Stedet ligger godt og alt virkede fint. Sengen var god, men der burde have været forskellige størrelse puder, de var lidt høje. Meget nyt og super betjening i receptionen. Parkering er umuligt med mindre det er i P-hus.

本来空港へのタクシー手配サービスはやっていなかったようだが、お願いしたところ対応してくれた。 朝食やジムはない。ただ、隣にスーパーマーケットがあったので食事などには困らなかった！

I really enjoyed my stay, a clean and very spacious room!! Receptionists were very polite. The hotel is right by the roadside and very secure; you need your key fob to enter, which gives me peace of mind sleeping at night!! Gave 4 stars cos they weren't helpful with finding a good affordable parking spot for me, POV: no need to rent a car when going here esp in November.. I would recommend this hotel!!!

Viaje con mi hermana a Barcelona, todo mal con este hotel, antes de mi llegada querían cancelar mi reserva porque no había pagado, cuando la condición de pago desde hoteles.com era pago al momento del check in, tuve que reclamar a Irene la persona con quien hablé. La habitación sin ventilación, sucia, con un olor terrible en el baño, no se podía abrir la ventana, las camas muy incómodas y se escuchaba todo el ruido del lobby el cual, no tiene ni una silla donde sentarse, muy descuidado el servicio al cliente y calidad del lugar, y por si fuera poco, debes dejarles un depósito de 100 € que por si algún daño. En fin, TERRIBLE experiencia.

Clean room / Staff was awesome even offered to hold our bags for the day until check in / great location right next door to a grocery store which was perfect for us / walking distance to all the great sights / great bakeries and coffee shops only a few blocks away / they even upgraded our our room to a suite!!! The only issue i had was the emergency exit light in the room is so bright. It was hard to sleep. If they made that a motion sensor base or activate in an actual emergency would be great just not sure what the regulations are for that. Bring and eye mask to cover and you’ll be golden. That’s the only issue. Everything else was excellent quality stay. When we return we will definitely stay there again!!

My room was on the first floor, right by the reception area. It was noisy, you can hear the staff and guests talking. The rooms are not sound proof, I heard a lot of movements from room upstairs. Location is very local, not center of main sightseeing attractions but about 10 minutes walk to metro and bus stops are also closed by.

The hotel is in a converted office building, so the walls between rooms are very thin. If you are on the first floor, you will be able to hear the conversations between guests and staff at the check-in desk even when your door is closed. It was fine for us, but if you are more sensitive to noise, then it could be problematic.

Modern decor, very roomy and clean, close to metro station. Within walking distance to La Sagrada Familia, Hospital Sant Pau, Arc de Triomf. Loved the non- touristy neighbourhood. Well connected with local buses. Helpful staff.

A hospedagem, no geral, teve pontos positivos e negativos. O quarto tem um bom tamanho, os lençóis são novos e de boa qualidade, e o banheiro é moderno, organizado e aparentemente recém-reformado. O chuveiro é excelente, com água forte, e as toalhas também são boas. Por outro lado, tivemos um problema sério com o sistema de climatização do hotel. O ar-condicionado é central e, segundo a recepção, funciona de forma sazonal: ou apenas aquecimento (no inverno) ou apenas resfriamento (no verão). Como estávamos no inverno, somente o aquecimento estava ativo. O grande problema é que o quarto ficou extremamente abafado e quente, já que não tínhamos controle da temperatura — apenas o aquecedor estava em operação e a ventilação do local não funcionava adequadamente. As janelas praticamente não abrem (apenas alguns centímetros), o que impedia a circulação de ar. Como o sistema de resfriamento não podia ser ativado, a primeira noite foi muito desconfortável e praticamente não conseguimos dormir. Solicitamos um ventilador já na primeira noite, justamente porque o ambiente estava insuportável, mas o hotel só conseguiu disponibilizar um na segunda noite. A partir daí, a situação melhorou. Esse é um ponto importante para futuros hóspedes: o conforto térmico do quarto depende totalmente do sistema central do hotel e pode se tornar um problema, principalmente quando não há possibilidade real de ventilação natural.

