The Bobbie Policy and Conditions: Cancellation Policy: 3 days before arrival. In case of a late cancellation or No Show, you will be charged the first night of your stay. Check-in from 13:00 to 23:00 Check-out before 12:00 Payment upon arrival by cash, credit & debit cards. Occupancy: This Agreement is for the above-named Tenant only. No additional occupants allowed. Guests are not allowed overnight without written approval. Unauthorized guests may result in fees or termination. Early Termination/ No Refund Policy: Rent is non-refundable. Early departure does not entitle Tenant to any refund. Late Payment / Default Clause: Late payments incur a fee of $100 MXN per day. If payment is more than 7 days late, this agreement may be terminated without refund. Right to Evict / Remove Tenant: Owners reserve the right to terminate this agreement immediately for violation of rules, non-payment, illegal activity, or disturbance, without refund. No Subletting / Airbnb Arbitrage: Subletting or listing the property on any platform (Airbnb, Booking, etc.) is strictly prohibited. Liability Waiver: Tenant assumes all risk of injury, loss, or damage to persons or property. Owners are not liable for accidents, theft, or personal injury occurring on the premises. Maintenance Access: Owners may enter the property with reasonable notice for maintenance, inspection, or emergencies. Pest / Tropical Reality Clause: Due to the tropical environment of the Yucatán, insects and wildlife may be present. This is not grounds for refund or termination. Water / Services Disclaimer: In Mérida, outages happen. Temporary interruptions of water, electricity, or internet do not constitute grounds for refund. Laundry Service: One washer and dryer load per week included. Additional loads: 150 MXN each. Pool Hours: 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM Lost Keys: Lost keys require lock replacement and duplicates made at Tenant’s expense. 3,500 MXN Trash : Trash is picked up by the city. Please put all bagged trash on Calle 70 before 5pm on the following days: Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Antique tiles: The floors of the apartment are to be cleaned with windex. No detergents, or bleaches of any kind. Tenant will be responsible for restoration of damage to the floor. Hot/Cold Water Dispenser will be available upon arrival. One bottle included, refills are 40 MXN Taxes included. General: No curfew No pets allowed. Smoking is allowed in common areas, not in the rooms.
