Quality Inn Rogersville

The lobby remodel was nice.

No breakfast served.No pool.

The pool was out of order floors looked like they was cleaned room looked old and run down breakfast was nothing and the bathroom in the room had mold and holes in it

Parking was a nightmare. A hundred dollar deposit for a room with no hot water. This hotel had no elevator. The air-conditioning system was older than myself and I'm 51 . Never staying again.

Back door never locked.so anybody could get in whenever.grounds not clean.towels had allmost holes in them.bathroom door did not stay.closed.needd new sheets.and upgrade needed.not very clean Will not syay again.

There is a long uphill drive into the facilities, parking is limited.

No key needed in rear entrance of hotel, just pull and the door opens, Ice machine broke, Pool been closed for a long time, Mold in the Bathroom, handprints on shower wall, and when water splashed out of sink when bathing in it the white towels turned brown from the dirt on the floor. a big ball of HAIR was found in the covers. Air condition was good for August except for the musty dog smell that came out. Continental breakfast, was choice of a waffle, no Cereal, had milk, Bread that could be toasted with a jar of peanut butter or plain yogurt (un flavored) Coffee was available, Asked to check in 45 minutes early had drove for 5 hours, literally the parking lot was empty except for 5 cars the entire time I was there. Was advised I had to wait until 3pm. No one would answer the phone was there for a funeral so had to leave the family to find out. Asked for a refund the first day was advised that since I booked through a 3rd party ,HOTEL.com not happening. There are chairs in the parking lot for the night walkers and randoms to hang out. Which they were very friendly when they were laying on the benches out front. Frequently the front desk had a sign up stating that its unattended. Wish I thought to take pictures. Outside it looks like it's not been weedeated this year. Also, windows are busted on second floor seen from the parking area. Hotel looks good from 100 yards. and the front desk area looks like its been remodeled and nothing else. Interesting thats the only pics

My dad and I stayed at the Quality Inn in Rogersville, TN for 3 nights and rented 2 separate rooms. The staff were friendly and process of check-in/check-out went smoothly. I feel they can spend some money on upgrades as the carpet in the stairwell was badly stained and just looked gross. My sheets on the bed were pilled and didn't look great. and the shower head definitely needed some cleaning or replacement. The breakfast that was offered was very limited and feel a few more options could be added. The hotel was busy the weekend we stayed as there was a festival in town, but had no issues with parking and the parking lot had plently of lights to allow you to feel safe.

The place definitely needs some updating. The carpets in the hallway and stairs were pretty dirty.

Staff were pleasant, but the shower area had mold in the grout, and the bedsheets seemed very wrinkled. Breakfast was very good.

Check in was smooth and friendly, however once arriving in room 120 the smell of musk was very strong. Shower curtain was yellow not white, old hair clips from previous guest highly needs replacing. Tub filled w/water from the shower backed up with globs of hair not telling how long that had been there. Mold around tub edge where the shower wall meets the tub. The main room floor gets wet from humidity in the room you need a slippery when wet sign. Overall needs improving .

The bathtub wasn’t clean upon arrival. There was a ball of hair on top of the drain. The comforter was torn in several places exposing the inside filling. The bathroom towels were so old there were many worn spots almost see through. The washcloths were dirty and dingy looking almost as if they hadn’t been washed. There was only one very small trash can and it was in the bathroom.

It was horrible! Big cockroaches, cereal and bread for breakfast, see through curtains in the room, broken shower head, stained bed linens ( wouldn't let my animal sleep with the pillows), and all around just horrible!

This wasn’t the worst place I’ve ever stayed but it wasn’t great either. Overall the place was worn and dirty but I’ll give them credit that it seemed like they try to keep it up. For me the stains on the sheets were a bit much but it’s not like they weren’t washed they just weren’t washed well or honestly probably need to be replaced. Also the place smelled funny. But would I stay here again? If there were no alternative sure…it’s not like it was unlivable.

On a previous visit about a year ago, we stayed on the 2nd floor and it was fine, average. We have a dog and it was convenient, however this stay was not as pleasant. Sadly the breakfast is barely there - selection and quantity.

Towels were definitely not cleaned and having brown spots on them before use is questionable. Some areas of the bathroom had uncleaned areas as well. Everything else was good tho

Lacked cleanliness. The floors seemed dirty and there was a booger (!!) on the wall beside the bed, so we asked for a different room. The second room was at least better than the first. We also had to ask for clean towels every day as we were told they only clean the rooms every 3 days. Will not be staying there again.

Will Not be staying again.

Bad odor in hallway and room.

Needs interior updates, better beds and bedding, ours had holes, pillows were terrible, towels had stains, has a lot of potential just needs updates and a few renovations

Room and bathroom really old, worn down. Bathroom fixtures should be replaced

Just needs a uplift the carpet throughout need to be replaced the couch in my room was so broke I couldn't seat on it but the room was clean and the people were nice it was quiet stay

The check in attendant was very friendly and professional. Room is clean and internet works great.

The mattress needs to be replaced. We had to flip it so as to make it a little more comfortable.

The room is excellent condition. The bathroom was awesome I love the large sink. The water pressure was fantastic and we stayed on the first floor I loved it thank you very much

Got there and they said we didn't have reservations. had to find another hotel then when we got home they charged us for hotel.

Clean room and friendly staff

The staff was friendly and helped me find my fan again after losing it days ago, the hotel was clean and quiet and all together was a great visit.

Room 124 the toilet handle needs to be fixed, the shower head, as well as the tub needs to be cleaned with something to get the calcium deposits off. The staff was AMAZING. Very helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable! The breakfast was great, lots of choices and the location is very convenient!

I am very happy with the service I received. I have stayed at this hotel six or more times when I visit family in Rogersville. When I return for the next visit, I will stay there again.

I liked the location. It was nice and close to historical Rogersville.

Good condition, standard complimentary breakfast, clean beds and towels. Dated but satisfied with what we got for the price. It wasn’t the closest to downtown, but it wasn’t an outrageous drive and it was closer to groceries

The staff was very courteous. It was conveniently located. They had no soap in the bathroom but I always take my own just in case. The towels were very rough and the bed was extra firm.

The property is in very nice location - it is on an elevated hill and you can see the nature from window. The staff was good and cordial and even offered tea. The bed and cleaning in toilet might have been a little better. The breakfast menu can be enhanced.

Close to fishing, even met people from home even though I just met them.

It was kept clean around the food area. There wasnt much food. I dont like waffles or pancakes either that was mostly what was there fir hot food. I would suggest sandwiches fir microwave be added for customers and donuts. Goid breakfast gets more customers.of course cleanliness above all.
