Very outdated - many items broken. The curtains had holes in them and the shower head fell off when I was showering. Asked for a different room but the maintenance man duct taped the curtains to the wall instead and called it good. The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating but it’s just old and falling apart. The fitness equipment is great tho!

Toilet did not flush properly. Sliding glass door was hard to open (bad rollers and bearings). Property is older and being renovated. Quiet and safe. Nice pool and patio area. Price is right and we would stay there again.

Staff on all shifts were very friendly. Room was very clean. Only problem was water/pop machine was empty and there was nowhere close to go get one. Bar/restaurant was being renovated at time of stay so can’t give opinion on it.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. The plus to our stay was having daily complete room maid service. The description of the property listed a bar and grill that is no longer open and a complementary breakfast which had no fresh fruit and offered very limited prepackaged options.

The location is pretty remote and the property is undergoing renovation so there’s no elevator and we could only get the second floor, in spite of booking well in advance. We had no idea of the renovation until we arrived. My husband was unhappy with the difficulty of using the TV, so crazy. He asked for help from the front desk and they refused, because they were only one and said they couldn’t leave the front desk.The room itself was great very clean and like new. Overall, not terrible for the price.

I would not stay here with kids. It is being renovated but it’s still very run-down and old. Our room was not clean: -hair in the sink -food in the fridge -trash under the beds The carpet was coming apart in a couple spots. The 2nd night, I had a spider crawl on my bed. The daily breakfast consisted of: -cold cereal -granola bars -instant oatmeal -mini blueberry muffins -homemade spicy bean burritos -dole fruit cup Even though it was less money than other places, I will spend more to avoid this place next time. It serves the purpose of a shower and a bed but that’s about it.

The stairs were beyond filthy. The carpet in my room was filthy and torn in three places. The fluorescent lights were out in the bathroom- I mean not working - no light- the morning of my departure. The upholstered chair in the room was stained terribly. The sheets on the beds were white and looked very clean. NEVER AGAIN!

Room that I stayed in had a bad smell ,carpet looked like is hasn’t been washed in a while, and the toilet was not working properly water would take a long time to go down also the shower would change temperature on its own when you would take a shower I would use cold water and suddenly get burned with hot water ,the lock on the door to the room was flimsy, AC unit was barley working , overall i won’t be stay somewhere like this again

Room had stains on carpet/carpet was torn. Popcorn ceilings. Mini fridge didn’t work. AC worked but made a really loud revving sound when it would run. Window sill was gross. Not the worst place to stay, but I probably wouldn’t stay here again. We only stayed one night, and I wouldn’t stay longer than that.

Room was clean and quiet. The room showed its age and lack of overall maintenance. The carpet was stained and ripped in several places, the shower faucet was difficult to operate (probably due to a buildup of minerals), the room furniture worked fine but was scuffed, chipped and badly worn. The front desk staff was great and very helpful. Room rate was reasonable.

The hotel is in an industrial area where a train goes by and honks its horn through the day and night. The surrounding area is not nice and the hotel is under remodel and looks to be average at best from the outside. They are a pet friendly hotel and dogs could be heard barking from other rooms. However, the rooms were nicely fitted and very clean. The bed was very comfortable and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

It would have been great but….. there was no microwave in the room which is really a bad thing since I brought my husband food from home to snack on, and the TV did not work, it was a brand new TV and you couldn’t connect to it and couldnt cast on it even though it has that option, and internet sucks couldnt even work on my laptop.

The building is old, had repair patches in the walls and stains on the carpet. The room itself had a wall A/C unit which blew cold air but the hot water was in and out during showers. The carpet in the room was torn in multiple places. It was quiet and we were not disturbed for any reason which was nice. If your looking for a cheap place to stay near State Farm Stadium this is your place.

The check in process was easy, finding parking and the room was also easy. The room itself had some things lacking. There were two drawers for storage, which is not enough for three people. There was no closet to store clothes to hang. The shower didn’t have any shelf for shower items. The hallway smelled of paint, and the paint job on the doors did not look right. The carpet in the hallway looked really nice and it matched a painting in the room. The TV worked and the beds were comfortable. There was a lack of lighting in the room though.

