D'aspect l'hôtel n'est pas beau et le quartier encore mois cependant il est bien placé Personnel d'accueil, de salle et ménage très gentils chambres très propres il manque cependant une bouteille d'eau tous les jours. Piscine moyen pas en très bon état et eau trop chaude.

Het hotel ligt redelijk ver van het centrum en strand af maar doordat er aan allekanten bushaltes zijn kannje gemakkelijk alle kanten op. Het hotel is mooi en schoon en heeft een fijn zwembad. Het aantal strandstoelen is erg beperkt voor zo'n groot hotel maar goed je vind wel een plekje om te zitten op je handdoek. Verder is het hotel uitgerust met een gym en heeft het goede bedden en is het schoon en verzorgd

While driving to the hotel we could not easily recognize the entrance to hotel parking. We drove around the hotel 3 times. When I stepped into the hotel to ask the front desk where the entrance was i got a condescending response multiple times that it’s right here pointing towards the front door. The staff person finally came out of the hotel and showed me where the entrance was which is in front of another building. First impression was not good from my initial interaction but in general our hotel stay was fine.

Goede uitvalsbasis voor stedentrip. Fietsen gehuurd, leuk om noordelijk en zuidelijk langs strand (fietspaden) te fietsen. Helaas wel gehorige kamers. Fijn zwembad( zeker voor plaatselijke bewoners..) Goed ontbijt Lopen naar centrum ook goed te doen

Sehr gutes und sauberes Zimmer, dass täglich gereinigt wurde. Frühstück mehr als gut und ausreichend, sehr umfangreiche Auswahl. Zu Fuß und mit dem Bus Vieles von Valencia sehr gut erreichbar. Poolbereich angenehm, nur eine Liege zu bekommen fast nicht möglich, aber ein Rasenplatz nur mit Handtuch ist auch sehr okay.
Sehr gutes und sauberes Zimmer, dass täglich gereinigt wurde. Frühstück mehr als gut und ausreichend, sehr umfangreiche Auswahl. Zu Fuß und mit dem Bus Vieles von Valencia sehr gut erreichbar. Poolbereich angenehm, nur eine Liege zu bekommen fast nicht möglich, aber ein Rasenplatz nur mit Handtuch ist auch sehr okay.

Great room, very spacious, clean and great cleaning service. Although they do knock early. Great reception (be aware when asking for bus route numbers, they didn't take into account the seasonal changes) that is my only criticism. Pool towels available. Great bar and friendly staff. Airport taxis if booked by hotel is 25 euro fixed price. Slightly away from the main areas but we used Suma10 card and bus generally easy to navigate if you fancy walking its about 20 mins to Russafa area. Beach 30 mins by bus. Taxi 8-9 Euro from main cathedral area to hotel. Overall a fabulous hotel. (We didn't have breakfast, plenty of street cafes)

Great hotel stay with a few downsides We stayed at Hotel Medium for a week – three people in total – and had a great time. We got two spacious rooms with a balcony, which gave us plenty of space and comfort. Pros: • Good breakfast with a nice variety – including tasty gluten-free bread, which was important for us. • Large outdoor pool area, with tennis and padel courts available for rent. • Clean and well-maintained common areas. Cons: • Only a thin blanket provided as a duvet – we would have appreciated something a bit more comfortable. • The gym is very small and not particularly well-equipped. • The pool doesn’t open until 11:00 AM, and you’re not allowed to sit around the pool area before then. This made it impossible to enjoy a quiet morning coffee in the sun, which was disappointing. • Too few parasols and not enough chairs/sunbeds for the number of guests. All in all, a very nice hotel with a few areas that could be improved.

Hotel was geweldig, mooie grote zwembad, leuke kamers met balcon. Heerlijke ontbijt en aardig personeel. Jammer alleen dat voor 11:00 en na 20:00 kon je niet op het terras zitten omdat wanneer het zwembad dicht ging sluiten ze ook het terras. Omgeving was ok, heel dichtbij de grootste park met science museum. OV heel goed , metro en bus 43 minuten lopen. Veel kleine restaurants in de buurt en grote supermarkt Mercadona op 5 minuten loopafstand.

We really enjoyed staying here. It is a short walk to the Oceangraphic and related venues and the old town is a pleasant walk through the Jardin del Turia. Our single complaint was that the pool was not accessible to guests until 11am, possibly because local school children use it before then, but on the other hand it is good to see businesses engage with their community so we weren’t really too upset.

Net en verzorgt hotel wat centraal ligt zowel tov oude stad als van het strand. Alles goed met de fiets te doen. Moderne gebouwen in de droog gelegde rivier zijn te voet goed bereikbaar, zo'n 700 m. Hotel verhuurt ook fietsen en qua prijs gelijk als andere verhuurders. Nette kamers die elke dag schoon worden gemaakt. Verder is het ontbijt super.

