Tutto bene in generale. Solo qualche precisazione; avevo prenotato una camera matrimoniale superior dove, secondo la descrizione, sarebbe dovuto esserci un letto matrimoniale più due singoli ma in realtà c'era solo un letto matrimoniale. Il prezzo del parcheggio, 14 euro a notte, mi è sembrato eccessivo.

Leider war unser Zimmer an der Zwischentür im Flur und die ging ab ca 7.00 Uhr ständig auf zu aber mit lautem Knall, also an ausschlafen war nicht zu denken. Sie Bar macht Samstag um 22.30 Uhr zu was wir auch nicht so gut fanden. Hätten gerne noch was getrunken vor dem Schlafen gehen. Das Hotel ist sauber und modern und das Frühstück war auch sehr gut. Man kann sogar draußen frühstücken, was sehr schön ist.

The room was very clean, and the breakfast selection was excellent. There were definitely a few items that could be improved, however. 1. Someone needs spend five seconds using a drain clog cleaner in the shower drain in the room we were in because it drains very slowly. There’s probably a lot of hair in it. 2. I’m sure this won’t change, but there isn’t enough space for even two people to put their clothes. My daughter and I were there for four nights, and I had to keep all of my things in my suitcase because there were only enough shelves for her things. 3. This will also not change, but the very small exit from the parking garage is pretty bad. I damaged the front bumper of our rental car one time when I was exiting, and from the looks of the wall, I’m certainly not the only person to do that.

We’ve stay at this Hotel many times over the years when it was owned by Ramada Inns. It recently sold and looks as if the new owners have made some upgrades to the rooms. The staff is great and the rooms are clean and comfortable. Great beds but I’m not a fan of the pillows, just a bit too soft for me I prefer a firm pillow. Will stay here again.

Das Personal war sehr nett und kompetent. Unterkunft ist zwar etwas weiter von der Innenstadt entfernt, aber durch den Bus sehr schnell (ca.16min) erreichbar. Es gibt auch einen Penny in der Nähe (10 min Fußmarsch). Sauberkeit war ok, vereinzelt hat man aber an den Wänden noch Zahnpastereste im Bad gesehen und die Duschen hatten so einen leicht schwarzen Streifen, wie als ob beim putzen nur kurz Wasser drübergelaufen worden ist. Die Zimmer haben alles was man braucht. Es gab sogar Gummibärchen und eine Wasserflasche kostenlos

While the hotel itself was well presented, and the breakfast was good, the overall experience was extremely disappointing. The television in the room wasn’t working and when I reported it, the hotel staff said “yes, we know”. No offer to move me or have it fixed. The internet in the room was extremely poor. I literally had to wave my laptop above my head to get a signal and send an email! Finally, the housekeeping was poor and lacklustre. Used towels were taken but not replaced, room left untidy.

Für einen Kurzaufenthalt gut. Zimmer war groß, war aber zur viel befahrenen Straße raus, sehr laut. Handwaschseife war leer, Duschkopfhalterung defekt - das kann ich bei einem sauberen Zimmer nicht verstehen - sollte das Servicepersonal bei der Reinigung eigentlich feststellen und sofort abstellen.

Staff was super nice and helpful. Bathroom towels have seen better days and shower wasn’t draining and could use a deep cleaning. Beds are comfortable and room was pretty spacious but the windows were facing the street and the street lamp was shining into the room. Curtains didn’t help at all. Overall stay was good and we will definitely return.

No air conditioning, no fan, just a long sob story about how they didn’t want guests to control their own a/c because they might make it too cold? The room was otherwise nice, and clean, though lots of road noise. The breakfast buffet was excellent with lots of variety. However, given a choice, I would not stay here again.

I was surprised that they had gone upstairs to my room and removed my luggages after I had informed them in the morning that I would be leaving later than 12:00 noon, they had mentioned not a problem, for every extra hour we would charge you 10 Euros which I agreed... However they had my phone number as well as my email and as a courtesy to the guest they should have either called me or emailed me and asked for my permission to enter the room and removed my suitcases...Will not be going to this hotel again...

Total disaster, the staff offers me a later check-out then one person at this hotel charge an unagreed amount on my credit card without agreement from me, high amount also. This hotel is not fresh at all, electronics are broken and the staff is rude, avoid this hotel my highly recommended!

Hotel un pò fuori dal centro ma raggiungibile in 10 munuti a piedi. Personale gentile. Camera ampia, letti comodi. Solo 2 bottigliette d'acqua e nessun minibar. Bagno grande ma con la vasca da bagno molto scivolosa anzicchè la doccia. Nessun kit da bagno, solo sapone con il dispenser. Colazione dolce quasi assente e fredda, quella salata invece varia anche se di qualità non eccelsa ma buona. Hall e zone comuni carine anche per prendere una birra la sera.

Insgesamt bin ich nicht wirklich zufrieden. Viele Kleinigkeiten, die am Ende doch die Bewertung nur mittelmäßig werden lässt. Aufzug kaputt, sehr kleines Zimmer, Frühstücksraum am Sonntag morgen zwischen 8:30 und 10:30 völlig überfüllt und deshalb so gut wie nichts am Buffet. Nur eine funktionierende Kaffeemaschine mit lauwarmen Kaffee und relativ gleichgültige Mitarbeiter, die sich eher mit Unterhaltungen untereinander als mit dem Auffüllen des Buffets beschäftigt haben. Am Ende wurde mir die Hotelrechnung zweimal von der Kreditkarte abgebucht, obwohl ich dem Kollegen am Morgen darauf hinweisen habe, dass der Mitarbeiter am Abend die Karte schon belastet hat. Positiv hervorzuheben ist lediglich das relativ bequeme Bett. Hätte hier gerne etwas anderes geschrieben.

i was looking for a simple and inexpensive place to sleep for a couple nights and H+ was the lowest price so i expected a real dump and was happily surprised to find a great hotel. my new favorite spot in Darmstad! the breakfast was great and the room was perfect and everyone that worked there was helpful and professional etc
