Four Points Flex by Sheraton Koblenz

Great hotel very close to train station. Car parking right under the hotel which is part of the parking area for the rail station. Elevator direct to the hotel. Carpark can be hard to find, but once you know where it is, it is very easy. Breakfast was good with plenty of options.

We stayed two nights at the GHotel in Koblenz, and although it wasn’t anything fancy, it was comfortable and in good condition. Rooms are a bit small, by American standards, but not bad for a European city. Bathroom was also small, not tiny, though. There is AC in the room, and because we were on the top floor and the weather was pretty hot, it was a life saver. Although I wish we could’ve cooled the room down a bit more at night, it was a huge improvement from outside. The AC was nice and quiet too, which we appreciated. Bed was comfortable, but there was only one pillow per guest, and when we asked for another pillow, the man at the counter was very nice and was happy to get me one personally. We got the breakfast there, for an extra charge. They had a lot of options and the food was good. They also have a bar in the evening, but we never went there. Location was good, right across from the trains station. If you are driving there is a garage under the hotel where you can park for an extra fee. There are several nice restaurants to go to for dinner within walking distance. In our room we didn’t hear traffic at all. We enjoyed peaceful nights sleeping there. Koblenz is near to Burg Eltz and Cochem and we were able to visit them both on different days. For a comfortable stay, not overly expensive, it’s definitely a good place. All the staff we met were very nice and friendly. Don’t expect luxury but it’s a clean, comfortable place for good value

Accomodatie is perfect, goed ontbijt, prima bed en schoon. Vriendelijk personeel, auto kan in de parkeerkelder van Hauptbahnhof.naast de lift van het hotel. Het hotel ligt alleen wel wat uit de richting van veel bezienswaardigheden, maar er ligt een busstation voor het hotel. Vond het wel minder dat we. Bij dat busstation ook buiten op terras zaten. Over het algemeen een uitstekend verblijf gehad.

War echt schön und praktisch, nur die haben eigentlich keinen Parkplatz oder Haus nur Parkplätze in den Bahnhoff Parkhaus.

Parking garage was a bit difficult to find. Otherwise everything ok. Good pizzeria nearby.

The front desk attendant was so helpful and friendly. Check in was prompt and efficient. Room was clean, bed was too firm and pillow nonexistent. Bathroom was clean and not too small. Air in room didn't work so great, a little hot and uncomfortable at night. Great location, decent breakfast and late night driks were good.

Nice modern hotel. Dining room and breakfast buffet were excellent. Rooms were functional and clean. Bathroom was very small and could benefit from a shower door and fan. The underground public parking garage smelled of urine.

Spent a very pleasant few days in this hotel. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful; the room was clean and comfortable and the hotel was quiet despite being centrally located.

The hotel services a guest room (towels, sheets, trash) only on request the night before. Fully disclosed, eco friendly. Fine. But they failed to actually do it upon request twice, and did only half of it - skipped the sheets -- the third time. Finally did it right the fourth time.

Für den Preis den ich bisher noch nie für eine Nacht gezahlt habe, hatte ich mehr Annehmlichkeiten erwartet: zBsp. Kosmektikspiegel, kein Schimmel in den Fugen der Dusche, Mini Kühlschrank, Aufmerksamkeit auf dem Kopfkissen, Wasserflasche. Bett war ultra bequem, habe sehr gut geschlafen 👌

Modernt hotell nära tågstationen vilket är bra för oss tågresenärer. Dåligt lukt i badrummet och inga glas på rummet sätter ner betyget. Bra frukost.

Wir kommen schon seit Jahren in dieses Hotel, vorher Ghotel und jetzt unter neuem Namen ist es genauso schön, sauber und gemütlich.

Great stay at HotelG. Was initially concerned that the room might be too small but it was clean, bright and spacious enough for us (2 adults and 1 child sharing the bed). Fantastic location just next to the Koblenz Hbf and walkable to most places in town. Also very close to the river side where there is a very long walking path to enjoy along River Rhine. Excellent stay all in.

Een fijn hotel, voor ons de 2e keer dat we er waren. Hotelkamer is prima, wc/badkamer is aan de kleine kant maar verder wel functioneel.

Klimaanlage laut, Duschkopf nicht feststellbar, Beleuchtung des Zimmers schwach und wenig Tageslicht. Preis/Leistung passt nicht.

Eine Minibar wäre noch schön

Gute Lage für Besichtigungen. 3 min zu Fuß ab Bahnhof. Viele Sehenswürdigkeiten sind fußläufig erreichbar. Personal sehr freudlich. Keine Minibar im Zimmer aber das Personal gab Eiswürfel zum Kühlen der Getränke.. Danke dafür. Frühstück lecker und ausreichend. Verschieden Ernährungsstile wurden bedacht. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Als Vielbucher erwarte ich eher ein besseres Zimmer. Mein Wunsch nach einem ruhigen Zimmer wurde missachtet. Vor der Zimmertuer 2xLift und Blick auf den pulsierenden Busbahnhof mit Haltepunkt direkt unter dem Fenster!!! Fuer mich kein Hotel fuer zukuenftige Aufenthalte in Koblenz!

就在火車站附近，交通還算方便，櫃檯人員態度親切

역 바로 앞에 있는 호텔로서는 매우 청결하고 아늑한 호텔이었습니다. 시내 중심은 걸어서 15분 정도 였구요. 도이체 에크까지는 걸어서 25-30분 정도 걸렸습니다.

Great location for our 3day stay in Koblenz. Very convenient to the rail station for our day trips in the area. The breakfast buffet was wonderful and there were some great restaurants just a block away for dinners. The rooms were spacious and very comfortable.

Unkomplizierter und früher Check In, super Frühstück für 18€!

This was a great hotel to stay at that was centrally located near shopping, restaurants, and the main train station. We plan on staying here again on our next visit. The staff was super nice and the breakfast was outstanding. We highly recommend you try them out for a stay.

No dining options in the hotel

Das Highlight dieses Hotels war das nette und serviceorientierte Personal, sowihl an der Rezeption wie auch beim Frühstücksbuffet! Das Frühstück warvauch gut und reichlich. Es wurde neben der Lobby serviert. Der Raum war zu klein für die Menge an Gästen, man musste morgens warten. Überhaupt Fläche: die Zimmer waren doch ein bisschen klein, zu zweit war es doch schon eng. Es gibt weder Kofferablagen noch einen Kühlschrank. Das Bad war so eng, dass man sich dort nicht zu zweit aufhalten kann. Das Hotel liegt direkt am HBF, die Entfernung zum Zentrum ist doch recht groß, der Fußweg dorthin macht wegen der Umgebung keinen Spaß. Fazit: das Hotel ist gut für Geschäftsreisende geeignet, aber nicht unbedingt für ein Wochenende zu zweit.
