Great location on the beach, grounds pools and building kept nice, rooms need renovating, food plenty of choice

the animation team makes a huge difference in the experience. I just stayed in another all inclusive hotel and even though the hotel had way better facilities and service thanks to the animation team, i got the feeling i had better holiday in this hotel in rhodos

Fantastiske sol ned gang, fin strand, velholdt hage. Kort vei til strand og bassenger. Rett ved hotel fines stor og fin offentlig lekeplass, mange butikker, apoteker, minst 4 rent car, restauranter. God service, fine folk. Taxi fra flyplassen 17 euro. Største ulempe er ikke god mat (billigste skinke, ingen vannmelon eller mellon), forferdelig kafé og vinn, for små engangskopper i plast ved bassenger, bare i restaurant kan fylles selv kafe eller juice, ved main pool trenges stå i lang køen.

Stort hotell med mange bassenger. Bodde på nyrenovert del, som var bra i forhold til resten av hotellet som bar preg av å være litt gammelt. Middels godt renhold. Veldig hyggelig og god service fra resepsjon. Maten var ok i forhold til tilsvarende hoteller.

Die Unterkunft liegt wunderschön, ist aber in die Jahre gekommen und nur gut gepflegt. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt nicht. Handtuchwechsel und Toilettenpapiernachschub funktionierten nur auf Nachfrage. Das All-Inclusive-Getränke-Angebot war billig und hatte wenig Auswahl. Das Hotel verbot die Reservierung von Liegen, setzte das aber nicht durch, so dass am Strand reserviert werden musste. Das Personal war freundlich und entgegenkommend. Das eine inklusive A-la-carte-Dinner war italienische, nicht griechische Küche und der Nachtisch war in einem Plastikbecher offensichtlich billig gekauft. Die Getränkeauswahl war auch nicht größer als am Buffet.

Common areas and space in the room were good. Some of the furniture in the room could do with updating. Cleaning of the rooms/bathroom could be better.

Location ottima, personale squisito e collaborativo. Buffet ampio e variegato. Bar sempre a disposizione. Quindi food and beverage di buona qualità e quantità senza limitazione. Le camere sono veramente in condizioni pietose e in generale la manutenzione è assolutamente deficitaria. Lettini sa spiaggia vecchi e malandati, ombrelloni che non hanno perni di bloccaggio e serve il fai da te con dei rametti. Ripeto il personale davvero gentile e amichevole, mangiare e bere senza limiti. Bel mare.

AC - not on until 1st of June and it was super stuffy. My kids hardly slept first night. We did get upgrade to new part of hotel after wanting to cancel room. However things were not fully working in new room too. Hot water - No hot water when we arrived. Fixed after complaining. Kitchenett - Its for decorative purpose with no cutlery, cups, saucepan, not even a cup Bathroom - cupboard wouldnt close and kids got caught with their fingers Mini fridge - not working and had to call engineer State - quite worn out and not sure how they got 4 star Pool - they were removing paint because they used slippery paint in the pool Food - food was not impressive and at the end we just didnt eat it althought we paid for all inclusive. Pool bar - no snacks to offer to customers. Only drinks Kids club - they have it but not opened. Note: i am not sensitive to noise so I am ok hearing parties and flights every night. However if you are sensitive then maybe not for you. Overall: i think it was expensive for what you get and i would not even rate it 3 star for the old room I got and that was not the most basic room already. I paid more coz I wanted more comfortable for kids. Good thing was private beach and close to airport. Lots of restaurant around and some souvenir shops.

Beklentim Yunan kültürünü daha iyi tanıtmaları yönündeydi. Kisacası kimseye tavsiye etmiyorum.

Essen war schrecklich und die Getränke haben einfach nur nach Chlor geschmeckt. Unsere Bettwäsche war auch dreckig..

Dårlig forklaring eller manglende informasjon fra resepsjon,brukt 20 minutter i varmen for å finne rommet. -Restaurant var åpen fra 12:30, det var ikke snack bar mellom 10 til 12:30. -vann til te var bare et plass -tallerken og glass var ikke ren. - mark i mat, maten var ikke bra, halv stekt. - frokost: brød var ikke fersk.

Esperienza terribile! Non la consiglio assolutamente e tanto meno a famiglie con bambini! Siamo arrivati alle ore 21 orario in cui chiude la cucina che tra l'altro è a buffet e non ci hanno permesso di cenare! Già qui ci siamo trovati male non tanto per noi adulti ma perché avevamo con noi nostra figlia di 4anni Abbiamo preso la chiave e come siamo entrati in camera non capivo se era nostra o di qualche altra persona! Sporca Sporca ! Negli angoli vi erano ancora i capelli di chi vi era stato prima! Lenzuoli bucati e con macchie rosse ! Nemmeno stirati!

