This is a great place to stay, I am not used to staying in 3 star properties, normally 4 or 5 star. Staff are fantastic and friendly. The 24 hr cafe next to reception is a God send. Room is spotless, basic, and the beds are extemely comfortable. Tv and wifi are perfect. Buffet breakfast is good. The prices are exceptionally good for the food and drinks. I was pleasantly surprised. Literally 5.minutes in a taxi to the airport and 4 minutes to a central shopping center. The Marina restaurants also minutes away. Would definately recommend this hotel. Loved staying here. Great ambience, very friendly place to stay.

Excellent stay, train station stop outside hotel to go directly into town. Bus also available, or walk into town approximately 30 minutes. Hotel reception staff welcoming and friendly. Room ready early on arrival. Parking available which is a great bonus to leave car whilst staying. Room clean, quiet and exceeded our expectations. Excellent price. Would recommend. Thank you

Great hotel! Very new and staff were super friendly, gave us a very early check-in which was great! Rooms were bright, clean and wifi was strong. Only down side was the shower which is a see-through shower outside of the toilet so not great if you are sharing with a friend! This hotel has free car parking and also just next to the train station so very handy.

Todo estuvo muy bien, pero el hotel estaba a full y no habia lugar para estacionarse por que estaba a reventar (aunque es gratuito el estacionamiento), ese fue el único inconveniente, fuera de eso, el desayuno muy bueno, transportación, todo muy bien

Le petit-déjeuner est copieux et comprend des jus de fruits frais, un vrai régal ! Idéal pour une nuit et bien plus, situé à mi-chemin entre Bordeaux et Saint-Jacques-de-Compostelle. Si vous êtes amateur de bonne cuisine, je vous recommande vivement « La Taberna de Vicente », située à seulement 400 mètres de l'hôtel. Merci à l'équipe de nous avoir réservé une table !

Ho soggiornato nel fine settimana. Tutto il personale è stato molto gentile e disponibile. La colazione è ricca di prodotti dolci, salati e bevande. Tutto discreto. abbiamo lasciato i bagagli il giorno della partenza per tutto il giorno è stato comodissimo. La zona è fuori mano dal centro che noi però abbiamo sempre raggiunto a piedi anche due volte al giorno. La camera, al nostri arrivo, non era perfettamente pulita perché nella stanza del water c’erano dei capelli e anche nella stanza da letto sul pavimento abbiamo trovato un groviglio di capelli. Adiacente all’hotel c’è la ferrovia e, nonostante l’ottima insonorizzazione è inevitabile sentire il rumore dei treni che fortunatamente non passano la notte ma solo la sera tardi e il mattino presto.

El hotel se encuentra un poco alejado del centro pero cerca de transportes que permiten de llegar al centro de la ciudad muy rápidamente. Las instalaciones son nuevas y la limpieza impecable. El baño en suite es una opción un poco rara (teníamos la ducha a lado de la cama lo cual no garantiza ninguna privacidad). Por lo demás todo muy correcto. Buena relación calidad/ precio.

Gutes Frühstück, netter Restaurant-Bereich, sehr nettes Personal, relativ kurzer Weg in die Innenstadt. Wir hatten Zimmer 18. Das bietet einen Blick auf eine Mauer und eine ganze Batterie von Klimageräten, die entsprechenden Lärm verbreiten. Das Zimmer an sich ist okay, sollte so aber nicht vermietet werden.

Gutes Frühstück, netter Restaurant-Bereich, sehr nettes Personal, relativ kurzer Weg in die Innenstadt. Wir hatten Zimmer 18. Esta tercera cama es simplemente horrible. No es un colchón, sino una sábana fina. When I arrived I was told that I have access to coffee and tea 24 hours a day. I found it unusual that it's not included with the room. Every other hotel I went to these beverages were free. The room is nice, but the air conditioning stops by itself at night even if it doesn't reach the set temperature.

Location good for Santander city centre eg Cathedral and modern art gallery, as you can go by bus or train, but too many changes if you want to go to beach or palace, You rill need a car for further a field.

The hotel is brand new, room was comfortable, parking is a big plus. The lobby cafe is open 24hrs which is also very convenient. Service upon check-in was quick and friendly. However, there's a kid there who either hates his job or simply shouldn't be working with the public at the front desk (or maybe he was having a bad full week). Would consider again as I'm often in the city for business.

Le personnel est exceptionnel et l'accueil chaleureux. L'hôtel offre des chambres spacieuses, impeccables et dotées d'une literie de grande qualité. Le petit-déjeuner est copieux et comprend des jus de fruits frais, un vrai régal ! Idéal pour une nuit et bien plus, situé à mi-chemin entre Bordeaux et Saint-Jacques-de-Compostelle. Si vous êtes amateur de bonne cuisine, je vous recommande vivement « La Taberna de Vicente », située à seulement 400 mètres de l'hôtel. Merci à l'équipe de nous avoir réservé une table !

El hotel esta localizado en la estacion Valdecilla la Marga que te comunica con el tren de cercanias a Santander. Muy facil el uso de transporte publico. En 15 minutos llegas a la estacion de trenes de Santander. Hotel muy agradable con excelente desayuno. Muy buena habitacion familiar (4 personas)

Location good for Santander city centre eg Cathedral and modern art gallery, as you can go by bus or train, but too many changes if you want to go to beach or palace, You rill need a car for further a field.

This is a great place to stay, I am not used to staying in 3 star properties, normally 4 or 5 star. Staff are fantastic and friendly. The 24 hr cafe next to reception is a God send. Room is spotless, basic, and the beds are extemely comfortable. Tv and wifi are perfect. Buffet breakfast is good. The prices are exceptionally good for the food and drinks. I was pleasantly surprised. Literally 5.minutes in a taxi to the airport and 4 minutes to a central shopping center. The Marina restaurants also minutes away. Would definately recommend this hotel. Loved staying here. Great ambience, very friendly place to stay.

Receptionist pleasant, waitress in restaurant helpful, manageress in restaurant terrible, rude and arrogant! We were not informed that on the evening of our booking the restaurant was not available for us to eat until 9.30 pm due to them hosting a private function.

3 star rating with an excellent standard room with nice little additions. No fuss but simple tasty food. Our breakfast had a great selection of help yourself bits, so as much as you like:) Roberto was more than helpful with instructions on how to use coffee machine and toaster. Just one of those, anything to help guys.

La verdad que ha superado nuestras expectativas, super limpio, con un olor muy agradable por todos los sitios. Decorado conucho detalle. La habitación no es grande pero está bien y la cama Super cómoda. El desayuno tiene la variedad justa, y todo de calidad, bollería de calidad, zumo natural, muy bien, la verdad.

La verdad que ha superado nuestras expectativas, super limpio, con un olor muy agradable por todos los sitios. Decorado conucho detalle. The hotel was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was great and the restaurant gave a few options but all very reasonable and very tasty. The beds are very comfortable, even the sofa bed was comfy. The staff were all very helpful polite and made the stay a pleasant experience. Would definitely stay here again.

We were travelling with a dog and had the pet suite. It was very spacious with a huge long balcony. Very comfortable beds, good shower, excellent breakfast. Staff were also excellent. Only minor things were no fridge in the room and no coffee/kettle in the room. The price for a single night at approx GBP 340 was also very expensive. It was by far the most expensive hotel in a 2-week trip staying at numerous different places across 10 countries.
