Personal freundlich. Mehrere Pools, auch extra für "Adult only" Dadurch verteilt es sich gut. Animateure sehr bemüht. Ruhig ist es durch das Programm eher nicht. Zimmer war im Haupgebäude von der Lage her gut, Ausstattung auch.Abzug gibt es beim Essen. Auswahl und Quallität waren nicht gut. Frühstücksgebäude war neu und modern. Das Gebäude zum Abendessen jedoch alt und kahl. Meer mit Kieselsteinen. Badeschuhe empehlenswert. Safe im Zimmer gibt es nur gegen Aufpreis. An sich zufriedenstellend, würden das nächste Mal allerdings ein Hotel mit Sandstrand ausprobieren.

Important Information on Room Amenities Photos show a walk-in shower. The majority of the rooms have a bathtub shower. The head is only 2-3” dia. None of the front oceanview rooms have a walk-in shower. Planes fly night and day over the hotel at a conversation-stopping noise level every 5-15 mins. Suggest a hotel on opposite side of the island. The safe costs 18 euros for up to a week. If a day longer, pay again. Some balconies are wide, others are 3 ft with a 4 ft. wall. Sitting on a chair, you can’t see out. Beach is narrow, black sand with large pebbles. Al a Carte dinner is $55 each Rooms with a kitchen are well stocked however, while there are 3 “supermarkets” none sell any dinner food or even frozen TV dinners so kitchen stove useless. They sell packaged cold cuts, bread, cereal & snacks only. Room has a coffee maker & kettle but not tea, coffee, sugar or cream. Hotel said take it from the restaurants. They don’t supply bottled water, shampoo bottles, conditioner or a box of tissues, just a liquid dispenser that’s hard to pump. Got one free bottle of water with wine and fruit on arrival. Rooms with a separate bedroom have no sofa or chairs in the living area, just two single beds to sit on. Our sheets & towels were gray and worn. Thick cushioned deck chairs have no shade. The hotel is not in the best state and the interior is very outdated. The location is great. Rules around ‘claiming’ swimming pool beds with towels are not being followed or corrected. Therefore the pool beds are always occupied.

Most cleanest beach resort we have ever stayed. Swimming pool, dining area and other facilities are perfectly maintained and easy walk to the beach. Family friendly and highly recommended.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Wir waren vom 08.09. bis 17.09. mit unserer kleinen Tochter im Sun Beach Resort und sind begeistert. Das Essen war jeden Tag abwechslungsreich und sehr lecker – es gab immer genügend Auswahl, auch für Kinder. Das Personal war durchweg freundlich, hilfsbereit und immer mit einem Lächeln da, egal ob im Restaurant, an der Rezeption oder am Pool. Besonders toll fanden wir, dass es genug Aktivitäten sowohl für Kinder als auch für Erwachsene gab. Unsere Tochter hatte im Kinderbereich und beim Spielen am Pool richtig viel Spaß, während wir Erwachsenen auch mit Sportangeboten und Unterhaltung auf unsere Kosten gekommen sind. Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber, modern eingerichtet und wurden regelmäßig gründlich gereinigt – wir haben uns direkt wohlgefühlt. Auch die Anlage insgesamt ist sehr gepflegt, die Pools sind sauber, und die Lage direkt am Strand ist einfach traumhaft. Ein weiterer Pluspunkt: Es gibt immer genügend Liegen und Sonnenschirme am Pool und am Strand, man muss nicht früh morgens „reservieren“. Außerdem ist die Anlage so angelegt, dass man trotz vieler Gäste nie das Gefühl hat, dass es überfüllt ist. Wir hatten eine wunderschöne und entspannte Zeit und kommen auf jeden Fall wieder – absolut empfehlenswert für Familien!

Good location respective to Rhodes old town. Beach is good, but wavy and not great for small children. Hotel have very good amenities and staff is very friendly, helpful and they give the extra mile to make your stay more pleasant.

Nice clean and wonderful staff. However, the gym is very outdated with very old machine, only 1 treadmill out of 5 is in working order! Other equipment are old, not in safe order to operate and could cause serious injuries to the users. The resort could be liable to any injuries to the gusts/users.

