We needed to find a place to stay last minute and found this available room. Being surrounded by students was fun. The room was functional and clean and an easy walk to the the metro and the beach.

The rooms were clean and AC was working well. Having kitchen was convenient but it could be better equipped (we had only one fork). The location is great, close to metro and beach. A lot of shops, bakeries, and restaurants around.

Impossible to stay here during the summer as there is no air conditioning. Room floors were not cleaned on arrival. Lots of sand and dirt from previous guests on floors. It was worse than “get what you paid for” and the neighbourhood is simply gross (dirty and strong offensive smells.) I cannot recommend this option for travellers, no matter how budget conscious you are as staying in a room with such high temperatures is a health hazard.