The receptionist never smile and very rude. The breakfast is so very basic and the coffee tasted nasty. The TV in the room is not working. When we called the front desk about it. They want us to move to another room when we’re already comfortable for the night. The lady at front office never said hi or hello. I said, “goodmoring” and she just stared at me and looks so mad & miserable. I booked 3 rooms in this hotel & stayed 2 nights. Also, they told me thay my room is a king size bed plus sofa. There’s no sofa. My friend who came over for a visit have to sit on the side of my bec. Also, the carpet smells so awful. It looks like they sprayed so much deodorant to cover the smells. I will never stay in this hotel anymore!

Card did not work upon returning to the hotel. Had to wait in the lobby for AN HOUR AND A HALF for ANYONE to return to assist after having worked all day. Was FINALLY able to get into room at around 7:30PM. I was not the only person waiting. Attempted to call their corporate number only to get the runaround and placed on hold with no resolution. WILL NEVER BE STAYING here again. WYNDHAM needs to reevaluate this franchisee BIGTIME!

The lady who checked us in was terrible! She was so rude! Us checking in seemed like an inconvenience to her. Once we got through the check in process, we were put on the second floor. They’re aren’t any elevators so that made getting to the room with our things and two small children difficult. The room was clean and comfortable.

our check in was 45 minutes. one clerk Catherine, was perhaps the rudest I have ever encountered. With each of the at least 20 people who checked in prior to us we were astonished by her extreme rudeness and dour attitude. The next morning, I had an equally unpleasant experience checking out. She seems encapable of any professional conduct. No thank you, hope you had a pleasant stay, nothing but nastiness. The other two employees we watched for the 45 minutes the night before, did their best to cover for her extreme negative attitude.

1st night OK but 2nd night of stay had a dog barking two doors down from 8pm to 5am. I called the front desk about 11 and asked them to respond and was told "yeah, we've had alot of calls for them" and that "there's nothing we can do we already came out once and no one answered". They did offer to re-room my family and I but at 11pm that was not a great option. I advised they could call the police for an abandoned dog or noisy violation but the front desk worked refused and said re-rooming us was the only option and noise was not something they could do anything about at this hotel. I do not recommend staying here as they do not enforce their policies including, as it says in my rental terms 'all dogs must be attended to by the guest at all times'.

The hotel is in an industrial area where a train goes by and honks its horn through the day and night. The surrounding area is not nice and the hotel is under remodel and looks to be average at best from the outside. They are a pet friendly hotel and dogs could be heard barking from other rooms. However, the rooms were nicely fitted and very clean. The bed was very comfortable and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

The building is old, had repair patches in the walls and stains on the carpet. The room itself had a wall A/C unit which blew cold air but the hot water was in and out during showers. The carpet in the room was torn in multiple places. It was quiet and we were not disturbed for any reason which was nice. If your looking for a cheap place to stay near State Farm Stadium this is your place.

The staff was cordial and polite. The area was noisy with road traffic, and trains. The price of the facility was a bit over priced for the accommodations and the area. The hotel rooms were a bit outdated going back to the 1980's era

Hasn't changed it's website since preCovid. No restaurant/bar on premises. Wouldn't change my room, even if paid the difference(not full!),skimpiest breakfast I've ever seen and I travel quite a bit.

It’s not a great place to stay. Breakfast is just cereal and granola bars and the actual hotel is not well kept. But cheap and close to amenities.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. The plus to our stay was having daily complete room maid service. The description of the property listed a bar and grill that is no longer open and a complementary breakfast which had no fresh fruit and offered very limited prepackaged options.

I think the whole place is being renovated and there is a strong smell of paint and chemicals. Maybe this is temporary. It was the lowest priced hotel in the area, their breakfast is good and the stuff is friendly

No one mentioned a train ran right next to the hotel ever hour or so (early to late). Check in was so slow. Breakfast was limited even for a grab and go. Beds were just ok.

For the price, I felt that the property was in very poor condition. Bedding was old, bathroom was outdated, and the carpet was old. The complimentary breakfast was hardly that. Some tiny muffins, and prefab cereal bowls was the breakfast. I do not recommend this property.

Staff on all shifts were very friendly. Room was very clean. Only problem was water/pop machine was empty and there was nowhere close to go get one. Bar/restaurant was being renovated at time of stay so can’t give opinion on it.

It’s really not that bad! The exterior is scary, I was thinking about making a different reservation as soon as I got to the parking lot but convinced myself to at least check the room. It was like stepping into a different world, albeit a 3 star world.
