything—from the linens to the bathroom—was spotless. The amenities were another highlight. Whether it was the fitness centre, sports facilities, pool or on-site dining options, everything was to an excellent standard. One of the standout features of my visit was the hotel’s onsite restaurants. The atmosphere was elegant yet welcoming, the service was great, and nearly every dish I tried was absolutely delicious. There was only one of the restaurants that we didn’t really enjoy which was the grill. However It’s rare to find a hotel with such a large choice of restaurants that could easily stand on thier own, but these exceeded all expectations. All the staff work so hard and guest relations are always on hand if you require help booking into the restaurant. I wouldn’t hesitate to return, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable and stress-free stay. We will certainly be returning.

I liked food , drinks but in the dining room plates was dirty 😕 and some glasses

Upton arriving to the hotel, it met our expectations, modern, clean and welcoming. However after a few days issues with the hotel started to unfold. The 'hot' food served in the buffet was always cold. This became a concern so we avoided it as much as possible. Bar service was slow, often queuing for over 15min+ for a drink. The cocktail menu was limited and the standard of cocktails being poor often being given drinks half filled or not made well, which made them undrinkable Most of the al a carte restaurant we ate in where great, however we found booking these difficult. We had a party of 9 across three rooms and had to book reservations with concierge on our first day to secure dining. We couldn't get into any the first two days due to availability, but when attending the restaurants we had booked these where almost empty at times We had booked an executive suite our shower leaked and would flood the room if a few towels weren't put down under the shower door The ceiling in the walk in wardrobe started to leak and water from the air-conditioning unit leaked onto my clothes. It took maintenance 4 hours to respond while water kept coming down The hotel offered to launder my clothes which i didn’t receive back until 10pm & inspection most of the clothes were damp. There was a leak outside our bedroom, there was visible mould on the wall and water all over the floor which didn’t get cleaned up I wouldn't consider this to be a 5* hotel

Reception, restaurant and animation staff all wonderful. Food was also very good, especially the al a carte restaurants. Building obviously old but lovely reception area. Rooms - had to ask twice to have it cleaned and twice for clean towels and toilet paper. On the days it was clean there still remained a streak of the last guests toothpaste on the inside of sink which we could see in the mirror. Didn’t bother complaining about it as didn’t want to appear as Mainer’s as we enjoyed everything else. Had 2 massages during my visit which were lovely.

The hotel has access to a private beach with beach beds which was great. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is because of the conditions of the room and some areas on the property which all could use a bit of an update. My first room was refurbished except for the bathroom which looked very old and had mold. Def not 5star! I switched rooms the following day and had a complete renovated room which was lovely. There were some issues which having hot water in the shower which was solved promptly. Overall a great holiday.

Service terrible, had to ask to be served in restaurants, struggled to get bookings to eat in restaurants requiring reservations, staff went to tables that tipped for better service. Bar staff were rude if you went to bar within an hour of them closing. Seen them on multiple times filling up wine bottles from tap behind bar. Did not provide bed at first for child booked into room. Bathroom was marked bad with water damage, bathroom shower tray did not hold the water in we had to use towel to stop it flooding bathroom and squeeze the water out each use. Cleaners didn’t clean behind doors and dust built up. Left laundry on bed to be washed, it was returned still dirty and had to show dirty bibs and tops to reception staff who had been informed it was done. Childrens pool lifeguard appeared drunk at times, fell asleep and didn’t notice the pool was closed we had to wake him up. Appeared with a black eye admitted fighting out of work, then openly told us he was getting sacked. Children’s pool toilets were not checked if clean throughout the day. Lots of debris in pool and didn’t see it cleaned once during 2 week stay. The one amazing thing about Eden Roc is the food, 5 stars to the chefs that you don’t get to see or thank. Management are shocking.

We really enjoyed our stay. Customer service is excellent and every member of staff went out of their way to make our time enjoyable at Eden Roc. Food options are amazing and really good quality. But we didn’t rooms were 5 star standard. Our booking was a superior double and although the sea view was amazing, we felt the quality of furnishings etc were quite poor. The stay at Eden Roc was part of a longer stay in Rhodes and our previous 2 star apartment had much better quality furnishings!