We reported a leak in the shower which caused the floor to be very wet, but this was never addressed, even after a couple of visits from the hotel technician. House keeping didn't mop the shower floor and change/change the wet towels on the floor the last 3 day. In addition, house keeping didn't change the bedding either. management came once after numerous complaints, but all we got was an apology, but nothing was addressed. Totally unacceptable. We will never visit this property again.

Punching at 2 star, very filthy hotel!! The animation team were really good though!! Dining is till 9 pm however food is removed by 8.40, staff then come and feed themselves in front of guests at this time!! Not once I saw the dining area being mopped!! Every gin and tonic and beer tasted different!! The toilets at the water park were cleaner than the hotel. The location is wonderful it’s such a shame it’s let down!! We really felt sorry for the staff as they were getting complaints all the time and clearly trained to fob you off!! I do not recommend to stay here especially if your wanting to use the all inclusive food and beverage facilities.

The property is vety close to Rhodes, which is great. Also, the nature, weather and warm sea made the holidays very good. The hotel is quite old and the furniture as well, which is a bit disappointing. It could be cleaner in the rooms as well as the bedfong was cha hed only once in 10 days we stayed there. Face towels never and large bath towels once. Beach towels are changed every 3 days whereas in other resorts it is daily. Lots of the things there are to be improved but the staff was always very helpful and friendly.

Although the pool area and beach are nice, the hotel is old dated and dirty. The food is awful, plates cups not clean. No fresh juices all sugary concentrate and local brand soft drinks. The hotel rooms have ants in them, they smell from the toilet and the beds r so u comfortable. Towels are not changed daily and the rooms cleaned every two days. Very noisy from the bar where there are parties and discos. Really deceiving from the pictures. I do not recommend

Rooms clean and functionable possibly could do with a be a bit updated

My bed was damp presumably from someone having put beach towels down. To the point that i ended up sleeping on the couch because the room smelt musty. The food was plentiful but it was also not really much choices. You pretty much ended picking one protein and a bunch of carbs and I have a wide pallet. The staff pretty much just wants you out of their face and makes it known too. The building are pretty rundown too. Btw i havent seen a 1:1 ratio tv since the 90s thay thing was an abomination.

You get why you pay for. The place hasn’t been updated since what looks like the early 90s. The food was ok but you’ll get a stomach ache after 1 day of the all inclusive meals. And the drinks will give you a hang over. I don’t know what I drank but it wasn’t wine that’s for sure.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were nice and comfortable, providing a relaxing atmosphere. The staff were exceptionally kind and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. The location is perfect, being just a short walk from the beach, making it convenient for daily seaside visits. Additionally, the food service was excellent, offering a rich and diverse menu that catered to every taste. Highly recommended for a pleasant and enjoyable stay!

The pictures of this property are very deceiving. The hotel and rooms are very run down and could do with some renovation. The food options were not great, unfriendly staff, door locks in rooms not working, broken showers, leaking ceiling, no ironing facilities, some of the rooms are a 10 min walk from the main reception building, nearby beach very pebbly with hardly any sand, the list can go on and on.

Rekommenderar inte detta hotell till någon. Otroligt dålig personal, slitet överallt och maten var en katastrof!

Das Personal war sehr nett. Die Getränke waren schrecklich, das billigste vom billigen. Das Essen war ok, man konnte was finden, was man essen konnte. Die gesamte Anlage ist etwas alt. Der strand ist direkt am Hotel, badeschuhe sind empfehlenswert, da große steine liegen. Das Wasser ist sauber und schön. 4 tage waren ausreichend und nochmal kommen wir nicht.

Bra, avkopplande resa och vistelse. Stort tack till resorptionen som gav oss familjerum. Underbart. Maten var bättre än ok dock kunde köket ordna det mer proffsig. Specialmiddagen kan man gärna hoppa över. Jag rekommenderar inte, särskilt när inte innehållet i rätten redovisas rätt. Dåligt av turister som reserverar solstolar trotts alla skyltar överallt som förbjuder det.

Veldig fint hotell. Perfekt beliggende rett ved sjøen. All inclisiv var ikke bra, så vi spiste middag ute. Lunsj i snackbaren bar bedre enn buffet.
