Veldig bra plassering. Store rom, bra renhold og god variert frokost. Bra spa på hotellet. Og 2 greie basseng. Litt treg betjening, men det var egentlig på hele Krabi.

Railay beach is a must for any trip to southern Thailand, absolutely beautiful. Don’t forget to check out Phara Nang Beach as it is even better. For the price this resort is a such a fantastic deal. Perfect location, amazing rooftop pool, great rooms. Service and food were decent (nothing bad to say at all just spent a lot of time at other restaurants). Although technically not an island, you can only access by boat and therefore it functions like an island in all the best ways, as it feels very tropical and removed from the mainland for a relaxing and authentic feel. It takes 15 minutes to boat there and we had no problem at all during the hours of 8-6 to get there and back from the Krabi/Ao Nang. Such a highlight of our trip, nothing negative to say.

There is only one swimming pool at this property. We found it to be often busy and no sun lounger available. The spa is lovely and overlooks the lake. The gym is adequate. The barman was most welcoming and would always oblige with signature cocktails 🍹🍹

Best stay on Railay beach, especially considering the price. The staff are so incredibly friendly and helpful. The rooms are beautiful, the beds are comfy, the shower pressure is perfect, and they even have a rooftop pool. It is a convenient walk to the beach and laundry services. Highly recommend!

Fikk et hotellrom nede ved sumpen, derfor luktet det veldig. Kunne ikke benytte oss av balkong eller ha noen av dørene åpne. Badet var ikke av god standard. Døde innsekter på veggene var ikke vasket bord før vi sjekket inn. Heller ingen ventilasjon på badet, kun et form for åpent vindu der det også kunne komme innsekter og gekkoer inn. Tror vi har uheldige med å få rom i den gamle delen av hotellet. Frokosten var ikke noe å skryte av. Bassenget på taket var bra.

The resort was so much better than we had anticipated. We were greeted with smiling staff, a welcome drink and cold towel. Our room was super spacious with a wonderful balcony with views of the towering rocks, pool area and playful monkeys. The breakfast buffet was the best we had during our 5 island hop. Really good quality food, great variety and continuously refilled. A new bottled water was provided in room for each guest daily, and from our experience, they didn't mind guests refilling at breakfast station which is not always allowed. Thanks goes to the staff for not over scrutinizing the guests, this was a refreshing experience!! I'm not sure why people insist on writing reviews complaining about a bad smell. The resort is located in a natural environment, it is not Disney World! The smell that everyone is mentioning is not faulty water system, it is the smell of surrounding mangroves. Mangroves do have a sulfur (gassy) smell on occasion when the tide is low. Wonderful pools and nice gym. Everything is easily accessible from this location. We loved Railay!

Gutes Hotel am Railay Beach East. Wer direkt am Strand sein will, sollte auf der West-Seite buchen. Zimmer sauber, Personal freundlich und gute Auswahl beim Frühstück. Zwei Pools mit tollem Ausblick auf die Felsen.

The service was excellent and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. The room was cleaned well every day. The pool area was well maintained and the breakfast had a variety of good food. The beaches around the area are incredible and there are plenty of good restaurants around as well.

Quarto com cheiro absurdo de mofo Ar condicionado não higienizado Barulhento, não dormimos bem nenhuma noite . Ar da minha unidade, 1108 faz barulho com movimento das pessoas dos quartos acima. Estalou a noite toda. Estávamos em 3 e acordamos muitas vezes. Box do chuveiros com parte metálica muito enferrujada.

Zimmer wirkte auf den ersten Blick richtig schön, aber im Hellen am nächsten Tag hat man schon eiige Mängel im Bad gesehen. Armaturen, Gummis usw. versüfft und rostig. Alles andere war aber wirklich schön, auch Frühstück war gut. Allerdings war es sehr laut (Vorrichtung Klimaanöage vor dem Zimmer draussen, pöbeönde Gäste Für eine Nacht ok, sonst hätte ich das Zimmer gewechselt.

Det var en konstig lukt i rummet, väldigt sliten inredning. Saltvatten i kranen så gick inte att känna sig ren. Största problemet var att det inte fanns någon fungerade AC, utan dom hade en gammal fläktlösning som inte gick att få kall. Dålig städning, det enda dom gjorde var att bädda sängen, sand och smuts städades inte bort. Frukosten kändes ofräsch men dom hade god omelette som tillagades på beställning.

This hotel is a good option for staying at Railay. It is very close to the East Railay pier, so if you are travelling with luggage, it is easy to get to and from. The rooms are spacious with good sized balconies. Housekeeping wasnt great though. There are horrible drain smells from the srain in the bathroom.floor sometimes and the bathrooms weren't cleaned thoroughly during our stay, only on arrival. The pool areas are good, and the pools are clean. Breakfast wasn't great. The food is kept in heated buffet servers, but they are not kept heated, so hot items like eggs and sausages are cold.

There is no water pressure in the shower and you will get stagnant water in the shower floor. The hotel is a bit lackluster for a 4-star. It needs a little bit of a revamp. However, it is very conviniently located steps away from the pier and you will also have the visit of cute monkeys straight from the room's balcony.

No hot water which was pretty shocking to realize, this seems like a very basic commodity. Also the sheets on our bed had holes in them, seems like some basic maintenance and cleaning could go a long way here. Also the WiFi was terrible, if you’re a digital nomad you won’t be able to work here. Nice staff, great location nice pool, but I wouldn’t stay here again.

