The hotel is maintained very well and the staff is exceptional! We stayed two nights with our "fur baby" and were grateful for the kindness given to our dog. Breakfast on the first morning was excellent; the second morning had much sparser offerings but maybe that was due to the Christmas holiday. The location is extremely convenient to transportation, restaurants and retail. All in all a wonderful experience.

The clerk who greeted me at 11pm was the kindest yoing lady. I truly appreciated her positive energy after a long drive. The facility is very clean and I loved that it is pet friendly!

I always enjoy staying at this hotel, It is clean. That is what is most important to me. The last two times I have stayed I have requested our room be cleaned and it was not cleaned. It was disappointing after asking twice on day two with nothing being cleaned and asking on day three with it not being cleaned.

When we arrived there was hair in the shower and some things in the room could have stood a wipe down. The shower pressure wasn't very good, i because we were on the 4th floor.

The entire hotel was immaculate! Comfortable beds, quiet rooms, clean bathrooms by lobby & pool area, too! Looked to be a new build - a week before Halloween & they had cute, tasteful decorations in the lobby & the staff had done a pumpkin decorating contests that guests could vote for :) The staff was all pleasant, helpful and efficient. Breakfast area was constantly cleaned and refilled. Our kids really appreciated the extra fun pumpkin spice waffle batter offered in addition to the regular - and all of the fun toppings like whipped cream & chocolate chips. The scones and roasted potatoes were delicious, too! We would drive further to stay in such a nice hotel, thank you for a great night!

This hotel is so clean and beautiful! Everything is basically brand new feeling. Stayed overnight with my husband and kids and we felt very comfortable and enjoyed our stay. There is a very nice breakfast included as well

all was new and very nice. as always, the free breakfast had fewer options than we wish. all was excellent, except the internet. constantly wanting one to sign up for Hilton One, if you want to stream, you have to pay $5 a day.

I hardly slept due to the temperature in the room. I had to wake up at least 5 times to turn back on the air. The bed and pillows were not comfortable at all. With that being said the room was very clean and spacious.

The room was spacious and clean. We loved that it had a walking shower! The housekeepers were very kind and helpful. The front desk is excellent. Jarrett was so very kind and helpful to us. We really appreciated how personable he was but they all were so kind. The breakfast was the best we have EVER had at a hotel. We’ll definitely stay here again!

The hotel itself is really nice. Very clean, very modern, all the necessary amenities. Everything looks great. Free breakfast included is a huge plus. Where it falls short was the mattress was far and away too hard and the pillows far too soft. Everything else is perfect, especially for the price.

Sunday breakfast choices were terrible. The food choices were scant, disorganized, and presented in a non-appetizing manor. Check-in was a long process, drawn-out process , many people in line, waiting to be checked in. I made the remark that you should have online check-in. I was told Hilton honors customers have the option, but YOU used a third-party app, so , no. That option should be available to ALL paying customers.

We got stuck in a snow storm and had to stop find a place to stay for the night. The staff was very warm and welcoming which was the best part of the stay. The room was very clean and comfortable, the breakfast was good, but it was the kindness of the staff both at check-in and at check-out that would make me want to stay there again.

The facility is in good condition and fairly new. Great location and is a short ride to the main area of Howell. Breakfast was good. Waffles were a nice touch but coffee was a little bitter. I liked the convenience of the 24hr pantry. My only disappointment is there was a charge to use Wi-Fi.

I stayed here for ease to get to Cleary Uni, its a nice hotel and the staff are friendly. Breakfast varied if somewhat limited but you'll not starve, however when you have breakfast all the items for the food and drink .e.g. plates, cups, knives and forks are all disposable , it would be nicer if these were pot, really crockery and metal cutlery. Instead of single use items. Even in the room the cups are disposable. Otherwise nice enough place to stay.