Das Zimmer war stets sauber und für uns 2 Erwachsene und 2 kleine Kinder völlig ausreichend. Es wurde, wenn man wollte, täglich gereinigt. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Schade war, dass die Liegen am Strand nach 3 Tagen kostenpflichtig wurden. Die Liegen an den Pools blieben kostenfrei.
Das Zimmer war stets sauber und für uns 2 Erwachsene und 2 kleine Kinder völlig ausreichend. Es wurde, wenn man wollte, täglich gereinigt. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Schade war, dass die Liegen am Strand nach 3 Tagen kostenpflichtig wurden. Die Liegen an den Pools blieben kostenfrei.

Die Lage war gut, aber beim Frühstücksbuffet fehlten frische Säfte, frischer Honig, Feta Käse. Die Zimmer waren in einem guten Zustand, aber die Bettwäsche wurde nicht gewechselt. Wegen dem Regen ist die Klimsanlage ausgefallen. Die Sonnenliegen wurden schon früh reserviert, obwohl es erst ab 10 Uhr erlaubt war

Unsere Tochter hatte im Kinderbereich und beim Spielen am Pool richtig viel Spaß, während wir Erwachsenen auch mit Sportangeboten und Unterhaltung auf unsere Kosten gekommen sind. Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber, modern eingerichtet und wurden regelmäßig gründlich gereinigt – wir haben uns direkt wohlgefühlt. Auch die Anlage insgesamt ist sehr gepflegt, die Pools sind sauber, und die Lage direkt am Strand ist einfach traumhaft. Ein weiterer Pluspunkt: Es gibt immer genügend Liegen und Sonnenschirme am Pool und am Strand, man muss nicht früh morgens „reservieren“. Nice clean and wonderful staff. However, the gym is very outdated with very old machine, only 1 treadmill out of 5 is in working order! Other equipment are old, not in safe order to operate and could cause serious injuries to the users. The resort could be liable to any injuries to the gusts/users.

Das Zimmer war stets sauber und für uns 2 Erwachsene und 2 kleine Kinder völlig ausreichend. Es wurde, wenn man wollte, täglich gereinigt. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Schade war, dass die Liegen am Strand nach 3 Tagen kostenpflichtig wurden. Die Liegen an den Pools blieben kostenfrei.

Die Lage war gut, aber beim Frühstücksbuffet fehlten frische Säfte, frischer Honig, Feta Käse. Die Zimmer waren in einem guten Zustand, aber die Bettwäsche wurde nicht gewechselt. The property had some nice updates. The adult only pool and bar were very nice along with the lobby area Thalassa. Beautiful ocean views, entertainment activities throughout the day, and excellent capucinos. The food was mediocre and water wasn’t available for guests in the lobby. My room had a funky order and the air conditioning was minimal.

The hotel is not in the best state and the interior is very outdated. The location is great. Rules around ‘claiming’ swimming pool beds with towels are not being followed or corrected. Therefore the pool beds are always occupied.

Really great 4* hotel, we were 1 adult & two 14 year old girls for 9 nights. Definitely go for the sea view so you are in the beachfront wing. Entertainment team were fun - my kids did darts, water polo & football, & we all did aqua aerobics every morning with Mana & Heather. Breakfasts are good, with a nice sea view Lunchtime restaurant (we were only bed & breakfast) was good & varied with lovely Elina serving. Nice beach but rocks to walk through to get to the water so the water shoes available in most shops were great - especially for the water park too! Very close to a great street of restaurants & little shops perfect for holiday jewellery shopping. We loved pezouli & the Italian next door plus the 2 restaurants in the kostas village. Recommend & enjoy! Ps gorgeous sunsets too

The rooms were incredibly spacious – it felt like we had our own one-bedroom apartment, complete with a living room and kitchen. During our stay, it was windy for a few days due to winds coming from the north. However there was no wind on the other side of the island which was 20 mins drive so went there. (faliraki beach).

Das Essen war jeden Tag abwechslungsreich und sehr lecker – es gab immer genügend Auswahl, auch für Kinder. Das Personal war durchweg freundlich, hilfsbereit und immer mit einem Lächeln da, egal ob im Restaurant, an der Rezeption oder am Pool. Besonders toll fanden wir, dass es genug Aktivitäten sowohl für Kinder als auch für Erwachsene gab. Unsere Tochter hatte im Kinderbereich und beim Spielen am Pool richtig viel Spaß, während wir Erwachsenen auch mit Sportangeboten und Unterhaltung auf unsere Kosten gekommen sind. Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber, modern eingerichtet und wurden regelmäßig gründlich gereinigt – wir haben uns direkt wohlgefühlt. Auch die Anlage insgesamt ist sehr gepflegt, die Pools sind sauber, und die Lage direkt am Strand ist einfach traumhaft. Ein weiterer Pluspunkt: Es gibt immer genügend Liegen und Sonnenschirme am Pool und am Strand, man muss nicht früh morgens „reservieren“. Außerdem ist die Anlage so angelegt, dass man trotz vieler Gäste nie das Gefühl hat, dass es überfüllt ist. Wir hatten eine wunderschöne und entspannte Zeit und kommen auf jeden Fall wieder – absolut empfehlenswert für Familien!

