Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Someone was always there to answer questions, which made our experience so much better. Walking directions to the beach, finding places to eat, etc. We loved the pool as well! Cool waterfall, perfect warm temperature, and very clean.

Great breakfast! Rooms are fair. $10 charge for parking. Nice pool. 100 % non-smoking but people smoke near the front door. Staff is helpful. Wifi is free but tricky to set up. Great for beach goers.

I loved that it was across the street from the beach. I thought not having faucets outside the property to rinse off before going in was inconvenient. Our room was right beside the elevator (one elevator) and we heard everyone coming up and down, each time the button was pressed each time the doors opened, really loud. The food was decent for the property but very limited and the crew was working in a very tight space, although they worked hard. We were not informed before that we had to pay for parking through an app, so we discovered quickly that would be an up charge. Also a $150 fee that I won’t see back in my account until 15 days after my check out. Idk it wasn’t somewhere I’d stay again, but at the same time the employees at the front desk and housekeepers were amazing.

Pros: The staff (especially Jesse) went out of their way to ensure you had everything you needed. Every time you returned, they knew your face and asked how you enjoyed your outing. The breakfast was good, not a ton of options, but something for everyone. The cleaning staff did a nice job of remaking our rooms (something we haven’t seen much of since Covid. And everyone from the maintenance workers to housekeeping to the front desk always seemed to have smiles on their faces. The pool and hot tub were clean and in working order- which we were very happy about - especially since our 2nd choice - the Wyndam across the street - only had about a foot and a half of water in their pool all weekend long. Cons: There was only 1 elevator in the 4 story hotel - so sometimes you had to wait quite a while. Parking was $10 per vehicle (we must’ve missed that on the website). All in all it was a very nice hotel. We would stay there again.

All went good I just didn’t like paying for parking! Not use to that as I think with your stay you should’ve able to use a parking spot at the Hotel parking lot which it’s super big.

Nice hotel. Excellent breakfast! We did end up in one of the few rooms that didn’t have a view, for 11 days. But our room was right across from the elevator and guest laundry so that was handy. Overall a good experience. Also the hot tub was down for maintenance and the pool is shut down when the winds are too strong. Neither could be helped.

The staff was super friendly and helpful but as far as staying there it was way too expensive for what I got. The room smelled like musty mold and didn’t have enough pillows for all the beds and when I asked they said they had no more. The elevator sounded like it was going to give out at any moment. Hotel guests had to pay for parking each day they were there. The bath tub had rust in it and the room and hallways baseboards were falling off and just not kept up very well. I felt like the whole place is barely passing on inspections. Definitely won’t stay here again.

Our room was very disgusting! We had rust in our bathroom, drywall in the floor from falling off of the wall, and carpet that wasn't stapled down properly. One of the lamps didn't work, the TV only worked part of the time, and we found 2 cockroaches. The only good part was that we could literally walk to the beach from there.

I dont understand the high rating for this hotel. The employees were all very nice, but the room needed repairs. There were large chunks of paint peeled from the walls, mold in shower and an unsafe board sticking out from the mattress. Comfy bed

Let me start by saying the staff was great. Since this is a Holiday Day Inn Express, we were expecting the room to be of the standards of Holiday Express. The room itself looked dated and the bathroom had issues such as door not closing, rust in tub and low water pressure. Location is what drew us there but not sure I will stay there again.

The shower had mold and looked like it had not been cleaned (or tried to at least get the mold off). The toilet seat/lid were broken. Reported it the front desk, looked like it was fixed until you sat on it. The A/C was loud. While the staff was extremely friendly, this was NOT the location we thought we were booking. The original HI that we wanted was sold to Wyndham (but we did not know this). This location was NOT on the beach-disappointing.

Hotel was in a nice location and the staff was really great for our check in. Loved the list of food places they give you . There were a couple of things though… they add a $50 deposit when you get there which is not bad at all , just unexpected. Also , we were in room 410 and the floor had several spots were there were dips in it. We felt like we might fall through (sure that wouldn’t happen but still). Rooms don’t look as in good of shape as they do in pics

The bed was so unreasonably high that I needed a boost to get in. Each time I got up I had to wake my husband to give me a boost. Sofa was unreasonably low as well. Overall very uncomfortable room.

We are 100% satisfied with our stay! Every employee was so friendly and helpful. Stayed in the king suite with the kids. Nice private bedroom for us and big clean shower in bathroom. Our room was very clean. Pillows and bed very soft and comfortable. conveniently located close to the beach. Wide variety of free breakfast options. Pool looked very clean but it was too cool and windy to get in. Will stay here again.

Helped us find good restaurants and spots to visit as it was our first time on the Island. It was a great stay with holiday inn. We use this place every year. Now since its under new management the stay was a lot better then before. The management and team are extremely friendly and always avaliable to answer questions. This was definitely the best stay we have had in years. We will definitely be staying here again soon. Thank you for the great stay holiday inn staff and thank you to the manager who helped with our stay by providing rooms next to eachother for my family.

The breakfast menu is good, but the area is tight. The room didn't have a hair dryer. We were 4 people, but the towels were set for 3 people, bathroom tube seemed rusted around the faucet. Glad there was green tea but I was looking for black tea. It wasn't there for breakfast either. I had to ask the employee for hot water and ended up drinking coffee as a hot beverage. Overall, okay experience, but I may not choose here again.

Happy and helpful staff. Pool and hut tub CLEAN AND CLEAR! Breakfast was beyond our hopes, eggs, bacon, toast, potatoes on and on. Very clean hotel, stayed for 3 nights Sun to Tues nights, would comeback again. Don't miss out on Hometown Seafood 5 mins away. Incredibly good, inexpensive and great specials and HH.

We had an amazing experience! The staff was so nice and accommodating! If we needed something they got it for us right away. The breakfast was so nice. It was so busy but they were so good at refilling everything and making sure everyone had food to eat. We will def stay again!
