Hôtel qui aurait pu être plein de charme s’il n’était pas aussi mal vieillissant. Le salon d’accueil offre une vue magnifique mais les fauteuils et canapés sont complément inconfortables et usés. Upon arrival at the airport we had booked transportation from airport to hotel with the hotel, no one was there, and we had to get a taxi. The hotel claimed online it had a restaurant on site. Incorrect, it was late we asked they get us a taxi; 20 minutes later we asked again to get us a taxi. She recommended a small shop nearby; but it did not have sandwiches. Taxi took us to a large grocery store. The room was not as described. Booked suite with fireplace. Room had a small black wood burning stove and a hot tub; but the hot tub looked like it had not been cleaned in a while.

Estuvimos 4 días, es un lugar muy tranquilo, silencioso, limpid, el taxi al pueblo promedio 5 dolares… la vista del lobby y de nuestra recamara es ESPECTACULAR! Vale la pena, el cafe de la mañana es Buenisimo desde las 6:30, la sra Felicidad siempre atenta, gracias a Ezequiel, Luciano, Agustina por hacernos sentir en casa y ayudarnos a resolverlo todo, hasta nos cumplieron un antojo de papas al Horno. Muy satisfechos, sin duda lo recomiendo.

The suite was lovely and big. We came from el Chalten and so the jacuzzi was a treat! The service was very good and accommodating. They let us stay in for a couple more hours and were helpful with our queries. The views over the lake are fantastic! Shame we only stayed for a night.

Beautiful property in the outskirts but only 5-7 from town. Staff is super friendly- Felicidad honors her name- she’s been in charge of breakfast for 16 years and she’s delightful. Engage in conversation with her; you’ll enjoy it! Agustina is very professional.

Todo muy bien, el lugar en muy bonito, hermosa vista al lago. Lo único negativo es que el restaurante no estaba abierto siendo un fin de semana largo. El resto todo bien. Una última cuestión, considero incorrecto tener que abonar en dólares la estadía siendo que solo un país cuya moneda nacional es el peso argentino. Quizás para el turista extranjero es conveniente pero para el turista argentino no lo es tanto...
