Really, Do you people even inspect your own hotels? The pool looked nasty. The ice area was nasty. The walls look like somebody walked thru bashing them with a golf club, flushed the toilet after peeing and it flows all over. terrible experience

The pool was closed and green… the elevator was broken. The lobby bathroom was closed. The doors were left open to the outside for anyone to enter. I felt unsafe.

We have stayed at this property a couple of times in the past, and I was excited to return. Unfortunately, this is no longer the property that it was in the past. The pool and public restroom were closed. At breakfast, all of the hot items were gone with an hour to go, there was no milk and we were told that there wouldn't be anymore until Monday (it was currently Saturday morning). Saturday night, we went to take the elevator to the 3rd floor and it didn't nothing when the button was pressed. Saturday morning it still didn't work and when I asked the front desk clerk about it, was told that she got distracted and forgot to put signs out (at this point it hadn't been working for at least 10 hours). I'm sorry to say that i won't be back.

Elevator broke 2 days into a 4 night stay, and we were on the 3r floor. Condition of property was disappointing, the rooms were clean but the halls and stairwells had been neglected. Halls would smell like food cooking, lots of spices in the air, which usually smelled pretty good, but your hotel shouldn't smell like that.

Pool closed, for either fire system update or chlorine levels, two different employees with two different answers. Run around on request for partial refund. Ice maker on our floor not working. Main reason for booking was pool. So major disappointment when it was closed

booked the jacuzzi tub suite and loved it. The room was huge. The only complaint is the TV placement in the room was awkward and we had to move the table to see from bed.

Whirlpool was amazing

There was an indoor pool. why we choose them). And it was closed for repairs when we were there. You need to put that online

I stayed in the executive king, and I’m being honest, this was a nice room!! One of the nicest in room jacuzzis I’ve experienced!! Although the pool was closed, I still LOVED my stay!! Will SURELY be back!!!

Okay for a quick overnight but was rather dissatisfied. Very dirty! The floor had sticky stuff like glued into it, damaged items in room(tv stand wood all over the floor and broken), the pool was falling apart, tiles around the inner part were actually floating in the pool and the tiles around the pool room were breaking off as well. Like I said, okay for a fast in and out, but you can tell it’s neglected.

Window seal had mold and bed sheets had stains all over the bed. Left shortly after checking in.

This property was filthy! The carpets looked as if they haven’t been vacuumed. Sticky stuff on the carpet in the room. The air conditioning unit had black soot on it. The whole hotel smelled of marijuana and cigarettes.

Horrible experience. We came back from a wedding and there was a cockroach in the bed and the bathroom. We backed our bag and went downstairs and there was no one at the desk. We waited 10 minutes before someone finally came down.

There were cockroaches, a light that was arcing and had no cover (fire hazard), and blood on the wall of the elevator. Unsafe and disgusting. The staff was not friendly when it was brought to their attention.

I don’t typically write reviews, but I don’t know if this place is being remodeled or what, but it was disgusting. There was a dirt path from the side door to the elevator, the room we had (third floor) smelled like it hadn’t been aired out since the 50’s and smelled like super stale cigarettes. Super unclean, all of the floors looked like they needed a good vacuum. The woman at check in was very nice and welcoming, that was the only good thing about our stay.

Definitely saw a cockroach scurry underneath the wall trim .. couldn't get a pic because it was too fast but I left after seeing it. Was there for leas than 2 hours- couldn't deal with it

This hotel needs TREATED for BED BUGS before you stay! On July 19th, 2025, I found a bed bug crawling in my bed toward me under the sheets while staying here. I was lying under the covers when my partner pulled up the sheet to get into bed, and we discovered a bed bug crawling toward my body in between the sheets. At first, it froze, but when we opened the blinds to take a better look, it scurried away. Im attaching a few photos we took for proof to show the hotel, but it happened so fast they are not the best quality. I’ve had bed bugs before 10 years ago, so I’m very familiar with what they look like and the serious problems they can cause, both financially and mentally. My partner immediately reported it to the front desk. The staff member offered to move us to another room, and claimed it was the first time she had heard of bed bugs being an issue. (Honestly, what else could she say? I wouldn’t expect her to confirm it.) We immediately got our things and left the hotel, and still feel significantly uneasy and nervous about our items that were in the hotel room, and if we accidentally got any hitch hikers in our belongings that are now in our car/going back to our homes with us. I strongly advise you to avoid this place until they properly treat their rooms for bed bugs. These pests can quickly spread from room to room and floor to floor, and it will only get worse. In addition, the elevator did not work, cars on blocks in parking area, box springs very dirty.

