FairBridge Inn & Suites Leavenworth

This is a 2 star property that puts very little effort into maintaining the rooms. Room was dirty, shower floor had multiple cracks and didn't drain properly. It would take about 20 min to fully drain. The worst part was the pool/hot tub. It looks clean from the surface and honestly the pool is probably okay, but the hot tub is a chlorine bomb. At first I thought I had sunblock in my eyes but quickly realized it was some kind of chemical in the the water. All of us started coughing and rubbing our eyes after maybe 3-4 minutes. Obviously we got out and rinsed off. Told the front desk they probably want to check the chemicals in the hot tub because it seems excessive. He was very nice and said he'd let maintenance know. As we were checking out the next morning I looked into the pool area and saw an employee with a 5-gal bucket of some kind of chemical just dumping cup fulls of it into the hot tub. Not great.

1) Easy 15 minute walk to "downtown" 2) Nice breakfast 3) Bed was comfortable and TV worked fine. Did not use Internet. 4) Pool, spa and entire bldg is "dated" but serviceable. Spa temp was only warn and pool was COLD. 5) Bathroom floor was wet from something leaking. Wet when we walked it before using anything and wet when we left. I reported it to the desk twice.

The rooms aren’t anything special but they are comfortable. The breakfast was hands down the best I’ve had at a hotel. And the pool and hot tub are open til midnight for adults.

Great short stay to get away as a family. Nothing fancy was the staff was super nice, beds comfortable, clean, and the hot breakfast was really quality. It’s located on the main hwy into town so some road noise but it was about a 5-6 min walk to the main part of town. The pool and hot tub were small but clean. The “gym” was a bit of a stretch as it is really a closet with two aerobic machines but if the weather is good there’s ton of good exercise by walking so that was not a big deal for a short stay. We stayed in the shoulder season end of March.

This hotel is really more a motel. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Parking is limited, especially when the hotel is fully booked. The street traffic noise is loud and comes through the door.

Only complaint is way too much chlorine in hot tub and pool. Burned my daughters eyes.

The location was great. Within walking distance of the shops and restaurants. The rooms were comfortable and the AC was wonderful after a warm day of shopping. The staff were friendly and very helpful. Breakfast was very satisfying and convenient. Parking was first come first served so it was a little difficult on a busy weekend. All in all I would stay here again

They’re actually pet friendly!

Hot tub bleached my wife’s t shirt completely a different color. Shirt was no big deal but the chemicals being that concentrated is concerning

Farther from the main area of town so it's a bit of a walk, and parking was always full. But it's clean and comfortable and the full breakfast was nice.

The sheets were not changed on one of the beds when we arrived. There were 5 hairs under the sheets. One long gray curly hair and 4 shorter brown hairs. They gave us another room. The experience makes me not want to stay there again.

room on second floor was very close to elevator and you could hear everything. Family of four stayed and in the morning when its time to shower, the shower wouldn't drain... The bathroom and sink area are really old, feels gross. My husband was so upset, we packed our things and checked out a day early. The desk offered to change our room, but not a chance we would stay another night. No refund either for the second night, we had to eat the cost of a bum hotel.

There were bed bugs in the room which is the only reason I gave the poor reviews. Everything except for that was great. But got severe bed bug bites and had to suffer for days after coming back. The hot sauna, the breakfast and the staff were all great though. Wish they give some more attention to cleanliness of rooms

A bit worn, but clean. Lots of choices for breakfast. No automatic maid service, which fit us perfectly. We would stay there again.

BED BUGS!!!! Woke up covered in bug bites. Inspected the beds and there were signs of bed bugs. Reported to front desk and they said they do not do refunds. Stay away!!!!! Rooms were outdated and not very clean.

The heater/AC cover kept flying off. The shower and bathroom floors were dirty. Everything was very outdated.

The room 135 carpet smell like dog pee, the entire room smell like dog pee plus right in front of the door there is a sewer that you can smell it too when opening the door.

Loved our stay. People were nice and everything was clean including the pool and hot tub.

Several bug bites, contacted via Expedia with no response. The place is a bit dated but good location. Would have been nice to receive a reply.

The breakfast is really the best I’ve ever had at a mid range hotel. Front desk staff were friendly. However, the room itself was very shabby, clean, but definitely in need of repairs and replacement of some items. It’s a comfortable place to stay, but for $528 for a two night stay, overpriced, and I will look for another place to stay in Leavenworth next time.

It wasn't too bad the room we had but the bathroom was teeny tiny and the toilet was pretty low to the ground. They honestly could have put the bathroom in the scene all in one and not separating it. But overall for the price you paid not too bad

Just spent 2 nights on the 18th and 19th. Check in was pleasant and friendly but room was not available when we arrived at 2:30. We returned around 3:30 and a room was available. The room itself was small. The photos on the website sure made it look bigger and nicer. The bathroom was small and so was the shower. Bathroom floor was not very clean with visible hair from past guests on the floor behind the door. Had to ask for a plunger as there was not much toilet suction. The complimentary breakfast was nice, had plenty of options and was hot and fresh. Staff there was also pleasant and helpful and kept things clean and well stocked. The parking lot has plenty of available spaces, however they are narrow so if you are afraid of getting door dings, be choosey of where you park. If you have a 2nd floor room and do not like smoke, good luck with the smokers who like to smoke outside of their 1st floor room and parking lot. That was not pleasant. Overall the location seemed safe. It was quiet, the bed was comfortable and the staff was nice. It is an easy walk to everything. The small rooms with old furniture and below average bathroom is what gives this location a 3 out of 5 and nothing higher.

