Great and fantastic service provided by all staff members. We stayed in a business suite with formal living room and kitchen area. I liked this space as you could have family in different areas of the room without feeling crowded. The bathroom is nice with bathtub and shower, though the floor can get wet if not careful due to the bathtub glass "door" that lets out water. Comfortable beds, pillows could be more firm but that is my preference. I didn't use the balcony space but you have a view towards the main road and the housing towards the sea. The gym was great with a lot of equipment and a sauna- I liked the views and watching the sunrise. The restaurant has good food too and complimentary flavoured water near the entrance. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would stay here again. Also, I didn't use it but it looks easy to get to the hotel from the airport uing the metro.

Nice hotel with great service and well appointed rooms. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. A great feature was the onsite coffee - tea bar with space to work and meet colleagues. The roof top pool and bar were also great features. Enjoyed my stay and definitely recommend this hotel.

Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen. Hatte noch nie so ein sauberes Hotel. Das Zimmer wurde täglich Gründlich geputz Personal super freundlich und sie haben wirklich ihren Job sehr gut gemacht. Die Aussicht aus dem Balkon war fantastisch mit Blick auf Burj Khalifa. Die Bedienung im Restaurant neben dem Eingang war erste Classe! Metro Station 5 Gehminuten entfernt. Swimmingpool mit Aussicht und Rofttop Bar im Hotel. Ich gebe diesem Hotel die Note 10/10.

This is a good hotel. There are some issues worth noting, particularly for those staying here for work as I was. -There are only four small elevators and you often have to wait a long while for one. -The rooms are big but the space between them small, so that you hear your neighbors across the halls (screaming children but even a ringing phone) -The sidewalks in front of the hotel are narrow and very busy including with delivery bike riders

Great Location with Excellent Service This was my first time in Dubai, and I planned to use the metro extensively during the trip. After landing at DXB, I took the metro directly to the Financial Centre station. From there, it was an easy walk across Sheikh Zayed Road using the air-conditioned pedestrian bridge. The hotel was just a short walk from the station, conveniently located between the Museum of the Future and Burj Khalifa metro stations. Check-in was smooth, as the hotel already had our reservation details from Hotels.com. We were given a corner room with a nice view of the main road and the Museum of the Future. The room was spacious, featuring a comfortable bed, a work desk, and a couple of chairs. It was also very quiet — both from within the hotel and the outside environment. The location is excellent, with grocery stores and restaurants nearby. The hotel staff were extremely helpful, especially when it came to giving directions and helping hail cabs. Although I didn’t use the rooftop pool, I did check it out — the area was clean and well maintained. Overall, a great stay with easy metro access, helpful staff, and a quiet, comfortable room in a central location.

I frequently visit to Dubai and stay at a different hotel. This one is by far the best. I had a room with a balcony on the 16th floor overlooking Shaikh Zayed road. The view is amazing. The room is a little small but super clean, comfortable bed and a large bathroom. They have a lounge on the 43rd floor (top floor) where you can see Dubai from all sides. The view at night is breath taking! The location of the hotel is perfect. Shops and restaurants are wiltin walking distance. Dubai mall is 5 minutes away. The staff are very friendly. I am staying at this hotel in my next visit.

The A/C and Wifi was not working properly in room. Then the water would be hot one minute then go cold. When we got room service the last day it took way longer then the estimate time then when food arrived the milk for our cereal was warm and the orange juice for order was missing. The orange juice didn’t come till way after meal. Will not be staying here anymore, this was my second time since 2018 & the property value and hospitality has gone down.

It was a fantastic stay. Ritesh and the Four Points by Sheraton representatives truly created a welcoming and accommodating experience for my family and I. I had a late flight and Ritesh granted my family and I with a late check out free of charge. Sanjay and the housekeeping crew kept our rooms immaculately clean and also provided ample toiletries. The accommodations were spotless and comfortable, making for a truly relaxing experience. The hotel's prime location was perfect for exploring the area. Had a very pleasant experience the property itself is fantastic, with great amenities and beautiful views. I really appreciated that the rooms come with balconies it made the stay feel extra special. While the pool could be a bit larger or higher, this didn’t bother me much as I rarely or never use it. The standout aspect of my stay was the staff; everyone, from the lobby team to other employees, was courteous, professional, and attentive. Another highlight is the location it’s close to many attractions and other great places to explore, making it very convenient for sightseeing and dining. I loved my stay at the four points the location is superb right on the financial district station red line. I cannot speak highly enough of the staff. From the staff on the front doors, check in was polite and easy the guys and ladies near the elevators, organising taxis, the trip and spa coordinates near the elevators were informative but not harassing which is lovely. Everyone is friendly and says morning or evening which may not sound a big deal but I find it very positive and charming. My room was kept lovely and clean so a big thank you for that. A special mention to both the pascal tepper bakery where I had my breakfast and half board meals and the staff on the level 43 bar I know sometimes it can look strange being a solo traveller but they really looked after me, couldn’t do enough for me and were polite, helpful and courteous. I wish I made notes of names so I could give a shout out to some of the personally 5 stars doesn’t seem enough if I am lucky enough to end up back in Dubai I will be staying here or recommending it to friends and colleague. A huge thank you.

Have stayed a number of time at FP. Had booked an extra night as I was arriving early morning and needed my room as soon as I got there but wasn’t available which was particularly annoying. Appreciate the upgrade when eventually sorted but shouldn’t have happened. I also had issues where I got back from meetings at 3:30pm to find my room not made up. I needed to rest due a bad night and put the DND light on and was then woken up by the cleaner calling the room telephone to see if I wanted the room cleaned! I when it was done eventually cleaned, he left me with only one bath towel and no replacement hand towel. I called and asked for an additional towel which never arrived. So in summary, great hotel but service needs improving

O café da manhã, embora variado, tinha muito da culinária indiana, com alimentos apimentados. Também de se reforçar a necessidade de variedade de frutas, pois todos os 8 dias haviam apenas as mesmas 4 espécies de frutas. Agora, os sucos, omeletes, pães e geleias eram excelentes, sem contar com a cordialidade e atendimento dos trabalhadores do café da manhã. No que trata da sacada, era trancada e apenas o pessoal da limpeza tinha sua chave. Quando solicitamos, eles a abriram, mas no dia seguinte já havia novamente trancado. Uma questão de segurança, já que o guarda corpo é de tamanho padrão normal, mas a altura da edificação requer maiores preocupações.

A wonderful experience marred only by the renovations being carried out in the lobby area but the staff were all so nice and accommodating that one did not even notice the inconvenience. Our only (small) complaint was that the breakfast staff were a little less than friendly and the buffet selection was a little less than we have come to expect from Four Points.
