Was happy to see that they had an EV charging station. Staff was friendly. Restaurant was undestaffed . It wasn't clear that the steam room was part of the spa so was bummed to not be able to use that.

Yeah we arrived at the icicle Village and thought it was one of the most beautiful tranquil little cute places we'd ever been to. Explored the whole grounds of the resort love the lobby and the restaurant as well as the two Outdoor Pools and Hot Tubs the gym is quite nice all those simple but very adequate for someone that wants to just work out. Love the proximity to the town will be back absolutely.

We enjoyed the property and its amenities (basketball court, mini-golf, two pools/hot tubs, and fireplace). The location was great due to its proximity to the adventure park and you could take the bus into town or walk 15-20mins. I’d say the only things we’d like can’t really be improved upon: the rooms are quite tight and the pool associated with the hotel was pretty cold and hot-tub more so like-warm. We will likely stay again if the suites are reasonably priced.

Inside the property and the room everything is in nice condition. Breakfast was good and plentiful. The only thing that I was not supper happy was a shower type: Shower head in the wall, no options for a different water flows, on spout. But that's just me. I am sure most people are not bothered by that. Hot tub and a pool are clean and open until 10 pm. Property is nice and there was plenty of free parking.

We booked the hotel for our wedding anniversary. We were excited for a couples massage and a day at the spa. Unfortunately, the spa hours weren’t posted when we booked! Would’ve chosen another hotel, had we known. Bathroom was absolutely disgusting. Mold and mildew filled the shower and floor. Kitchen staff were friendly and attentive. Front desk was average except for the lady who checked us in. She had bright hair, and big lashes. Quick and efficient and had personality.(not robot like, personable)

The stay was great, the facility, though a bit dated, was clean, well kept, and the staff was kind, prompt and knowledgeable. The breakfast was great and well attended. It’s an excellent value, and although the facility has seen a lot of use, I would stay here again and be happy about it. If you have a family, stop scrolling and book a room. You’ll be happy you did.

I paid over $400/night on Labor Day weekend. It’s a fine hotel. If I had paid $225 I would have been happy. It’s not a $400/night hotel. If it said Holiday Inn Express on the outside, it would fit perfectly. Good location, adequate breakfast, fun things to do on their “campus” but rooms are dated. Maybe the suites or condos are nicer.

Great view from the room. Room had all the conveniences. Great breakfast. Great service/lovely staff all around. Very comfortable bed and bedding. The venetian blinds on the room's windows hung crooked and couldn't be fixed (gives a bad appearance as does some strange wooden box just beneath the hanging TV). Location is perfect. The spa massage was awesome. Sofa in the room was a bit hard. Spent the $$ because it was my birthday; for this trip the money was well spent. The room was very spacious and had a great layout. Huge bathtub and great fireplace. Decor was ok; loved the cuckoo clock print. Robes in the room were lovely. Plenty of great towels available. Fridge /kitchenette- perfect. Room was quiet as was the outdoor area.

I will definitely stay here again. We had the fireplace room with a balcony and it was plenty big for a family of 4 with 3 beds (2 teens to have their own bed). Very charming and gorgeous property. Very well maintained. Breakfast included was a huge perk.

Hotel was very clean and cute. A little dated. The pillows are horrible. The staff were nice and friendly but being on the second floor you could hear everything. Had someone who tap danced above us all night. Slept about 4 hrs that night. Should of requested a top floor room.

Comfortable rental units. We booked two so had the main with living room and kitchen and the second bedroom and master bath with the intervening communicating door open. A nice floor plan with all amenities. Central air for the main room and the two bedrooms had their own AC units which were a bit noisy as was the refrigerator in the kitchen. Otherwise excellent stay with l nice carpeting and furniture/furnishing and own laundry-dryer in room. Property has lots of amenities from put-put golf to courts and pools for kids. Across street amusement facility also a local attraction. Bus shuttle nearby into town center or free bike rental from front desk.

The stay was great for the most part. The only thing I would improve is the WiFi. It was horrible. The smart tv in the room only had a signal half of the time and the other half it was unusable. Staff said they were resetting the access point multiple times but it didn’t make any difference. It wasn’t a big deal aside from at night when I was in the room the most.

The staff make this place a great place to stay. From the moment we arrived, they do a quick check in, the texting option for anything we need is super great. Instead of having to call the front desk you send them a quick text message and they respond immediately. All the staff is super friendly and very professional. We come every year and we love it. Very accommodating.

When I checked in the Resort was expecting me. Check-in was a breeze. But most impressive was the level of communications. I heard from them several times before arriving making sure that, if I had special needs, they would do everything possible to ensure I enjoyed my stay even giving me the option to check in early. Love the hot tub!!!! It has a large parking lot, and it is easy to find a parking spot. quiet place can text with them, which is very convenient. A little bit far from the town, walking takes around 20 min since it's icy and snow smash.

Nice property, liked that there was a game room for my son and that there was mini golf at the hotel. The only issue was the restaurant, it was not great and the people working were not friendly. Food was always incorrect and unfortunately the breakfast was served there too. They did not keep the breakfast full and it was extremely messy with food everywhere.
