Got there about 4 PM Friday super nice staff extremely quite very clean. Very comfortable rooms. Had breakfast Saturday morning. Breakfast was great. Food was great. I would highly recommend this place used at the pool and hot tub. Very clean. Will definitely come back.

Right by the aviation museum and a quick walk to some good eats. Only complaint is with the bar not being open on a weekend because they're catering to the mon-fri business travelers.

Although the hotel was clean and the service was friendly, one of the main reasons we stayed at this particular hotel was because it listed having a restaurant and bar on premises. The hotel did in fact have both, but they were closed both nights of our stay. The staff gave no reason... they just said they were closed. We would have chosen another hotel had we known.

I’m sure this hotel is nice at other times. During my visit there was remodeling happening. There was not sufficient parking, there was a lot of construction going on, and the water was shut off for eight hours on my last day. These conditions made the stay very difficult and uncomfortable.

the rear parking lot door to access the elevator has a broken key code lock and had to walk around to the end of the building to get in. I understand lock has been broken for several days from other customers and staff has been told front deck did not say when checking in

Rooms were very run down. Fridge was falling out of the damaged cabinetry. Doors, walls, furniture scuffed, scared, or damaged. Microwave was sparking & had a burned area on inside of the door. Reported this to the front desk. No food available on weekends (not mentioned on website). Otherwise clean and staff was friendly and helpful. The place is currently undergoing a remodel.

The rooms are nice but the hot tub needs work, although the water was nice the plaster needs repair. No shuttle or Hotel transit for short run to airport is a problem for early morning flights.

Bathroom floor and lower walls were slightly soiled with accumulation of debris in the sealant, and there were hairs in and around the bathtub. Traffic noise woke us up early. However, the beds were nice, pillows cushiony, and the main room was clean overall.

Under construction with no warning on the website. Night staff not trained “I’m sorry this is only my 2nd shift” when we asked for toilet paper, that was what we were told. So we had to take pieces of toilet paper from the lobby bathroom and bring it up to our room. Staff were unable to provide toilet paper because they were never shown where to find the stock for patrons if needed. Hot tub was dirty and the enclosed space for the hot tub and pool had so much chlorine in it that the fumes burnt your eyes. Limited parking due to the hotel being surrounded by construction bins. Check out time was 11am and we were just about out the door at 11:04am when housekeeping pounded on the door and said “housekeeping, check out is at 11am get out” so rude! the room itself was dusty and dirty. Tub was not cleaned, shower curtain was gross, provided toiletries were half empty. The beds were absolutely terrible and beyond needing replacement. I’ve been staying at this hotel 2xs or more a year for the last 12 years and after this weekend I will never be going back. So disappointed with this stay and sad that these standards are acceptable for a Hilton hotel.

Black mold in the shower. Thermostat quit working, had to move rooms at 10pm due to the room getting to hot. Cafe closed on Saturday. They’re entertainment guide states Netflix / Hulu - not true. When I called the front desk and asked how to access the streaming apps the response was “I don’t know I don’t stay in the rooms”.

The staff was great at check-in. She specially found a room with a view of the planes when she saw our son looking at them. All three of us enjoyed the "airshow" from the window! The room was clean and nicely updated. I always appreciate a fridge and microwave. The bed was, unfortunately, a bit soft for us. Also, it would have been nice to have breakfast included. Overall, however, a great place to stay if you are visiting Paine Field.

If you love aviation, this location was awesome! The hotel staff was very accommodating with my request for a runway view. The room was clean, quiet, and stylish. We loved the aviation photographs throughout the hotel. The main problem...the mattresses felt like they were 20 years old. Normally, I'd request a different room, but the airport view was more important for this trip. Breakfast was not included in the cost of the room and the buffet was overpriced at $16 for perceived quality. We did not use the pool. During our stay, the hotel restaurant had limited hours of operation. However, there was a small snack shop on site. I loved the fact that we could walk across the parking lot for the Boeing Factory Tour!

I just stayed one night at this hotel after getting in on a late flight at Everett airport. The staff were exceptionally kind and welcoming when I arrived, which I really appreciated. The room itself was clean, comfortable, and quiet.

Worst hotel stay experience ever… Dinner wasn’t served, we were told it doesn’t work Saturdays, even though on the website it says it should be open… Also the website says cribs are available, but when we asked for one, the guy on the reception desk told us they don’t have any, and that the web site isn’t updated… The pool was cold, and the water in both pool and hot tub was blurry, like the filters don’t work good enough. I was disgust to even try it out… The worst incident that happened was, as we were already in our room for about two hrs, me and my husband, two guys opened our room door with their keys. The receptionist assigned our room to other guests… later when I went down to ask how did that happen? They said that the system showed our room as available so he assigned this room to other people, while we were there…. We were really upset… This was our mini vacation , a get-away time from our kids, just to have some quiet time with my husband, and our stay and vacation was ruined… I would ask for a full refund, to at least make up for this some.. Would never recommend this hotel to anyone and for sure won’t ever return here…. 😥

Check in was not efficient. I had to tell the front desk person I had two rooms reserved, he was just going to check me into one. The rooms were both very noisy, all night. Housekeeping walked into my room prior to check-out time.

This was a clean, comfortable, and easy stay. It was a little off the I-5 and close to Paine Field but I couldn't hear any noises at all. We slept very well. The check in was easy and fast. The gentleman working there (cannot remember his name) was very friendly and kind. My only complain is that it was a Friday night around 7:30/8 and the lounge was not open but on the website it said it was open until 9 I believe. There is food available for purchase and was pretty decent! I would recommend

The front desk staff are very friendly and helpful. The location is near Boeing Flight of Future. Be aware that even though it is very close to the airport, but it is not walkable to the airport terminal. In fact, all the hotels around seem to be very close to the terminal, but you still need to drive there because they are all in the back of terminal so you need to drive around half circle of the airport to reach the terminal.

Excellent on all counts. One little glitch: a buffet breakfast was available for self-serve, and a full breakfast was available for orders at the table. We thought the buffet was included but, alas, it was $16 per person! They should make it clear when you check in and they say “ Breakfast is from 6 to 9 a.m.”

This a great place to stay in the Everett area. Close to everything including the Mukilteo water front and ferry. Their chefs are great all my meals tasted awesome. My only complaint about staying here is the disinfect that they use. I can't handle the smell of Lysol spray. There are other great products they could use that will clean as well and not have the smell of a cleaner.

Overall we truly enjoyed our stay. Super clean, super helpful and nice staff. Only slight negative was the lack of dining abilities at the time of our stay. They did serve a nice breakfast, but could offer nothing else.
