Excellent hotel close to the tokyo edo museum, 30mins metro ride from anywhere, not so so much around.

“AC” did not cool the room at all. The vent by the window provided no ventilation. The room was unbearable hot when the sun was up. Stains on the carpet, dusty vents in the bathrooms. Restaurants were great, lots of options to eat within the hotel.

The front staff was very welcoming, amenities were very good, and the room service did a great job keeping our room clean. On top of that, the location itself is very convenient as it is near a beautiful park, multiple convenience stores, a whole lot of restaurants, and is right next to the train station. Would 100% book again