Nice clean and wonderful staff. However, the gym is very outdated with very old machine, only 1 treadmill out of 5 is in working order! Other equipment are old, not in safe order to operate and could cause serious injuries to the users. The resort could be liable to any injuries to the gusts/users.

Really great 4* hotel, we were 1 adult & two 14 year old girls for 9 nights. Definitely go for the sea view so you are in the beachfront wing. Entertainment team were fun - my kids did darts, water polo & football, & we all did aqua aerobics every morning with Mana & Heather. Breakfasts are good, with a nice sea view Lunchtime restaurant (we were only bed & breakfast) was good & varied with lovely Elina serving. Nice beach but rocks to walk through to get to the water so the water shoes available in most shops were great - especially for the water park too! Very close to a great street of restaurants & little shops perfect for holiday jewellery shopping. We loved pezouli & the Italian next door plus the 2 restaurants in the kostas village. Recommend & enjoy! Ps gorgeous sunsets too

The property had some nice updates. The adult only pool and bar were very nice along with the lobby area Thalassa. Beautiful ocean views, entertainment activities throughout the day, and excellent capucinos. The food was mediocre and water wasn’t available for guests in the lobby. My room had a funky order and the air conditioning was minimal.

Important Information on Room Amenities Photos show a walk-in shower. The majority of the rooms have a bathtub shower. The head is only 2-3” dia. None of the front oceanview rooms have a walk-in shower. Planes fly night and day over the hotel at a conversation-stopping noise level every 5-15 mins. Pick a hotel on the opposite side of the island. The safe costs 18 euros for up to a week. If a day longer, pay again. Some balconies are wide, others are 3 ft with a 4 ft. wall. Sitting on a chair, you can’t see out. Beach is narrow, black sand with large pebbles. Al a Carte dinner is $55 each Rooms with a kitchen are well stocked however, while there are 3 “supermarkets” none sell any dinner food or even frozen TV dinners so kitchen stove useless. They sell packaged cold cuts, bread, cereal & snacks only. Room has a coffee maker & kettle but not tea, coffee, sugar or cream. Hotel said take it from the restaurants. They don’t supply bottled water, shampoo bottles, conditioner or a box of tissues, just a liquid dispenser that’s hard to pump. Got one free bottle of water with wine and fruit on arrival. Rooms with a separate bedroom have no sofa or chairs in the living area, just two single beds to sit on. Our sheets & towels were gray and worn. Thick cushioned deck chairs have no shade. Other deck chairs have an umbrella. Has a kids pool, a teens pool & an adults-only pool. For noise, pick a room next to the desired pool. Overall the facility is attractive & clean.

One week with three children. Really loved the hotel. Stuff was so serviceminded and nice. Loved the distance between pool and ocean, you could easily walk between without choosing pool or beach for the day. All inclusive is mostly in another part of the hotel. We took only breakfast and choosed our restaurants. We like that better. Breakfast was great! Area around had some abandoned bulidings but nothing that effected our impression. Nice streets with enough shops and restaturants for us as a family. I guess its too calm if you are looking for party .

We stayed in June in the Sea Wing (the newer section) on an all-inclusive package. The room was clean, and the staff were friendly. Since the hotel is close to the airport, you can hear airplanes every 10 minutes or so. Also, not everything is actually included in the all-inclusive package (although almost everything is). For example, the beach chairs are not included. Breakfast was very good. However, the lunch and dinner buffets were disappointing, with rather basic food options. The snacks available throughout the day were nothing special either. The air conditioning did not cool the room sufficiently, even when set to the maximum. I went to reception, and although they said someone had checked it, nothing changed—the room never cooled down (it was 33°C/91°F outside). I even saw another guest complaining about the exact same issue. Overall, I feel there was a mismatch between the price we paid and what we received.
