It is very close to the cruise dock and shopping streets No elevator at this facility, hard to carry luggage’s up and down. But this very nice staff offered to help carry our luggages 2nd floor.

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral für die Bootstouren (1000 Island Cruises etc.) mit Parkplatz vor der Tür. (15 CAD/Tag) Direkt daneben ist ein Restaurant Riva, dass wir sehr empfehlen können. Wir hatten ein Zimmer im Erdgeschoss. Das Zimmer war recht klein und eng. Unsere drei Koffer für einen 4 wöchigen Roadtrip haben kaum reingepasst. Das unangenehmste im Zimmer war der beissende Gestank, der im Zimmer war. Irgendeine Kombination aus Chlorreiniger und was auch immer. Dieser wurde über die 3 Tage weniger, schlug einem beim Öffnen der Tür immer entgegen. Das Bad war alt und die Luftig laut und hin von der Decke herunter. Die Toilette sauber, aber hat auch schon einige Jahre auf dem Buckel und so sah sie auch aus. Das Frühstück war mittelmässig mit wenig Auswahl und Papptellern und verpackten Lebensmitteln und wir zu Dritt meist keinen Platz fanden und nach draussen auf den Aussenbereich am Parkplatz ausweichen mussten. Insgesamt ein Hotel mit Licht aber auch Schatten. Von uns gibt es 2,5 von 5 Punkten.

The front desk staff were very friendly, and the breakfast was great. The only areas that could use improvement: 1) Everything in the room was clean except for the floor in the harder to reach areas. We had our dog with us and she was able to drag the dust bunnies out while exploring. 2) The water pressure in the shower was very weak. We didn’t have a chance to use the pool or hot tub but overall I’d give the room a 9/10!

Room not cleaned, upon arrival there were dirty tissues on the floor by night table. The bathroom fan had a leak leaving a sewage odour when light was on. We used our cell flashlight to avoid a foul odour. The air conditioner was loud and seldom worked leaving a stifling room. Save your money!

We stayed overnight at Comfort Inn. The room was nice, it was well kept. However, the bathroom had grime and grit and you could tell it wasn't cleaned very well. A bit of garbage on the floor. The pool wasn't busy but a lot of young children yelling and screaming around 9pm, was not very interested in the splashing and screaming so we called it a night pretty quick. Chocolate bars in the vending machine expired a month ago. Breakfast had lots of options but the coffee was bitter and extremely hot. If you want a quick & easy overnight stay would highly recommend, but if you stay a few days would recommend somewhere else

The property is in a great location. Walking distance to tourist cruises and restaurants. The downside is that the walls are paper thin and my room needed a bit of dusting. The positive is that it was quiet after 10:30 and no one had a shower which would have been really noisy given the plumbing. Breakfast was average! Did not expect to pay $15 for parking!!! Not happy about that given the location!!

Comfortable rooms, comfortable beds. We were on the ground floor right next to the lobby and breakfast area, but the sound barely came through. Impressive. We walked all over Gananonque with ease from this central location. Especially close to the Pump House ice cream shop! Go for the Campfire flavour!

The beds were excellent. Our room was not made up on our second day and the bathroom needed a thorough cleaning. TV reception was inconsistent. Fridge froze everything, even after turning it back.

Had a good stay. Place was nice, but we were extremely disappointed in the quality of the tv. We stopped early to settle in and watch the Jays game and the quality of the TV was horrible. About 5 channels were in HD and the rest were not. It was awful! Asked the lady at the front desk and she told me that all her tv's are the same. Very disappointing

A little disappointed with our check-in as the staff member told us there was no reservation. It took quite a bit to locate the reservation which was prepaid. So not very friendly. The outside of the hotel & the location was excellent. Our room needed a good cleaning beyond surfaces. Corners, baseboards & doors were extremely dusty & the bathtub had quite a bit of mold. Breakfast was ok but paper plates & plastic utensils is not great. Will not stay again.

The gentleman that checked us in took about 30 mins to check myself and my family in. We requested about two weeks prior to give my family and I rooms close to eachother. He said that they were and however they were not. We were in another hallway across. He seemed very condescending and it ruined our taste in that hotel.

It was the perfect location. Staff was nice and accomodating. Kimberly l, who worked at the front desk was AMAZING. Kind, accomadating, helpful in every way. My son has food allergies she helped recommend some great places. She was a sweetheart. The location was so close to the beach and to the main street. Riva restaurent was right next door. It was perfect for what we needed !

Stayed for a family reunion off site. The woman who checked me 8n on Friday evening and at check out on Monday morning was just so positive…after an 8 hour drive, I really appreciated it. Everyone else including the folks who took care of the breakfast were such a joy to encounter. Many thanks to you all. You made our stay just so incredibly pleasant.

Our visit started off well, by meeting Debbie at front desk. Shes amazing. So friendly and full of knowledge about the area. The room was nice and comfortable. The only downside was the breakfast. The toast and pancakes were great, but the 'hot' food was horrible. The sausage and hashbrowns were unedible. Also the layout of the plates and cutlery was off. Other than that it was excellent. Probably an off day.

We have stayed here before….loved it then, and loved it this time as well. It’s a 5 minute walk to the city cruises 1000 island boat launch. Many restaurants close by… walking distance or a short drive. The casino is a short 5 minute drive away. The hotel is very clean and the buffet breakfast is wonderful. Check in was perfect & front desk are helpful and kind. We didn’t use the indoor pool but it looked clean & wasn’t busy at all. Our jacuzzi king bed room was very nice. We will definitely stay here again.

We stayed 3 nights here & felt it was good. Room was spacious and clean, and it's located a 5-10 min walk to the waterfront which has shops, restaurants and tour boats, as well as a beach and park. The hotel is 3 stories and does not have an elevator. Staff offered help to carry our bags up as we were surprised it had no elevator. The breakfast that comes with room is OK. They had eggs, sausage, beans, muffins, breads, cold cereal, instant oatmeal and yogurts to choose from. It was also crowded in the dining area from 8am on, so expect to form a line and wait for tables if you go then. It was quiet at night and the area was safe, we walked around the neighborhood a few times. Beds were comfortable and room seemed to be updated recently.

Great location to access thousand islands and walk around Gananoque. The extra charge for parking seems unnecessary. The breakfast was mediocre and served on disposable plates and cutlery!!?? Too much waste. No electric vehicle charging station. Clean and spacious rooms