We stayed in a superior double room (511) which was very quiet, lovely comfy bed and pillows. The rooms were cleaned everyday but not too early and with little noise. Only issue was the tv had only one English speaking channel. Check in by Carmina was very easy as I had checked in online beforehand. The breakfast each morning was very nice with a good selection. They even had prosecco which I enjoyed with my orange juice. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel was just a few minutes walk from the Arts and Science centre which we both enjoyed. The city centre is a good 20/25 mins walk from the hotel but its an enjoyable walk. The area outside of the hotel is quite untidy and shabby looking. Of the 6 nights, we ate at a lovely Indian restaurant called Mr. India just across the road from the hotel. Food was fabulous. There are not many more restaurants in the area. There are 2 shopping centres just past the Arts and Science centre (again within walking distance) which have loads of shops and restaurants.

Tried 3 different rooms. All 3 had soft floors next to the bathrooms 1 had visible mold. I had burning eyes, rash and headache within 30 minutes. Receptionist commented that the hotel passed inspection in 2015. Had to leave as they said the rooms were all the same and rebook elsewhere. They also have a zero refund policy for ANY reason. We missed 1 day due to flight cancellation from continued rain. More flooding was a safety concern. They also charged 3 times as much as the 4 star hotel in a safer more accessible area that we stayed in.

À mon sens ce n’est pas un 4 étoiles mais un bon 3 étoiles. J’ai aimé que l’ensemble soit propre , les couloirs sentent bons toujours propres, les chambres aussi et malgré ce qui a été dit dans les commentaires le personnel était agréable (sauf un monsieur plus âgé qui était assez fermé cependant il m’a quand même fait accéder à une chambre alors que je suis arrivée tôt il aurait pu très bien dire non.) Le petit déjeuner est correct, pour un 4 étoiles j’imagine un peu plus de diversité de produits et une salle plus grande mais heureusement je ne suis pas allée en juillet/aout… Le point négatif c’est vraiment l’insonorisation le lit est clairement proche de la porte de la chambre les murs sont très fins on entent TOUT. Ne partez pas la bas en haute saison ça doit être l’horreur. Par contre on a un grand balcon très agréable dans chaque chambre! J’ai trouvé la déco assez fade et vieillotte pour la salle de bain (d’où le manque de photo j’imagine) mais vraiment la propreté rend le séjour agréable. Ah et oui l’ascenseur en effet est très pénible … je comprends mieux les commentaires. Une fois deux fois ça va mais au bout d’un moment cette lenteur rend la chose pénible, n’oubliez pas quelque chose dans votre chambre au dernier étage … Je le recommanderais tout de même car mon séjour a été agréable malgré les points négatifs.

Lovely welcome. Arrived early and room was ready to check in early. Lovely hotel spotlessly clean. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Great view. Tea and coffee available in room bathroom toiletries supplied and were very nice.

We would thoroughly recommend staying at this hotel when visiting Valencia. As 3 girls in their 20s, this was the perfect base for exploring Valencia. Lovely spacious, clean room with lots of amenities. Friendly and helpful staff. Always someone on reception (the man on reception late at night was always so welcoming). I would recommend the massages here. The lady was lovely and we’ve never felt more relaxed! The pool was larger than it looks and was great to cool off on the hot days. Could do with a few more loungers and umbrellas, but there is lots of grass space available in a pinch. The highlight of the hotel is the beautiful buffet breakfast! So much delicious choice and wide range of options available. An array of juices, options for milk, pastries, breads, fruit, cooked options and more! We were full every day and didn’t need lunch! There is a bus stop very close by which is about 15-20 mins into the centre of Valencia, which is €1.50 and easy to get around. We used Uber a lot and was around €7-12 to get anywhere you needed. €20 taxi from airport. Overall an amazing stay at an amazing hotel!

Hotel was in pretty good location, only about a 10-15 min walk to the Arts and Sciences Centers. There were a few restaurants nearby as well as food stores. Fairly far from the city center, however, though there are train/Metro stops nearby. Rooms were comfortable enough with a good size balcony. The area was nice enough and as safe as any other big city in Spain. Parking is on-site and convenient. The breakfast was European buffet style and very much worth paying for. In short, I would stay here again should I return to Valencia.

Perfecte ligging! Wij hadden een week 2 fietsen gehuurd. 15 min naar het strand en 10 min naar hartje centrum. Grote en fijne kamer met grote en fijne badkamer. Kamer werd goed schoongemaakt. Goede en stille airconditioning. Zwembad was heerlijk, alleen jammer dat het in de ochtend en namiddag als openbaar zwembad voor de buurt werd gebruikt. In de middag lag je hier wel heel rustig. Al met al een prima plek.