Great property! Nice and spacious room with all the amenities needed. Staff is super friendly. The only recommendation I would have is to add some extra lights, it was super dark in the room since there is only one light close to the door.

Many mosquitoes in the room. Not sure where they were coming from (fans, vents, A/C, etc.) but each night I would kill a couple on the walls before I went to bed, and I would wake up with a bite or two on my face or arms. Everything else was great (service, food, pool)

Felt like a scam the whole time. Have been going to Railay for over ten years now and have been by this hotel numerous times and looked very nice but had never stayed there. When I arrived I was put in a real shabby building which u cannot see from walking street. The room was really embarrassing with an old, moldy bathroom, useless WiFi and a bed that had been to war. After two days of complaining about the WiFi, I was upgraded but still not to the main building but to the top floor of the same building I was already in. The room was nicer and the WiFi was slightly better but there was a terrible smell coming from the bathroom. When I informed staff, they seemed to careless and a few hours later put in a candle. Despite these problems staff never checked back in to see how everything was. Also on the night before checkout I asked for a late checkout and they said to call back at 8am and then maybe they would give me a half hour more. In the end it was very disappointing. The place was falling apart and the staff had an attitude of caring less. Almost like they know it’s bad but figure most people will stay 1-2 nights and be gone. In the end I moved to my regular hotel (which had been sold out) next door which felt like a palace for the same price

When I arrived I was put in a real shabby building which u cannot see from walking street. The room was really embarrassing with an old, moldy bathroom, useless WiFi and a bed that had been to war. After two days of complaining about the WiFi, I was upgraded but still not to the main building but to the top floor of the same building I was already in. The room was nicer and the WiFi was slightly better but there was a terrible smell coming from the bathroom. When I informed staff, they seemed to careless and a few hours later put in a candle. Despite these problems staff never checked back in to see how everything was. Also on the night before checkout I asked for a late checkout and they said to call back at 8am and then maybe they would give me a half hour more. In the end it was very disappointing. The place was falling apart and the staff had an attitude of caring less. Almost like they know it’s bad but figure most people will stay 1-2 nights and be gone. In the end I moved to my regular hotel (which had been sold out) next door which felt like a palace for the same price

The service was excellent and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. The room was cleaned well every day. The pool area was well maintained and the breakfast had a variety of good food. The beaches around the area are incredible and there are plenty of good restaurants around as well.

Great location right on Railay island although only way there is by boat which gets more expensive after 6pm. Staff was slow to respond after a few things started off broken in the room and no one came to collect laundry after multiple requests so just dropped it off at the front.

Wonderful Hotel. 2 min walk to the East Railay Pier. Super convenient location. Hotel was quiet. Front Desk Mgr Thanannat upgraded us to a room that was perfect. He was very welcoming and made our stay a pleasant one. Breakfast is Excellent. Wifi signal could be better but it did okay. Great Staff!

I still think about this property to this day. First and foremost the breakfast was great. Location is superb because it’s the resort closest to the main dock, so if you’re doing excursions - you don’t have to wake up so early to walk to the dock or when you arrive/leave you won’t have to take your bags very far. Views from every angle of this hotel are insane. You can see the beautiful rocks and ocean every which way. The room itself is huge and ac works fabulous. I did really enjoy all the close bars and restaurants near by. There’s also a nail salon in walking distance that was great. At night there is bioluminescence in the water, so a night swim is always fun. As a solo female traveler I felt very safe and secure in my room. Make sure to check out all the beaches near by, some may not be available to access until the tide goes down so ask a local to help show you. I can’t wait to come here again

Recommend Railay Princess if you are looking for a quieter location with great swimming pool to relax around. Breakfast was great with plenty of choices. Comfy bed and spacious room. Short walk to shopping and restaurants and handy walk to Pra Nang Beach which we loved. We really enjoyed our stay.

The staff are excellent. This location is very nice for all kinds of activities from hanging around the pretty beach to boat trips to the islands. Its not on the west side, but its so close it does not matter. You can save money and book this hotel and walk to the west side very easily. Only accessible by boat, but the boat trip is short and pretty simple. Shopping like crazy close by. Very chill area.

It’s convenient, feet away from the pier. It’s not a beach hotel but the pool it’s nice. Breakfast it’s very good. Don’t take the laundry bag with you, they will charge you 350 baths for it.

Everything was great besides the bidet in the bathroom was not working even after they said they fixed it. Breakfast was great. Staff was awesome! They even gave me an upgrade. Will definitely go back :))

Det var en konstig lukt i rummet, väldigt sliten inredning. Saltvatten i kranen så gick inte att känna sig ren. Största problemet var att det inte fanns någon fungerade AC, utan dom hade en gammal fläktlösning som inte gick att få kall. Dålig städning, det enda dom gjorde var att bädda sängen, sand och smuts städades inte bort. Frukosten kändes ofräsch men dom hade god omelette som tillagades på beställning.

This hotel is a good option for staying at Railay. It is very close to the East Railay pier, so if you are travelling with luggage, it is easy to get to and from. The rooms are spacious with good sized balconies. Housekeeping wasnt great though. There are horrible drain smells from the srain in the bathroom.floor sometimes and the bathrooms weren't cleaned thoroughly during our stay, only on arrival. The best thing about our stay was seeing the spectacled langurs, from outside our room and also a monitor lizard in the pond, monkeys in the trees and hornbills. It was a pity that the staff used catapults to scare the monkeys and langurs away.
