Sure Hotel by Best Western Muenchen Hauptbahnhof

Das Zimmer war geräumig genug, die Betten waren sehr bequem. Das Zimmer war grundsätzlich sauber, die Tapete und die Wanne sahen etwas in die Jahre gekommen aus - aber es hat alles gut funktioniert! Das Zimmer lag nicht zur Hauptstraße und war daher ruhig. Das Frühstück war für den Preis völlig in Ordnung und bot auch warme Optionen. Die Lage des Hotels direkt am Hauptbahnhof ist natürlich nicht zu toppen. Und das Brauhaus neben dem Hotel ist großartig! Kleinere Abstriche: Das Fenster in unserem Zimmer ließ sich nur mit Krafteinsatz öffnen und schließen. Bei Anreise hatten wir unsere Koffer im Abstellraum des Hotels gelassen, der aber nicht überwacht wurde und laut Auskunft des Hotels sollten wir keine Wertgegenstände dort lassen - wir haben dann bereut, unsere Koffer nicht am Hauptbahnhof eingeschlossen zu haben. Einfach, weil wir unsere Wertsachen dann entsprechend tagsüber mitgeschleppt haben.

No drinking hot water available when the restaurant was closed, safe box failure to open that we suspect the possible of thief, WIFI is slow and disconnected in the end when using in the evening.

Nice room. Only issue was parking. There is a frequently used bus stop in front of the hotel so you are not even able to park briefly in order to check in and find where the parking is located. Very busy area.

Sauberes Hotel mit ausgesprochen freundlichem Personal. Restaurant /Bar war entgegen der Wertung geschlossen. Es wird ein reichhaltiges Frühstück geboten ,das allen Wünschen gerecht wird . Die zentrale Lage ermöglicht sowohl die fußläufige Erreichbarkeit der zentralen Sehenswürdigkeiten als auch den Zugang zu allen öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln.

The road was closed next to the hotel, no info on parking provided

AC barely worked, which was a bummer. It wasn’t terribly hot when we were there, so we survived. But if it had been hotter we would have been miserable. Staff was really great, and we were able to store our luggage easily in the luggage room. Bring a lock if you want to make sure it’s safe because other guests can access it.

Convenient hotel near the station on the quieter side. Old building, but in reasonable condition. Room very small but adequate for a one-night stay. Shower ok, but bathroom very small. Heating but no aircon. Comfy bed. No power socket near bed.

6층에서 내려서 짐을들고 7층으로가요 엘레베이터가 6층까지만 운행되요. 밑에층은편하지만 윗층은 덥고힘들어요. 에어컨도.냉장고도없어요

Room was on the top floor, if you have mobility problems let them know as the lift only goes up to the 6th floor and then you have to access the 7th by stairs. Room clean and comfortable bed just very warm room (you get a fan for that). Didn’t help that the family next door let their child into the corridor at 6am in the morning and they were banging the door constantly. Wi-Fi very hit and miss, kept going off. Didn’t have breakfast as plenty of shops nearby and you can get coffee etc.

Zimmer war zwar klein hatte alles . Bad ist in die Jahre gekommen . Duschvorhang und duschbrause arbeiteten sich so richtig zusammen. Im Bad selber waren noch Haare vom Vorgänger zu sehen.

Es perfecto para pasar la noche ceeca de la estacion de trenes, para economizar y si no eres exigente. Al llegar notamos que la habitacion no se habia limpiado correctamente. El baño se habia usado y ni le bajaron, quiere decir que no limpian los baños. Habia una fuga en el area del baño y siempre estaba mojado. Mucho ruido desde el pasillo y todo se escucha de la calle. El check out era a medio dia y a las 9am ya estaban tocando. Me molesto porque ya no pude dormir y no se me hizo justo. El personal en general son muy amables y brindan un buen servicio.

