Was no parking on Saturday night. Spent almost 45 mins driving around trying to find a spot and this was at 1030 pm

Clean room easy to deal with. Limited parking if events going on. Has laundry but can’t make change.

Secteur industriel très laid mais autoroute à proximité. Vous aurez besoin d'une voiture, oublié le transport en commun.

Horrible service for guests and parking. They host Brampton weddings everyday leaving hotel guests with no where to park.

Most things were fine. However , I went to the pool yesterday and while sitting down by the chairs (where the pool ladder is) ants crawled on me. I didnt realize until I walked over to the hot tub and as i was getting in the water , the ants bit me. There are ants in the pool room. I have wales were the bit me. I have pictures.

A+++ This is an awesome hotel; the room was great, and the pool/hot tub/sauna was amazing! It's also a convention center, so it can be a little loud at night, but the price is great and we'd definitely stay again!

pool was disgusting looking, super dark in the room with pool and hot tub sauna was out of order and the door was left open to it and it smelt horrid we had to shut the doors to somewhat get rid of the smell it not working is not a huge deal obviously things break down it just made it more of a disappointment being as the pool was a no go because of how skrungy it looked and how dark the room was and then the horrendous smell from the sauna our room was very clean though we were very impressed and being able to have a crib for our infant was very nice the customer service could use some work we were not impressed with our very first couple interactions with one specific employee that was at the front desk very unapproachable and down right rude has no customer service skills at all both my partner and i work in customer service so we understand both sides but there was no reason for the attitude we received especially from the person at the fron desk whos supposed to be welcoming and greet the guests coming in no be rude right away and not care about anyone elses feelings but theirs i wish i would have gotten his name as i think he could use some more training or go over what is expected of him as a front desk employee and what good customer service entails i understand no ones perfect and i understand that customer service can be very stressful and you deal with many different people constantly and its draining but if its too much maybe he needs to step down a position

Hot tub and pool we’re good. Steam room smelt it a little musty. Sauna not working. No free continental breakfast.

Stayed here because it sleeps 6. Very outdated and appears dirty. Like carpets, bedding. Microwave was dirty on arrival with pizza crusts surrounding it. Only one working elevator, so very slow due to how busy it was. Lots of events happening at the building during our stay. Wouldn’t stay here again.

Very disappointed with my stay. Absolutely no towels in pool waited over 30 mins ended up sharing one towel with my partner and when called front desk asked for towels in room the gentlemen at front desk was rude and didn’t even bother sending any towels to the rooms. Never again for the price not worth it. None the lamp lights worked properly, rooms were very dark with no lights working.

Very clean room, spacious and helpful staff

The room was beautiful, but there was dust everywhere. On the back of the bed, at the side of the fridge, on the mirror, and behind the tv. I found a fake eyelash on the bed and on the ground. Other than that the stay was amazing

Found bed bugs and cockroaches in our room, cleaning staff confirmed and they only refunded me one of the two nights i stayed there.

The room was very clean and spacious. The staff were also very helpful. Be sure to stay at Radisson Hotel, Mississauga ON. It is value for your money.

The cleanliness of the room left a lot to be desired. The mattress protector had stains, the bathtub had soapscum and stains and the walls were dirt and wallpaper was ripping, bunching

This hotel was beautiful at one time but due poor maintenance has made it in terrible condition. Room are dirty I walked bare foot in the room and can feel the carpet sticky. The washroom wall surrounding tiles you can see still have someone dried up vomit and pee stain. Wall paper in the room are peeling. The little fridge in the room was plugged to the socket that would power off when the room card is removed causing all the left over bubble tea to spoil. The ladies working the morning shift were professional but guy that worked in the evening shift seem like he hates his job I told him the Internet in my room is terrible kept cutting off his answer is there is no one complain and there is no problem with Internet. I have a tablet and laptop both constantly drop off caused me to stay up till 3am to finish my work. There were two weddings party on Friday and Saturday night loud music can be heard from my room.

