Having been on the road for over 2 months now in France and Germany , it was such a pleasure to find genuinely friendly and helpful staff from housekeeping through to front desk. They have gone out of their way to make this the best hotel stay so far for me. Car parking is excellent, meeting facilities in the lounge are great, the room seems almost new, well arranged and most importantly, the air conditioning works a treat!

Zu warm obwohl Heizung aus, Badezimmer eine Nummer zu eng, Kleiderhaken für Jacke fehlt nur Kleiderbügel vorhanden. Frühstück ok aber die Tische zu klein und Hocker zu niedrig wie im Kindergarten sind halt ein Minuspunkt. Das Parkhaus direkt darunter ist schlecht ausgeschildert aber freundlich hell. Leider liegt das Hotel an einer stark befahren Kreuzung, dadurch gibt es auch nachts etwas Verkehr.

Parkmöglichkeit in der großen TG eines Einkaufszentrums mit direktem Zugang zum Hotel. Die Atmosphäre an der Rezeption könnte etwas herzlicher und wärmer sein.

Trotz Lage am Bhf angenehm ruhig im Zimmer. In die City benötigt man ca 20 min zu Fuß. Dafür ist die Hotelbar 24/7 geöffnet was recht angenehm war. Check-in ging flott und auch die fehlenden Handtücher und Zudecke bekamen wir auf Nachfrage gleich vorbeigebracht

The room was very nice and comfy. Nice temperature to sleep and a good bed. A bit small but has everything you need if you have a short stay. It was quite busy at the bar and when I ordered a drink from the menu the bar keeper asked me politely to make a quick choice between the drinks available on the shelves, as it is busy and people were waiting behind me. As I ordered something from the menu straight away he should have been more clear that they didn’t have the drink anymore instead of rushing me. I found that not a good service. Breakfast wasn’t too expensive but it was a very simple breakfast as well. I think the hotel is a bit too expensive for what it has to offer.

Es war ok. Es war ein Einzelzimmer für uns als paar. Vor Ort mussten wir zusätzlich nochmal für Handtücher und eine weitere Decke bezahlen. Auch das Parken ist leider nicht kostenlos für Hotelbesucher. Unser Zimmer war sauber aber es war definitiv zu klein und man kam sich ziemlich beengt vor. Preislich ist es etwas teuer aber es gab keine Alternativen leider. Zur Not Ja aber würde es nicht nochmal für den Preis buchen.

Es war wieder ein toller Aufenthalt im Motel One! Das Einzuge, was mich gestört hat, waren die Vorhänge, die zu viel Licht durchlassen, wenn gegenüber eine beleuchtete Fassade ist.

Tolle Unterkunft. Super zuvorkommendes und freundliches Personal. Leider war unser Doppelzimmer sehr klein. Auf den Nachttisch passte ein Handy, Armbanduhr und eine Wasserflasche. Ein Buch oder Taschentücher hatten keinen Platz mehr. Aber für 2-3 Nächte eine super Unterkunft!!!!!!

Car parking is excellent, meeting facilities in the lounge are great, the room seems almost new, well arranged and most importantly, the air conditioning works a treat!
Having been on the road for over 2 months now in France and Germany , it was such a pleasure to find genuinely friendly and helpful staff from housekeeping through to front desk. They have gone out of their way to make this the best hotel stay so far for me. Car parking is excellent, meeting facilities in the lounge are great, the room seems almost new, well arranged and most importantly, the air conditioning works a treat!

Typischer Motel One-Standard (also ein ausreichend großes Zimmer mit bequemem Bett und gutem Bad zu einem vertretbaren Preis). das Hotel liegt sehr gut in direkter Bahnhofsnähe, fußläufig zur City und zum RMCC. Parkmöglichkeit in der großen TG eines Einkaufszentrums mit direktem Zugang zum Hotel. Die Atmosphäre an der Rezeption könnte etwas herzlicher und wärmer sein.

No complaints and as expected. We were allocated a room on the top floor, and asked for this be be changed but they declined. Also keys didn't work do we had to go backwards and forwards to reception a couple of times.

The room was very nice and comfy. Nice temperature to sleep and a good bed. A bit small but has everything you need if you have a short stay. It was quite busy at the bar and when I ordered a drink from the menu the bar keeper asked me politely to make a quick choice between the drinks available on the shelves, as it is busy and people were waiting behind me. As I ordered something from the menu straight away he should have been more clear that they didn’t have the drink anymore instead of rushing me. I found that not a good service. Breakfast wasn’t too expensive but it was a very simple breakfast as well. I think the hotel is a bit too expensive for what it has to offer.

Plenty of shopping near by. Only reason did not give breakfast 5 stars was we did not have it as part of the room package. It is an extra charge. Overall a wonderful place to stay!
