Overall our stay was pleasant. Easy check in, clean room. We did not have tissue paper in our bathroom and conditioner bottle empty. It was nice to have shampoo, conditioner and body wash in shower. No need to bring any. Immediately brought conditioner and tissue box promptly. Low water pressure but very hot water. Have iron and ironing board as well. Clean sheets. Pillows were very soft to where i needed 3 to prop my head up. Walls are paper thin. We were on second floor and guests on our left side and above us very loud. Given it was New Years Eve, otger guests should be considerate children ate sleeping by 10 pm. This went on until 1 am. Breakfast was excellent. Great assortment of breakfast items. Food was hot. Waffle station, fresh fruit, muffins, bagels, toast, oatmeal, toppings, coffee, tea, juices, milk, eggs, omelets, sausage patties, potatoes, and yogurt. Staff was very nice. Pool clean. The hot tub was not hot. Spoke with maintenance guy and only made it lukewarm. It was ok since we weren't there for long. Very small pool towels so bring your own. Plenty of seating areas around pool. Lots of parking spaces available. Plenty of restaurants nearby.

Great property however parking was an issue. We got back to the hotel around 11pm both nights and ALL the parking spots were taken. Those that were open were so tight or guests parked wrong and nothing is done about it. Wish this could be taken care of. We had to uber going forward.

The pool is about 4 times the size of a bathtub. Seriously it's tiny. The bigger issues was the incredibly loud tv next door that the front desk didn't deal with the first night at all. They did the second night which helped

Great hotel for families; the breakfast in the morning was great with variety of hot waffles, eggs, cereal, oatmeal, fruit. Pool is a little small don't expect anything grand but you are paying for value here. Staff were friendly and hotel was clean. Overall, very pleased I chose to stay here. Hotel is not entirely convenient if you plan to walk anywhere but it is convenient if you have a car. There is free parking, but it can fill up. However, we never had a problem finding a spot. You just might have to walk a little further for parking, but not unreasonably far.

Hotel was clean and smelked clean. Breakfast was great with many options and hard working staff. Housekeeping were available on request and were happy to help. The pool is boring kinda stuck out back. The very worst part of the experience and be the reason I may not book again is the parking. The spots are so narrow that you can barely fit in them and ooen the doors. Many drivers park over the line and then use up 2 spots since there is even less space for someone to park. Very frusterating and seems like corners were cut in the design.

We stayed for 4 days. House keeping only come and clean room once. Even we request every morning for house keeping. The night staff is friendly to give us extra towel, but the morning shift staff should do a better job to ensure the room is clean.

Beds were comfy, room was clean and staff were nice. The walls are thin, like so thin you can hear everything in the room next you. This made it beyond hard to sleep and is not something staff would be able to address. Breakfast was standard and pool and hot tub was comfortable. There isn't anything close to hotel beside storage units and another hotel. I would pass if needing to stay in the area again. The low price led me to book...I will pay more and enjoy a restful night somewhere else next time.

Very clean room and breakfast was adequate and very well stocked for this type of hotel. Staff was super nice and attentive to comfort. Comfortable bed but uncomfortable pillows and the room could have used some maintenance (door sticking, caulk in shower, hall carpet, window nailed shut which for San Diego is very disappointing). Fridge and coffee maker convenient. Excellent that there’s 2 good malls with food right nearby.

On-site free breakfast is excellent. Room is great. Spacious. Beds are comfortable. Internet is adequate, not great. But Hilton Honors was terrible. Refused to honor since booked on Hotels. “To receive Hilton Honors benefits, the stay should be booked using official Hilton channel (app/website), your stay at Hampton Inn is not eligible for Hilton Honors benefits (points/stay/nights credit) since it is booked using a third-party website.”

The property and room are clean but the bed is hard. Breakfast is good. We really enjoyed the pool, spa, gym and free coffee in the lobby. The parking at night is really bad! We had to park past the other hotel and walk. Parking spaces are small and hard to get in and out once you hace parked. There's way too much light coming into the room around the curtain and entry door at night. The doors slam really hard and we could hear the people above our room walking around and making noise. Overall it's a good price but probably won't stay again due to the hard bed, noise, and light coming into the room.

Property was very nice. Included full hot breakfast was a great amenity. Unfortunately, our room was at the end of the hallway on the first floor. Right next to fitness center and exit to the pool. Lots of foot traffic and noise. Also, lots of foot traffic noise from the second floor. Recommend a room not on the first floor and definitely not near the end of the hallway if you end up on the first floor.

Our stay was amazing! It was a great property but what really made it special was the incredible staff. I made a phone call the night before check in and Clint was so helpful and kind answering my questions. The day of check in Destiny was professional, kind, and understanding of my early check in request with my little one. She even helped set up a quiet room for us. Breakfast was great! Delicious, clean area, and Michael literally is such a ray of sunshine in the morning. My little family and I really needed a getaway and our experience at this property truly was everything and more. We'll definitely be back and I've already recommended this property and helped family book their next stays here. Thank you to everyone!

The young man who checked us in was awesome, friendly, efficient, helpful-great attitude. Kitchen staff at breakfast was very friendly and helpful. Always working to keep it well stocked and clean. Young lady who checked us out was very friendly, and efficient. Offered to roll the luggage cart back to its spot, jumped right on checking us out. You can tell these people like their job and appreciate it. So nice to experience in todays world!

It is a good clean hotel for a kids soccer tournament or family event happening in the area. Also good for Legoland, it is a few miles from the beach and restaurants in Carlsbad, but worked for us.

Quiet location even with the Airport across the street from the hotel we never heard planes trying to land. Restaurants are within a few miles from the hotel driving is the best option as there are some steep hills to climb.

Check in was a breeze. Very friendly and welcoming staff. Easy parking, easy access. Breakfast was great, the lady running it needs a raise. She worked her tail off. So did the guy in the back. It was packed for the weekend and they kept everything refilled and clean. Great location for Legoland, close, convenient, easy. Lots of Quick food options near as well.

From the very first interaction at check in I was met with great service. Breakfast was amazing and they had a good variety. I felt it was one of the best hotel breakfasts I've had. Staff was quick when i was in need of extra towels and the room cleaned. Yay.

Pros: 1. The property's condition is good. 2. The staff was polite and professional. 3. Breakfast is available until 10:00 PM. Cons: 1. Limited options for vegetarian hot breakfast. 2.