急にミュンヘンで宿泊することになりお世話になりました。フロントスタッフの明るい対応で安心できました。 部屋には冷蔵庫がないのが残念ですがシンプルで清潔感のあるお部屋です。シャワーホースからの水漏れが気になりました。

Ich bin best western rewards Mitglied und bin bereits in vielen Best Western Hotels zu Gast gewesen. Dieses war leider das Schlechteste von allen. Die Zimmer sind sehr hellhörig und sehr schlecht isoliert. Bei Ankunft war das Bett nicht sauber (Haare und Krümel im Bett) Dieses wurde nach Meldung mit sauberen Bezügen gewechselt. Was absolut gefährlich war ist der Wasserhahn im Bad. Dieser hatte nur „heißes“!!!! Wasser. Ich musste morgens mein Gesicht in der Dusche abspülen da aus dem Hahn nur brühend heiß kam. Die Reinigungskraft wurde darauf aufmerksam gemacht und hat es bestätigt. Egal in welche Richtung der Hahn gedreht wurde es kam heißes Wasser heraus. In der Nacht hatte ich meine Hand verbrüht :-( Der Spiegel hat schwarze schlieren an der Decke im Schlafzimmer über dem Bett hingen zwei große Spinnen … Die Dame an der Rezeption war am anreisetag sehr bemüht und freundlich. Der Rest des Personals überfordert, kaum der deutschen Sprache mächtig und nicht kundenorientiert oder freundlich. Es herrschte Gleichgültigkeit und man wurde quasi „abgefertigt..“

La posizione è ottima, proprio di fronte alla stazione centrale. La stanza che ho prenotato era per una persona ed era perfetta, con bagno privato. Mi è piaciuta l'acqua in omaggio sul tavolino. Wifi veloce. L'unica pecca erano delle ragnatele e polvere negli angoli sopra al letto. Per il resto tutto perfetto, reception cordiale e gentile.

We had a nice stay here. The staff were very friendly and it was a good price for a Munich hotel. There was a small amount of mould around the window in our (small) room and the shower could have been better, but overall it was a nice enough room and comfortable.

This place is a dump. The pictures and the description on the website are misleading, this hotel needs a tear down and rebuild the only thing it going for it is that it’s near the train station. The bathroom had mould and no A/C but at least they supplied a fan. The best part…old school key for the room and only one key.

Stayed in a cozy bedroom suite on Level 7. Note lift access is only available to level 6. Had to climb the stairs with the heavy luggage. Further windows are not sound proof as stated. Finally shower over bath is poorly designed. Very narrow bath to stand in and limited height of shower head

Der Service war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Ich konnte an der Rezeption sogar noch etwas wichtiges ausdrucken. Allerdings hatte ich ein Queen Bett gebucht und ein kleineres bekommen. Im Bad steht auch extra ein Hinweis, dass man die Handtücher auf den Boden legen soll, wenn man neue möchte. Ich habe meine Handtücher auf die Ablage gelegt und trotzdem neue bekommen. Es wirkt auch nicht besonders toll, wenn Türen mit Duct Tape "repariert" werden. Ein Pluspunkt war aber, dass man nichts aus den anderen Zimmern hört, sodass ich tatsächlich schlafen konnte.

Good budget option directly beside the station which is very handy for travel/airport. Basic room at the back of the building so very quiet. Comfy bed, could do with an extra pillow.

Next to the train station, clean, safe, but the room was tiny. Easy to walk take a cab or tram.

I don't see how this is a Best Western just based on the lack of customer service alone. When I went to the desk the first morning to report there was no cable signal on my tv, the woman yelled at me that maybe I broke the tv! Then she yelled at me that if they couldn't fix the tv, they might have to move me to another room, like that would be a catastrophe. The man who checked us in the night before was really rude too; when I pointed out he'd given a form to complete with some else's name on it, he kept saying, "It's in English; you can fill it out," so I did. The website says they have a bar and shows a picture of what looks like a bar, but when my sister asked where it was, she was directed to a vending machine in the lobby. The room was comfortable enough but very, very small even for Europe. The breakfast was ok and the breakfast staff were very nice.

Great staff. Friendly and helpful, and knowing German helps a lot with communication.

フロントの方には、目的地への行き方やおすすめのビアホールを教えてもらったりとてもお世話になりました。空港バスには最も近く、駅も至近距離でミュンヘン以外にも足を伸ばすならとても便利です。部屋に冷蔵庫やポットはありませんが、お湯を入れられる水筒などがあればフロントで入れてもらうこともできました。枕が凄く自分にはあっていたので、メーカーを教えてほしいくらいです。

mit tog var 5,5 timer forsinket, så jeg ankom kl. 02. jeg var ventet og blev modtaget med mindst muligt papirarbejde og mit gode værelse. Det var perfekt service.