The room was clean and comfortable. Location is about 25-30 minute walk to most attractions but I felt safe walking around. When I 1st checked in my room was very warm, so I asked the front desk to help with the air conditioner, but they did not help. I think it was turned off for the season.

Nice clean large room. Cut my room access off after day 1 instead of Day 5 and seemed confused as to my booking on day 2 but then worked it out. Well located about 500m from metro station

Awesome hotel! Great location. Very gentle and polite staff. Linda (the best one), Ara and Irene were very nice and very kind. This hotel is a gem In Barcelona. Also very honest price.

The room was very nice, big, clean, and very close to the metro station. The customer service was also excellent. The only annoying thing is that we only got one keycard for 4-person rooms, which can be a bit inconvenient in some situations. But all in all, a fantastic place to stay.

Por medio de la presente quiero expresar mi profunda insatisfacción con la experiencia vivida durante mi estancia en su hotel. Durante nuestra estancia, sufrimos el robo de US$110 sustraídos de la mochila de mi esposo dentro de nuestra habitación. Al notar la falta del dinero, acudimos inmediatamente a la recepción para reportar el incidente. El personal nos informó que comunicarían la situación a los jefes de servicio para iniciar el proceso de queja. Sin embargo, pese a insistir en varias ocasiones para conocer el avance del caso, no recibimos ninguna información concreta. Además, solicitamos los datos de la persona encargada de la limpieza de la habitación durante esos días, así como los nombres completos de la jefa de limpieza y del responsable de atención al cliente, pero se negaron a proporcionarlos, indicando que cualquier queja debía hacerse “a nivel general”. En ningún momento recibimos una disculpa por parte del personal, lo que demuestra una falta total de empatía y profesionalismo. Este tipo de situaciones son inaceptables en un establecimiento hotelero, ya que los huéspedes confiamos en que nuestras pertenencias estarán seguras y en que el personal actuará con transparencia y respeto. La falta de respuesta y la evasión de responsabilidades por parte de su equipo nos dejan muy decepcionados del servicio. Espero que tomen las medidas necesarias para investigar lo ocurrido y evitar que otros huéspedes pasen por una situación similar.

Fabulous hotel! Super clean and comfortable room - got upgraded to a double balcony room on the top floor on arrival. Only 10 mins walk from the nearest tram. Loved it and will be back again. ❤️

Mi experiencia en el Flamant Bypillow Hotel fue lamentablemente decepcionante. El sábado presenté una queja formal tras un incidente ocurrido en la habitación 405 y, al día de hoy, la administración no ha ofrecido ningún tipo de respuesta, a pesar de que el personal reconoce que la gerencia simplemente “no ha contestado”. Durante la noche del viernes 14, al regresar a la habitación, encontramos un fuerte chorro de agua cayendo desde el techo del baño, lo que provocó daños inmediatos a nuestras pertenencias personales. Medicinas de uso esencial y el maquillaje de mi esposa quedaron completamente inutilizables, y al encontrarnos viajando, no pudimos reemplazar esos artículos durante nuestra estadía, lo cual nos afectó significativamente. La recepcionista subió a verificar y confirmó personalmente la magnitud del problema y los daños. Siguiendo sus instrucciones, envié un correo electrónico con fotos y videos como evidencia. Sin embargo, la administración nunca respondió, ni ofreció solución ni compensación, dejando todo en silencio. My room was on the first floor, right by the reception area. It was noisy, you can hear the staff and guests talking. The rooms are not sound proof, I heard a lot of movements from room upstairs. Location is very local, not center of main sightseeing attractions but about 10 minutes walk to metro and bus stops are also closed by.

The room was lovely, and the outdoor shower on the terrace was such a cool and unique feature. Unfortunately, the bathroom in my room did not seem to have a proper slope or drainage, so water spread all over the bathroom floor every time I showered. Apart from this issue, I really enjoyed the room and the overall experience.
