Checked in, went to room. There was a tray of dirty dishes close to our door, in hallway. Ok, no big deal, someone could have just put them there. Next morning at 9 a.m., still there.

I booked a night here last minute and I was unsure about the property at first because I hadn’t heard of it or visited before but I was very pleasantly surprised with the experience I had. I was able to book an accessible room for myself and my baby which was extra convenient. I found the room to be clean and it was nice to have a full sized fridge and the separate living area from the bedroom. The lady who checked me in and helped me that evening was so great and friendly and I felt like she did a great job making us feel welcome and taken care of, exactly the kind of interaction that makes an experience memorable. We slept comfortable and enjoyed a little of the breakfast that was included. I would stay here again if needed. The only thing that prevented me from giving 5 stars was that we had to pay for parking but the price of the room was fair so it was okay. Thanks for a good evening!

We are a family of 5 that stayed here for a family vacation. Building is great. Very clean. Amazing staff. Our house keeper was amazing the first few days we where there the second housekeeper we did have issues with her not being helpful but we did go to the front desk and staff there helped us get what we needed. We took advantage of the hot plate option from the front desk which was great for late night snacks with kids. Pool was good hot tub was ok ( be careful getting in it’s got a strange step) loved the outdoor patios . Enjoyed a few coffees there in the mornings. Breakfast was hetic even with heading down early every morning we still found it very crowded. The staff however remembered what our kids liked and would do up little trays of muffins for them when they came down in the morning which was the sweetest. Very much enjoyed this hotel. Accessibility parking had lots of spots which was a plus. Room size worked well for us as a family of 5. We enjoyed the location. Security in the parking lot patrolling was a plus too. We would 100% stay here again for when we need this location. Thank you for a good experience for our family