We had a nice stay. The lobby and room were clean. The staff were nice. I received a text saying to enjoy the full breakfast, but then as we started eating they told us that it was $15 per person so we felt scammed a little. Also the fast wifi they claimed to have wasn’t working properly; we ended up using our data. Also the photos in the app didn’t include the pool and I would have liked to have known that there was one.

Big, clean room. Dated furniture but it added to the ambience and didn’t affect our trip. Overall great and would stay here again.

Music from a party very loud i could hear 3 floors up Called til midnight but the staff would not help. Wanted to move me at midnight after i had been in bed trying to sleep. My room vibrated for hours Never again will stay here

Decent value for a hotel, big rooms that could use a lighting upgrade.

The room we were given was quite dated. The room had a stink when you walk in and then after turning in the AC out to time to go away. The lighting was terrible. The front room barely had 1 lamp for that size. The bedroom lights were OK. The elevator also had an uncomfortable smell, the tiles in the elevator were broken, caution for wet floor sign was left permanently in the elevator.

Great room for the price!! Large bathroom and living area separate from the bedroom

Rooms were huge and beautiful but not functional. There was not a single full mirror to get dressed. Toilet was very awkwardly position. Very old electrical, could not easily find plug points. AC unit was new and well functioning.

Terrible customer service. Late to our event due to rooms not ready by check in. Over an hour wait in lobby with our belongings. Kept being told it’ll just be a minute

The staff is impeccable. I was having a bad day due to having my vehicle being hit while parked and I was inadvertently rude to them. They remained highly professional, considerate, respectful and me find a safer parking spot in front of the hotel for my peace of mind. They are all great professional individuals that go above and beyond to make their guests stays as comfortable as possible. Thank you to them all.

During check in the gentleman at reception was talking to someone else on his phone the whole time in a different language and barely acknowledged me. He continued his conversation and just pointed at me to direct me on what to do. When I got to my room, the TV wasn't working and I the receptionist forgot to give me a wifi code. I called down to tell about the TV not working and he said he'd send someone up. No one ever showed...and I had to go down to the front desk to get the wifi code. Little things, but really didn't make me want to book here again, and I've stayed at this hotel MANY times on business while down in the city

Convenient for a short stay if you need to be near the airport or prefer not to stay downtown. The suite was unexpectedly enormous and very quiet compared to other hotels I've stayed in near Pearson. Lots of nearby restaurants open late as well. Free parking was a huge plus.

The only problem I had was there was no shuttles to the airport.

Close to Airport!

It was right for the money and located very close to the 401 and airport. I had to go into Toronto and down to London so it was a very convenient location in that sense.. Otherwise it’s in an industrial area..

I found the hotel was very out dated. I would liked to have had a shuttle to the airport.

Breakfast was good but dining was below average. The kitchen ran out of some basic ingredients around 7 pm so some of the items on the menu were unavailable.

The dining room is very pretty BUT the menu was limited and on that limited menu about half of the items were not available. Even one of the draft beers was not available because the handle was broken The bar tender was very pleasant and helpful BUT disappeared for long times ? doing something in the kitchen She hinted the problem with the menu was not new. I chose this hotel to be near the airport with a restaurant. It was 17km from the airport and the restaurant was poor The rooms and property were move average Depends what you want !!

Loved loved loved the rooms! Hotel was great, not crazy about the neighbourhood. That said, I would definitely stay there again. Really did not like that there were no airport shuttles- on expedia they said there was, so i wasted an hour waiting for a shuttle from the airport that wouldn't come. Though room service was good, there was a really super limited menu.

Convenient. The building is old and needs maintenance but was clean. The breakfast (which is not included) is over priced especially since its very limited.

The hotel room was not clean. My sink was clogged with a black hair floating in the water. Also, when I tried to turn down the AC, there was another black hair there! I took pictures! Also, breakfast is poor and not worth it! The bar was mostly abandoned and I had to go to reception to ask for a bartender. The restaurant they have is not really a restaurant and when I ordered Cesar salad with chicken they didn’t have chicken and then also didn’t have some other ingredients. Overall a really bad experience.

The breakfast price isn’t consistent — different staff members quoted different amounts, and the cost seemed to change depending on what you picked for your meal. In addition, the buffet didn’t offer much variety, with only a limited selection available.
