The elevator was broken and we were on the second floor. I helped a lady down the stairs that was on the third floor with a bad knee. The ice machines on the second and third floor was not working either. The hot tub was not working and the pool looked dirty. Went down for breakfast and there was no gravy and when they brought more it was barely warm. Will not visit again nor will we recommend it either.

This property is tired and needs an upgrade. The A/C is moldy , the pool was green and in need of cleaning. The chairs in the dinning area are shabby and peeling. Pricilla on night reception was especially welcoming and helpful as I arrive at 2.30am. It is a hard place to get to or travel - a car is essential. It was noisy near the ice machine.

My family and I were excited for this stay, but as our time in the hotel went on the excitement declined. The lobby and dining seemed clean, but our room was not. The basics seemed to have been wiped, but it definitely hasn’t been deep cleaned in quite a while. I do NOT recommend the pool at all. It was green and I regret getting in because it was the dirtiest pool I’ve ever swam in. Full of hair, dirt, and some bandaids; smelling like pee afterward. The staff were polite and the rooms were quiet, the rest was a no go.

Tub needed to be scrubbed better. Dirt ring not cleaned enough. Gyn equipment needs to be repaired particularly the tread mill. Other than that -- food was great, the room was great, had a good nights sleep

The hotel is badly in need of updating. The rooms stink so badly of must. I couldn’t sleep it was so pungent in the room. Worst pillows I have ever had at a hotel. The mattress was so old I could feel the springs in my back. No water pressure or hot water with a note just saying “oh sorry about that”. The workout room had no equipment that worked. The only redeeming thing about this property was the kind staff.

The pool was disgusting. Completely green and smelled like literal poop. The hot tub was broken. Ice machines were broken and the courtyard was covered in ash and charcoal from the grill. The staff was not accommodating when we asked for ice water in regards to the ice machine being broken and we’re pretty much told that they can’t help us. There was no toilet paper in the bathroom or anything.

Upon checking in the girl at the front desk was a little less than friendly and seemed as though she was in a hurry and had better things to do. The bed in our room appeared clean unlike the bathroom, which it was very apparent had not been cleaned. We would have complained, but we had been driving for about 9 hours and it was late , so we cleaned it the best we could with what we had available and went to bed. Not much sleep due to noise all night. Breakfast was the highlight of the stay.

It was convenient for a quick overnight stay for travel. The lobby was nice. The room had a stale odor, there was dirt on the carpet and cobwebs by the chair. The lighting in the bathroom was dim and the shower felt dirty because the tub was rusty and dingy. The shower needed an update.

The facility was not clean, and it was in poor condition. The comforter and towels had holes in them, and we were told there were no better replacements. The pool had hair balls in and around it. The first room we went to smelled awful, and they did give us a different room, at no charge. However, it was hot and stuffy, and was not clean. I will say that the staff were friendly and as helpful as they could be.

I was disturbed that I had so many ladybugs in my room-actually crawled on me, all over bathroom counter, lamded on and fell into my open soda can. When I mentioned this at check out the very nice desk clerk informed me they have been having issues with them. It would have been nice to know ahead of time if they were already aware!

This place was gross. The beds had white stains on them, the bathtubs had foot-shaped dirt stains, and the mini fridge looked as if it hadn’t been touched by housekeepers ever. I was incredibly disappointed. Not to mention the “staff” included only young girls (literally one was 14 years old).

There were Asian beetles/ ladybugs flying around. They were on the window, ceiling, in bed with me too. The bathtub stopper was grimy, gross. The toilet paper was so thin, it would just fall apart, stick to my skin. There was loud music playing all night. Others staying there didn't know how to close their door quietly.

Check in was an adventure. Charged multiple times on my personal credit card (not sure if due to inexperience of staff or poor equipment). There was a lot of "I don't know...but I think it'll drop off. Call back if it doesn't." Breakfast was horrible. Most everything was room temp or cold and I was there at 7:30am. There was a false alarm evacuation for Fire alarm. The staff didn't seem to know what to do.

I wouldn't stay here again. The staff was never around when we needed something and I tried calling to let them know we had checked out early, and just kept getting hung up on. The bathtub was disgusting. Our room was never made over. Our remote didn't work and when I went to the front desk, she told me to find the housekeeper and let her know.

The property was very clean, and well kept. My only problem was the staff! The ladies at the front desk didn’t know simple questions, like.. is there a couch in my room? Or How long will the hold come off of my account?.. Then the manager at the front desk, after we checked out, had another person who was staying there, come out to tell me they needed me inside because I didn’t pay! They have tried charging my card $109 TWICE! I had to go inside and TELL them I paid through Expedia! So the manager looked in the computer, and confirmed I DID pay! They tried to charge my card AGAIN, after I left there! I will NOT be staying here again!

Staff is very friendly, hotel is clean. I had called before placing my order on Expedia and was told to go ahead, place my order and then call back right away and they would book us away from the side of the hotel that faced the highway. But this did not happen and the first night was on the highway, but we moved and the second two nights were away from it. We appreciated that they were willing to move us for the last two nights, but now I know better, it is best to book directly with the hotel than on Expedia, or Hotels.com.......

Absolutely delightful stay. The quarters were bright, clean, roomy, everything worked (TVs and internet these days are more complicated than it used to be with hotel stays!) Quiet, the continental breakfast was plentiful and hot. We had a great stay!