This was truly a terrible hotel. Floors were dirty. Sheets were dirty. The best place that I could find to sleep would have been in the bathtub, and even that's questionable. Genuinely will never be coming back to what I can only describe as a circle of hell made manifest

The hotel halls are disgusting. It stinks in the halls, and in the rooms. I came into my room after dark and roaches began to scatyer in the bathroom. Turned on lights and opened refrigerator cabinet to finanother cluster of roaches scatter. Toilet water was turned off at check in, discovered that was because it leaks when turned on. Was told I'd receive a refund, but instead saw a second charge pending in my bank account. We'll see if I ever receive a refund without contacting customer service for Expedia. I doubt it, though based on how the desk staff was so smug and laughing about it suggesting we just go up to the room and they spray raid.

The ceiling in the bathroom was falling apart, there was hair in the tub and along the sink before we even used anything. There were blood splatters on the wall and on the glass on the paintings, there were stains on the bathroom towels and we were unsure if they were actually clean or dirty. There was very little staff present. So when we were checking out the lady working the desk was also running around to fill food back up for breakfast and the desk was left unattended for easily 5 minutes.

Cute room only stayed the night but it was cool to have a hut tub in the room

The bed was hard as a rock and the pillows were flat as a pancake

My room was nothing like the picture on your website. Reserved a king suite and your picture on your website was that of an executive king suite. The jets in the spa tub didn’t work and there was no working ice machine. I spoke to the manager Amanda about the confusion with the room. She’s expecting an email from Hotels.com about your website. I would appreciate it if you would connect with her asap!!!

Good bed. Clean room. Grounds well kept. The tv did not work. Issue with the bathroom as well.

WiFi doesn’t work room smell like something died rude staff flickering lights booked king bed but got double bed and didn’t even explain why I just found out when I walked in the room door wasn’t aligned properly was hard to open and close

I had an issue with the tv but they replaced it with a different tv. I didn’t have to wait too long either. Very friendly service.

Noisy, my room was directly across from the breakfast buffet entrance so kids are talking at the top of their outdoor voice, parents don’t care, front desk doesn’t do anything to quell the noise. Housekeeping never refreshed my towels, emptied the garbage or restocked the toilet paper or soap in my 4 day stay, and never asked if I needed anything. Customer service needs a bit of help. Not to mention, the paneling in the rooms was peeling off the walls, particularly in the shower, and the floor around the toilet was messed up. It appeared they did a repair job on the floor and never replaced the tile. Not a good look.

Not sure I would stay here again. Price is good, but property is in need of basic maintenance and vacuuming. Area around our tub is peeling, carpet gets the bottom of my feet dirty. Wallpaper in common areas is peeling/curling at the edges. I removed and cleaned air conditioner filter due to a musty smell and found it completely clogged. Could be a great place to stay with some TLC.

Marvelous pillows and comfortable mattress!

After paying ahead for the room, the front office wanted a $200 CASH deposit! Never heard of demanding a $200 cash deposit at a hotel before. Ive even stayed at this hotel many, many times over the last 10 years and never experienced this kind of horrible service. I will not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Room was very clean, housekeeping was fast and reliable, breakfast was great. The eggs are my favorite. Lol. Janie was super friendly and easy to work with. I stayed here with my family and actually ended up extending my stay. SN: There are outlets nearby for shopping.

The staff went above and beyond with helpfulness. Room was big, clean and comfortable. Will definitely stat again.

We got to the property at 2:45pm with a 3:00pm check in. The entry door was very dirty, the lobby looked like it has not been vacuumed in weeks. One girl at the desk with 4 other people waiting to check in. They would not let you check in 15 minutes early. A young boy came to the desk looked like he just woke up he took over the young girl disappeared. Finally got checked in about 3:45. Pool was broke. Food in our fridge.Room was falling apart needed up dating . The whole hotel needed up dates. The breakfast was horrible eggs were cold , sausage was white, empty counters, fruit was old, coffee, milk,danish,bagels, bread , waffles, napkins and more. One desk worker , 2 lady’s cleaning is all I witnessed on our 24 hour stay. The next morning they could not even start their cleaning because there was no clean linens. TERRIBLE PLACE. SO BAD.

The rooms we were assigned were already occupied. Then one of the new rooms was not made up and dirty. The staff, however, were kind and helpful, did ultimately get us into two clean rooms and comped one of the rooms. Property is aging and needs attention, but rooms were clean and acceptable. Staff was stellar!

We made a reservation for our wedding night 2 months ago. We went in to check in only to find out they canceled our reservation and gave it to someone else because we werent VIP members... never called or emailed us to let us know.