Comfortable large room and beds, clean and tidy and a complimentary breakfast each morning. Added bonus was free parking on site.

I had a good stay but my only complain is that the door to the room slam when you close them making a loud noise so every morning any time after 7 am you would hear the doors to peoples room closing making it hard to sleep in if you wanted too.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!! The staff charged my debit card for the room even though I had already paid for it through Expedia. When we asked to have it refunded they were friendly and said they took care of it. We never received the refund. I have called over and over again and spoken to 2 representatives who were not able to help. I finally got a call from the General Manager who is condescending and rude. He told me that they did refund my money at exactly the time that I checked out (seems odd that the bank released the funds on a Saturday morning at 8am.... ) He also told me that they don't use a bank account, the money goes in and out directly through the hotel (I questioned this because it's a ridiculous statement, nonsensical), then I asked to escalate beyond him, he said there is no one else beyond him. The hotel is owned privately and all the money goes through the personal bank account of the owner. There is no accounting department, no finance team, no one at all that can help me regain my money. He also hasn't sent me the document from the bank stating the funds were released, even though he said he would. The only thing this hotel has going for it is the fact that it is a close walk to town. It's old, dingy and smells. We were in a pinch when we reserved the room otherwise I would have stayed somewhere else.

Great service. Maintenance put on a spare tire because one of mine had gone flat. Great breakfast in an excellent dining area. The room was very nice, and the bathroom had plenty of hot water. Management told me that if needed my sister and I could stay an extra hr before we needed to check out.

My husband and I booked a room here to celebrate our anniversary. Our check in was at 4, but the kind staff was able to get us checked in to a room much earlier. We really enjoyed all the amenities this hotel had to offer! Loved the indoor pool and spa, the hot chocolate machine in the lobby and cozy leather couches. We also loved the breakfast buffet. The breakfast crew were friendly and kind. Everything we wanted to see in Leavenworth was within walking distance. Thank you!

We were very pleased with our stay at the Fairbridge Inn and Suites. The staff was extremely helpful and polite. They had an impressive breakfast spread that we enjoyed eating out on the patio. Their pool was clean and such a nice option after a hot day. We really liked how close it was to town so that we could walk to most of the shopping and dining options... plus having a fridge and microwave in the room made heating up leftovers a cinch. Would recommend to anyone!

We called ahead to request neighboring rooms since we were traveling with friends. The hotel assured us that they would accommodate this request, but upon arrival, we were placed on different floors instead. The front desk staff was extremely rude and dismissive, making no effort to resolve the issue. It was a disappointing experience, but on a positive note, they do have good breakfast options.

Staff was kind and helpful. Great location in Leavenworth, older hotel but very nice. The pool and hot tub were very clean and the hot tub was hot!! The room had everything we needed and was very clean. It smelled clean too. The bed was comfortable, not to hard or to soft. The water for the shower was nice and hotnas well. Air conditioner worked great and breakfast was very good with an array of hot and cold foods. Great views.

I stopped early to ask if I could leave my car in their parking lot. The front desk person immediately looked and found me a room that was ready and checked me in 4 hours early. It was great. The hot breakfast was very good!

This was a pleasant property to stay at in Leavenworth. It was close enough to downtown attractions to walk, and it wasn’t as expensive as the in town hotels. The beds were comfy, and the room had a ceiling fan which was a nice perk. The hot and cold breakfast options were great! The hot ton and pool were nice temperatures. The hotel had over 500 DVD’s to rent, but we didn’t take advantage of them. Great stay!

My family stayed for one night but if we ever come back to the area this would be the hotel we choose for sure! Super easy to find and a good location to be able to walk to the main tourist area of Leavenworth. The rooms were a little outdated but very clean and comfortable. The best part was the breakfast buffet. It's the best complimentary breakfast we've ever had at a hotel. And it wasn't some off lobby tiny buffet. They had it in a banquet room with outside seating also. Tons of hot foods to choose from. Definitely recommend this hotel

My friends and I stayed the night before backpacking The Enchantments. Our rooms were clean and comfortable and the breakfast and coffee served in the morning were a perfect way to fuel before departure. The staff was kind and helpful as we checked in and out. The property is within short walking distance to shopping and restaurants.

The motel style room was small but comfortable with nice linens and a pretty gas fire place. An accent chair and ottoman was a nice touch. The small fridge was handy and they had inroom coffee. There is a big breakfast room and outside shared deck where you can eat, sit and enjoy the view... i sat there to paint. They fit a lot in a small space. More affordable than many options. Day trip to Lake Wenatchee was beautiful. Location convenient to town and walkable in 10-15 min. Would stay again.

Would definitely stay here again! The staff was super friendly. The rooms weren't fancy but they were updated and clean. Clean towels. Beds were comfortable enough. AC was nice. Parking was easy (in front & back). Juice (oj & apple), coffee (3 flavors of liquid creamer), hot cocoa and filtered cold water always available in the lobby. Breakfast was really good. Pancakes (from a pancake conveyor belt machine) , waffles, sausage, seasoned potatoes, fluffy scrambled eggs, biscuits and gravy. Also cereal, bagels, toast, yogurt, donuts etc. The pool was a good temperature and hottub was nice and hot. Walking distance from town center and the adventure park.

One of the best continental breakfast anywhere!
