Best hotel we stayed in. It has kid and teen areas which were great! Lots of fun things to do there. The pool was the cleanest pool we have seen even I wanted to swim in it. The pool was warm and we could swim later so that is great. The place was nice and the staff was super nice! We were spoiled and you set a high standard for the rest of the hotels we stayed at. I loved the bunk bed they were sooo awesome! No complaints here!!

We really enjoy staying at the holiday inn the rooms are very clean theres is so much activities for the kids theres a play room/arcade pool just perfect for families with kids definitely recommended

Extremely well care for hotel with good amenities. The front desk person was great; bright, cheerful, informative and helpful. Pool and hot tub were a welcome relief. Gym, kid playroom, quiet room, spacious lobby. Decent restaurant. Convenient to freeway.

The hotel is on a soft opening, so the key cards didn’t work on exterior doors. And they offer the breakfast on the app, but in fact they don’t currently offer the breakfast.

The place was great. Very clean and looking new. The pool and spa are heated so that was nice It's so close to see a concert as well.

It’s quite a walk from the front desk to the rooms. It was a comfortable overnight stay I noticed there was lots of features that were offered to guests like an indoor playroom for kids, a video room and arcade room.

Great rooms. Been there a few times and love it. Restaurant, pool and spa are great.

We were here for a sports tournament. The hotel is newly remodeled and very clean. There was a restaurant but we didn’t get to go there. There was a little convenient store with things like snacks and toiletries but the front desk had basic hygiene things for free. The heater/AC worked great, the room had everything we needed for two nights. There is a lot of noise from other rooms and extra noise from the traffic and people in the parking lot. We could hear cheering from the ball fields a ways away - so the walls are pretty thin! All the noise led to not sleeping well. The pillows were unusually firm and thick and we both had neck pain in the morning.

It had just been remodeled. Every thing was new and clean. Good service, friendly staff. The heater/ac unit was very loud, it woke me up every time it turned on. The TV was new but no high definition source so the picture was poor at least for the free TV.

After a long drive we check in, staff was nice but after driving for 12 hours we just wanted to relax. We check the beds and find hair all over the sheets. Had beds redone a 2nd time and again hair. Had to complain to front desk again and after 1 hours they finally came and I had them complete remove all bedding and remake beds. Would we stay there again? Most likely not! Restaurants weren’t open luckily the casino across on other side of freeway came and picked us up to shuttle us so we can get dinner at casino. We were in a big rig so getting around wasn’t easy. Just wasn’t a good experience and doing all this being tired, and cold rainy day just wasn’t great!

Being a conference center, I thought this would be a nice place however it felt very shady. The room we were assigned to had a come back later sign on the door however, the key did work. The room was dirty and was being used. The front desk said they didn’t know how that had happened. The whole situation just seemed shady. We were given another room however that room had dirty floors that had not been vacuumed in what looked like quite a while sometime during the night we could hear loud talking from the hallway or the adjoining room I understand there was construction going on at the hotel but overall it just did not seem safe. I would not stay at this location again while the front staff seemed to be helpful and accommodating. I still feel that the whole situation was shady and left feeling uncomfortable about our stay at this location. There were other people or guests there letting people walk in through one of the side doors. I don’t know if that was an accessible door for guests, but the look on their faces seemed like they were doing something that shouldn’t have been doing the carpeting in the hallways leading to the guest rooms Was old and dirty as well again I know it was under construction, but this facility overall did not leave a positive impression on me. One other point is that if the key to the first room allowed us to go in even though it was being used, whether by guests or staff, it left an uncomfortable feeling on whether someone would walk into our room.

Nice place to stay, but the AC is way too strong (cold) even on low. It’s almost impossible to sleep next to it Everything else is good: clean, new

The beds were not comfortable and chairs were beat up and had holes in them. I did not realize this was a hotel for athletes.

Stayed for one night on a stop over trip. Knocked off one star as the rooms were noisy both via the air con unit in the room and surrounding guests….the kids on the floor above thundered into your room!! Tip : ask for a top floor room to try and minimise the risk of noise from other guests

Renovated hotel. The shower pressure SUCKS! Pillows are not very good either

If you like to control your air and a hot shower do not stay here. New smart A/Cs didn’t work properly and created swings in room temperature. “Hot” water was turned down to a somewhat warm temperature. Finally no maid service. Saving money at guests comfort.

Front desk staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Beds and pillows were wonderful. Definitely woke up without the usual creaking and stiff lower back. The rooms were not especially soundproof.

Hotel was under construction, some of the rooms were a little warm and the air conditioning unit was extremely loud when the fan kicked on, especially at night.

The room was noisy. People in the hallway were easily heard, including late at night. The A/C unit was loud. I’m sure I woke up every time it came on!!

The property is very attractive; however, several items need improvement. 1) Better signage is needed for elevators and room location. 2) Accommodations for people with mobility issues/handicapped need to be installed. For instance, safety bars in the restrooms. 3) Attitude of some of the front desk staff needs improvement.

Upon arrival, the staff demonstrated exceptional hospitality, ensuring a welcoming experience. The front desk provided efficient and friendly service, facilitating a swift check-in process. Our accommodations were impeccably maintained and generously sized. Furthermore, Ruby from the restaurant staff exhibited attentiveness, inquiring about our satisfaction with the stay. We anticipate returning for future stays.

Great place to stay. Staff was excellent. Will be staying there next time.

I wanted to let the property manager or who ever runs this wonderful place that front desk was great Lady’s Kacey and the nightshift not sure I forgot her name sorry and the Mindy in the restaurant she was so kind nice always smiling she looked really young Thank you .

We got a charge on our credit card after we checked out. When we would call to get an itemized statement, they would put us on hold or just hang up or say they will email it and never did. We finally talked to a GM who agreed to refund the charge but wouldn't explain what the charge was for. Still waiting for refund 5 days after checking out.

Unbelievable amount of kids running around halls all night. Parents and hotel did nothing to stop it.

Super friendly staff. Easily accessible for travel trailer

The staff was excellent and the room was comfortable. Although, very hot outside. It looked like a great time. It was hard to find. But, when signs are complete, it should be easier.

No casino but it’s quiet and clean!

They have renovated nicely. There were fun things for kids & families to do as well as a convenient restaurant. It was very quiet and easy to get a good nights sleep.

Nice Hotel but a little weird as it is a huge convention center. The rooms are a pretty far walk from the front desk. Beautiful pool and safe area.

Everything is brand new and beautiful! Staff was friendly, everything was super clean and the location was perfect! Will stay again! Perfect for vacations near Saint George area

The property was nicely renovated. We had the pool to ourselves most of the time and it is very close to the casinos.

Convenient off highway with plenty of food options

Wonderful stay. The people make this place! Pleasant young man, at check in, restaurant was wonderful. Food is good, people are very friendly. I so enjoyed this stay! I will be back. Only slight negative, bed could be a little more comfortable, ok though.

It was clean and the food and breakfast 😋 was fantastic. Services was fabulous. Trista or Krista at check in was so fast and courteous. Supervisors walking around the property inquiring if you needed anything. Mandy,Carlos and Amber made us feel so welcome in the restaurant. One compliant 😆 we have! We drink alcohol 🍷 🍸 it wasnt available yet. Regardless our stay was wonderful ✨️.

Such an awesome resort! We were blown away at the service and the quality of rooms, the amenities were amazing! We loved the breakfast a d really look forward to spending sometime there!

Room (deluxe ? Queen) was spartan but okay. However the heat/AC unit was very noisy. Our friends room stank of tobacco and then their replacement room had a faulty shower head. There is no eatery nor breakfast on site; you have to drive.