Great reception (be aware when asking for bus route numbers, they didn't take into account the seasonal changes) that is my only criticism. Pool towels available. Great bar and friendly staff. Airport taxis if booked by hotel is 25 euro fixed price. Slightly away from the main areas but we used Suma10 card and bus generally easy to navigate if you fancy walking its about 20 mins to Russafa area. Beach 30 mins by bus. Taxi 8-9 Euro from main cathedral area to hotel. Overall a fabulous hotel. (We didn't have breakfast, plenty of street cafes)

We got two spacious rooms with a balcony, which gave us plenty of space and comfort. Hotel was geweldig, mooie grote zwembad, leuke kamers met balcon. Heerlijke ontbijt en aardig personeel. Jammer alleen dat voor 11:00 en na 20:00 kon je niet op het terras zitten omdat wanneer het zwembad dicht ging sluiten ze ook het terras. Omgeving was ok, heel dichtbij de grootste park met science museum. OV heel goed , metro en bus 43 minuten lopen. Veel kleine restaurants in de buurt en grote supermarkt Mercadona op 5 minuten loopafstand.

While driving to the hotel we could not easily recognize the entrance to hotel parking. We drove around the hotel 3 times. When I stepped into the hotel to ask the front desk where the entrance was i got a condescending response multiple times that it’s right here pointing towards the front door. The staff person finally came out of the hotel and showed me where the entrance was which is in front of another building. First impression was not good from my initial interaction but in general our hotel stay was fine.

Preis/Leistung sehr gut, Hotel und Service sehr gut, Frühstück hervorragend, der Pool ausgezeichnet, perfekt für einen Städtetrip! Das Hotel ist absolut zu empfehlen! Einziges Manko: das Hotel liegt zwischen Strand und Altstadt, die Gegend ist nicht so schön wie andere, allerdings hatten wir dadurch den Vorteil dass wir zu allen Sehenswürdigkeiten etwa gleich weit hatten.

The hotel is located in a convenient location near to bus stop with buses to city center and other attractions. Breakfast is available with additional price. Rooms are very clean and spacious and most of the rooms are having balcony attached. The electric kettle is not provided by default but they will provide if you ask in the reception. Staffs are very helpful and queries are addressed with the best effort. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Lovely spacious, clean room with lots of amenities. Friendly and helpful staff. Always someone on reception (the man on reception late at night was always so welcoming). I would recommend the massages here. The lady was lovely and we’ve never felt more relaxed! The pool was larger than it looks and was great to cool off on the hot days. Could do with a few more loungers and umbrellas, but there is lots of grass space available in a pinch. The highlight of the hotel is the beautiful buffet breakfast! So much delicious choice and wide range of options available. An array of juices, options for milk, pastries, breads, fruit, cooked options and more! We were full every day and didn’t need lunch! There is a bus stop very close by which is about 15-20 mins into the centre of Valencia, which is €1.50 and easy to get around. We used Uber a lot and was around €7-12 to get anywhere you needed. €20 taxi from airport. Overall an amazing stay at an amazing hotel!

Super venligt og hjælpsomt personale. Dejligt poolområde. Ingen problem at bruge poolområdet på dagen for indtjekning. Fine værelser og rengøring dagligt. Lidt ærgerligt at det ikke er en decideret restaurant men området byder på mange spisesteder i forskellig prisklasse og standard. Loungeområdet var underligt nok lukket om aftenen.

호텔직원은 친절하고 호텔방도 청결한 상태였어요. 아침 부페는 괜찮은데 저녁은 별로 였어요. 메뉴도 한정되어있고 테이블도 깨끗하지 못했고 햄버거을 시켰는데 안에있는 소고기가 덜익어서 거의 먹지 못하고 버렸어요.

Check in could have been smoother. No information was provided to us, other than our room number. We arrived early and were initially advised our room would be available earlier, but then ended up waiting around until check in time anyway. Not such a big deal, but it's about setting expectations. We were prepared for a 4pm check in anyway. The hotel is clean and no issues at all with our room. The balcony was small and basic with just 2 chairs. Excellent air con, which was definitely needed. The breakfast is also excellent with a good choice. No complaints at all. Overall enjoyed our stay.

Good hotel within easy walk (or bus) from the city centre and the cultural sights. The room was comfy if a bit tired and the a/c was set to very cold and seemed unresponsive to change. The pool area is great, though could benefit from some more loungers and I heard a number of guests complain that the depth plunged from very shallow to very deep with no warning signs.

This hotel is in a good location, close to the very nice Russafa area. The room is spacious and clean. The pool area is big but it does not open until 11 am (as the life guard starts working then). Even though you ask several people in reception if you can go out earlier, if you don’t use the pool, and they say ok and give you towels for the sun beds, other staff will come out and scream at you, in a very rude and un-customer friendly way saying that you are not allowed to be there before 11. The elevators are also excruciatingly slow and the base ventilation (not aircon) is very loud so it’s hard to get any sleep. So somewhat good but also much room for improvement.

If you are looking for a great location. This is a good place. 1 mile from most places and staff were very helpful. First night our air conditioning wasn’t working well they checked it out and moved us promptly! Great service