There was a lovely lady at reception, staff at breakfast very nice and friendly. Two Romanian ladies from housekeeping are very good and professional, room always been cleaned properly by them.

The Hotel was quite nice. The location was across the street from the train station, which was very convenient and what we were looking for. However, this comes with the usual downfalls of cleanliness and some shady characters. perfect for a short stay.

Very convenient to go everywhere in the city.

Really loud outside with sketchy people, but easy to tune out when tired. Room small and lights not working, but they fixed on second day. Awesome location. Grocery is in train station (!) and street vendors close and bus to airport directly in front of motel (!). Price decent. Hofbrauhaus a 20 minute walk.

Across the street from Munchen Hbf . Close distance with walking to old town. Good value very clean.

This hotel is located right next to the main-train-station - so you can hear the trains and the traffic around. However it is very convenient and our room was clean and spacious. It is an easy 10min walk to the Stachus and the city-center with lots of restaurants and shops.

For central München this hotel is extremely cheap and right outside the main station. My room was clean and quiet and the bed perfectly comfortable. Great value. A decent breakfast is available for a bit extra.

Hotel razoável, com ótima localização, mas com instalações precisando de maiores cuidados. Não gostamos da ideia de ter que devolver as chaves na recepção todas as vezes que nos ausentávamos do hotel. Em uma das ocasiões, tivemos que esperar uns 15 min para recebermos a chave do nosso apartamento, pois todos os atendentes estavam ocupados fazendo check in dos hóspedes que estavam chegando. Poderiam melhorar essa questão com cartões magnéticos. O café da manhã é excelente, com muitas opções e reposição imediata.

Wir waren in der Unterkunft für eine Übernachtung als Zwischenstopp auf einer längeren Reise. Beim Check-In wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass im System kein Frühstück für uns gebucht sei, obwohl wir dies bei der Expedia-Buchung extra ausgewählt und bereits bezahlt hatten (2x12,50€). Am nächsten Morgen haben wir nochmal mit einer anderen Empfangsdame gesprochen, die uns bestätigt hat, dass für uns kein Frühstück im System gebucht sei. Daraufhin haben wir eine Rechnung/Quittung verlangt, aus der hervorgehen sollte, dass wir im Hotel kein Frühstück bekommen haben, sodass wir dies mit Expedia klären können. Dies wurde uns jedoch verweigert ("Das ist gesetzlich verboten!"). Stattdessen haben wir eine Rechnungskopie bekommen, bei der die Empfangsdame die Hälfte der DINA4-Seite abgeschnitten hat (inkl. Preisen!). Nach längerer Diskussion, bei der die Empfangsdame sogar ziemlich laut wurde, gab es kein Entgegenkommen oder Klärungswillen seitens des Hotels (Aussage: "Das ist schon öfter passiert"). Beim Abreisen wurde uns noch ein Getränk angeboten, das wir dankend abgelehnt haben. Zudem ist das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis, wahrscheinlich auch aufgrund der Oktoberfestzeit, katastrophal. Daher kann ich das Hotel leider nicht empfehlen! P.S.: Expedia hat sich im Anschluss an die Reise um die Angelegenheit gekümmert und uns das Geld für das Frühstück erstattet.

Friendly front desk staff Did not know nor remember breakfast was not included but directed by staff for breakfast. So we were surprised by the bill. It would be not know ahead of the charge and to be informed that we need to pay.

En general bien pero mi reservación era con desayuno y en el hotel me dijeron que no estaba pagada y que ellos no tenían el servicio de desayuno prepagado, tenía que pagar en el establecimiento.

Nice for an overnight stay. Basic clean small room, and that was the superior. The staff and the breakfast buffet were all excellent!

I was pleasantly surprised with this hotel so close to the train station. My room was small, but enough for one person who is traveling. It had a desk and an easy chair and modern bathroom. Good heating ( since it was winter) and an excellent breakfast for 14 euros. Helpful front desk staff. All in all I would stay here again.