From the moment we arrived at The grounds are immaculate, with lush gardens, crystal-clear pools, and a private beach that feels like your own secret escape. Every corner of the hotel is designed with care and elegance, blending luxury with the natural beauty of the island. Our room was nothing short of magical. Spacious, beautifully decorated, and with a view that made waking up each morning feel like a dream. Every detail—from the plush bedding to the thoughtful amenities—was perfect. It felt like a sanctuary. What truly sets Eden Roc apart is the exceptional staff, especially Eleni and Tsampikos. Eleni radiates warmth and hospitality—she made us feel like family from the very first day. Her attention to detail and genuine care turned every interaction into a joy. And Tsampikos? A legend. His energy, humor, and dedication to making guests feel welcome is unmatched. Whether offering local tips or simply sharing a laugh, he made our stay unforgettable.

We hebben een uitstekende vakantie gehad tijdens ons verblijf. Het eten en drinken is voortreffelijk en de bedden zijn goed. Het personeel is heel erg behulpzaam en aardig. Het enige min puntje, de verzorging van de kamers verdiend wat extra aandacht.

What an incredible hotel! So beautifully decorated, such a vibe. Staff are wonderful. The food selection is incredible, so many different restaurants- even for breakfast & lunch. Garden Bungalow was clean and spacious. This is the first hotel I’ve genuinely been excited to return to. What a gem!

Super staff, especially Tsampikos from guest relations. Pre booked us the best restaurant so we didn’t miss out on an outstanding experience. Definitely a 5 star hotel a recommended stay they felt like family nothing to much trouble for the reception team. I will return

Amazing place ! We are family of 12 people - from 79 years old till 7 years old. We all enjoy it very much ! I must mention Mary at the reception and Stavros, Captain Jeorge, Martha, Raluka, Rafaela and others at the high quality restaurants.

Amazing resort! Everything about it was faultless and staff cannot do enough for you. Nikos at Club 800 was fantastic, really looked after us and cocktails were out of this world! We will definitely be back!

All the staff are friendly and helpful. They go above and beyond their duty and always with smiles on their faces. The variety of restaurants and food is excellent. This was our first time at Eden Roc and hopefully won't be our last. Can see why holiday makers come back to Eden Roc again and again and more. Like the staff fellow holiday makers were all happy and friendly.

Allt var inkluderat i All Inc. - Alldeles för mycket folk - fullt i alla restauranger och fullt vid solsängarna (både vid pool och strand) - Dålig underhållning - Tråkig mat (bara en bra restaurang) - Finns inget annat att göra i området - Dålig service

Boa praia, boa localização. Quartos devem ser melhorados. Bom serviço e restaurantes a la carte

Fantastische service, vriendelijk personeel. Heerlijk gegeten. Heerlijke tijd gehad. De ligging is niet centraal, dus een auto huren is aan te raden. Bovendien was de omgeving nog in aanbouw, maar dat is slechts tijdelijk.

Fantastisch verblijf, we waren hier al eerder geweest in 2021, maar er is een hoop verbeterd. Personeel is geweldig en eten is goed. Peruaanse restaurant is een aanrader. Aziatische restaurant is prima ter afwisseling , maar niet geweldig. Strand is goed en er zijn genoeg bedden beschikbaar (dus niet nodig om een handdoek te leggen)..

Personalen trevlig men trötta efter säsongen, dom stängde hotellet 3 dagar efter vi checkade ut. Maten var god och varierande. Kul med flera olika restauranger, dock svårt att få bord.

Nous avions un bungalow vue jardin (518), pour 3 personnes max avec vue sur mer, au calme avec baignoire/douche très bien agencée, moderne. Il se situe dans un cadre verdoyant et en retrait des animations du soir. Piscine adultes olympique avec eau de mer salée, par contre pour les transats y aller très tôt (à priori la direction règlerait le problème) et la plage est de gravier, la piscine enfant n’est pas mal non plus. Pour les personnes ne parlant pas anglais vous pouvez y aller sans problème, vous saurais vous faire comprendre. La direction est très réactive et à l’écoute. L’hôtel est à moins de 30 minutes de l aéroport et à 15 minutes de Rhodes en taxi. Merci pour ce séjour très agréable (nous serions bien restés 😉)

L’hôtel est assez pratique la nourriture est correcte par contre pour réserver les restaurant c’est très difficile où il vous donne les horaires comme 18h40 sinon il y a très peu de place le personnel est très bien

Great hotel, plenty of food choice in the restaurants. Choice of all inclusive drinks was fantastic.

What an incredible hotel! So beautifully decorated, such a vibe. Staff are wonderful. The food selection is incredible, so many different restaurants- even for breakfast & lunch. Garden Bungalow was clean and spacious. This is the first hotel I’ve genuinely been excited to return to. What a gem!