The pool looked amazing, but we didn't get to enjoy it due to out late arrival. The lobby and common areas seemed to be clean, but the bedroom could have used a little more attention. Our air conditioner made some weird noises some times, but the hotel was booked so no other rooms were available. It is walking distance to the outlet mall, with a Coney Island & Arby's near by. I would stay again. It was a quick trip, but it was nice. Great breakfast options as well.

Arrived late, from the road. Desk attendant was mumbly, rushed and not attentive. He couldn’t understand or clearly answer the 1 or 2 things I said. I could barely understand him [fast, mumbly + accent]. Got to room, smelled of urine. Switch at door was broken. Had to stumble in to feel and find light. Outside was 9F. Room was VERY cold. Noticed the ventilator was completely off. Turned it on, but noticed gaps around it, with very clear drafts, as it was not set well in wall. Set it to 78F since room was cold and was drafty. Literally climbed in bed, in clothes, under all covers… was so tired. Not interested in changing rooms. Went directly to sleep, and in morning, still COLD and smelly. Didn’t bother to shower or try bathroom, in cold. Just left. Won’t return… you shouldn’t either.

We told them our TV didn't work about 7 -8 times and they didn't do anything but give us a new remote but that wasn't the problem. They just looked at us like we were crazy.

Friendly and helpful staff. Found us glue for an emergency shoe repair. Nice breakfast. Eggs, sausage, waffles, breads, yogurt, cold cereal, drinks. . . A gluten free cold cereal would have helped. As would a more convenient outlet for the bedside lamp. But a great stay overall and we will gladly return when in the area again.

Shopping was close and near my brother.

Nice hotel at a fair price. Perfect for travelers, but with the nice indoor pool area, maybe even good for a little family weekend getaway. Convenient to the highway, but set back in sort of a commercial area so road noise wasnt an issue. Would stay again

The distance from the expressway was convenient, but minimal in noise. We could open a window for fresh air. Sleep is easier that way.

The property is located right off I96.. very easy to find and accessible.

Close to weddings

Location is close to outlet mall. The cost of the room was appropriate for the amenities but the room could have been a little cleaner. You could tell it had been cleaned but there were dust webs and a few bugs in the corners of the bathroom so maybe the room hadn't been used recently. The shower curtain should also be replaced. There was also some garbage around the parking lot in the morning so I'm not sure what was going on through the night although we did not hear anything. The beds were comfortable and clean and the breakfast was standard for a motel breakfast. Good hotel for the price and I would stay again but my wife is saying no... hope this helps...

Very limited breakfast. Would have like some yogurt and some cold drinking water.

They were very helpful putting us next to our grandkids room. The pool was freezing and the breakfast was cold and it was to be hot eggs and sausage. We would stay again all that being said

Check in was good. Person at the desk was very hard to understand. After a long day of physical training in 90+ degree weather I was told my room was on the 3rd floor and the elevator wasn’t working. Close to 60 yrs of age and two bad knees I certainly wasn’t happy about that. Room was decent enough however there was a blood stain on the side of bed and I’m not a picky guy and found this disgusting. Breakfast was highly disappointing. All I wanted was a good glass of apple or orange juice but machine wasn’t working. Also wanted a waffle however that machine was out of order as well. Like I said I’m not a picky guy but when others that I was training with stayed there too and complained about the same issues my thought was I’m writing my first review ever. Stay somewhere else if you can.

Breakfast could be better ( powder eggs) sausage is good coffee is hot so um there us that but overall its a great location be sure to check out the mall not many of those left these days

Staff were attentive and efficient. Hotel lobby and room were clean and updated. Breakfast was good. Overall a pleasant stay and well worth the price.

Pool was down entire 4 night stay. Breakfast eggs and sausage were cold. Coffee was very watery. Outside door key card broke, someone had put a wood chip to keep door open, which to me is very unsafe. Walls in bedroom were dirty with some liquid. There were bugs coming out the sink drain. The comforter was all balled up and looked like critters were living in it. Air conditioner smelled when turned on. Some outlets in the walls didn’t work. Shower took forever to drain. Literally one can’t make this up how much was wrong with this place. Would never recommend this hotel for anyone. We literally thought about moving but only slept there.

Bathroom was terrible, peeling ceiling, cobwebs in the corners, no fresh towels available when asked (all in the dryer right now). Breakfast was minimal, running out of pancake batter on Monday, no sweet rolls, no water available for those who don't drink coffee. This was not my idea of a vacation. We will not stay at a Baymont again, since this is our second bad stay.

Our stay was awful the whole hotel was dirty lighting in elevators was so dim you could hardly see.They offer free breakfast which they didn't have or if you call 5 sausage breakfast. Won't stay there again rather pay extra $50 and stay at Holiday Inn. Will not recommend hotel
