Parking lot was extremely tight to manage through. Over all a place to sleep that’s cheap and gets the job done

It was by far the worst hotel i’ve stayed in. Very dirty, smelt bad, pool closed, elevator was broke. stale food for breakfast, no creamer or milk for coffee. Halls smelt like urine and cigarettes. Didn’t sleep well at all, such a horrible waste of money.

Nice staff. Good pricing. Quiet location. Pool was open and clean. Parking is minimal.

Our reservation was screwed up, reserved a non smoking room but was told that I in fact reserved a smoking room, even after showing the confirmation email, still wouldn't change the room. The condition of the room was sub par, it smelled musty and moldy with holes in the walls, water damage. The pool was in poor condition, appears the ceiling was falling apart and was covered buy panels. I wouldn't stay there and will be warn others to do the same.

The room was exceptionally clean when we arrived. So much so it was burning our eyes, nose and throats from the chemical smell. We had to open the unscreened window to get fresh air. Room was nice and what we expected. The bathroom was tiny and the tub was old, dingy and broken. And we were told that no where in the hotel can you take a bath even though they had tubs it was shower only due to plumbing and pipe issues. The pool was more like an oversized hot tub. But it was clean. We did not use it because it was small and only 3 foot 6 inches and round. It would have been hard to swim due to size. The doors from outside leading into hotel did not lock and were not secure. Anyone could just walk on in so it was not very safe. The continental breakfast was a joke!! Juice machine was broken and all they offered to drink was coffee. Not very kid friendly. They had only a few slices of bread, and a couple croissants with no butter or jelly. They had 3 frozen waffles in the fridge open and laying out on shelf. Not very sanitary. They did have cereal but milk was in open pitcher and only limited. The first day we were able to get packages hostess coffee cake and mini individually wrapped cupcakes but 2nd day they had none. Needless to say we did not get breakfast there either day. If you have a lot of luggage or heavy items or are handicapped hope you get a first floor room because we were told the elevator did not work. We had to carry all our stuff upstairs

Bedding dirty and stained. Halls and carpets stained and stunk. Elevator broke. Pool nasty and out of order . Wasn’t even gonna attempt eating the breakfast. Take my advice pay the extra $ and stay at the Hampton.

Needs updated badly, staff at front desk said you can only use elevator going up and gave to use stairs coming down because elevator makes noise.

The elevator was out of order during stay. The ice machine was not working. I could not understand the man that worked at the desk. The shower in the pool area did not work.

It looked nothing like the picture the toilet was broke the shower was broke and the pool was dirty and very little elevator kept breaking down and we had to take the steps.

Worst hotel. No locked doors on outside. Dirty everywhere in halls. Photoshopped picutres if outside. Just gross. Would never book here if you care about safety

Please avoid this hotel. Disgusting hotel. You'll be grossed out from the moment you arrive. Very outdated and filthy.

It’s an Econolodge people don’t expect much - five stars for a very clean room and a machine that makes good coffee

Check-in experience was fine even the lobby is absolutely filthy. Our sheets had cigarette burn holes in them when we got in the room. We asked for new sheets and the guy working acted like they were fine. He gave us new ones, also had cigarette burn holes in them. I had to buy my own blankets which i think is sad. I tried calling the following morning for new towels and the front desk guy kept hanging up on me. I eventually got some news ones after flagging a housekeeper down around noon, glad i wasnt in a hurry to go anywhere. The breakfast was a joke. Cereal and waffles in a REFRIGERATOR, so they were soggy. I understand now why this hotel requires payment up front. Not worth a single penny.

The whole hotel was completely nasty. I didn’t even get to sleep in it. I walked in to check the room out and there was bugs on the wall. The baseboards were falling off. It smelled really bad.

It was horrible a roach ran from under one of the beds to a hole in the border strip on the bottom of the wall. After further inspection of the border stip the was a clear and present nest/egg sack of some kind. Checked out in 3 hours. Did not enjoy. Definitely would NOT recommend.

The whole place smells like stale cigarettes, even with a non-smoking room. Mold, dirt, grime on so many areas of the room, looks like they just pulled the bed linens up and didn’t put new sheets on it. He put us in the back on the 1st floor - we immediately turned around when we saw the room condition and there was a drug dealing going on. NO THANK YOU! We immediately turned in the keys, didn’t even get our bags in the room, he refused a refund… We went and stayed right down the street at a nice, well lit, very clean hotel. Where you wouldn’t be afraid of catching some disease or bacteria just from looking at it.

This place is so bad I thought I was on candid camera or something. The place is in shambles, it’s smells like an ashtray, rooms were not clean (used toilet paper behind bathroom door, hair in tub, sticky floors). The elevator only went up so you had to take the stairs down. No parking and noisy all night long. I tried to get a room elsewhere but everything in the area was sold out. So I pushed three and stayed one night. I tried to get a refund but the arrogant Indian fellow basically laughed in my face in an Indian polite way. I really don’t know how this place hasn’t been shut down by the health department. Lesson learned, pictures on the internet may not represent the reality of the situation. I hope this review saves someone from the horrible experience that I had.

My stay was very comfortable, especially for the price. The road noise near this location is a problem, though.

The bedrooms were very clean and sizeable however the lounge area at check in was very off putting and is in need of a major upgrade. The outside needs a major upgrade as well. My family was not happy when pulling up to the hotel and were ready to go somewhere else. They did like the rooms once 1 person verified that their room was sufficient.

Room had a blanket in it that was thinner than paper on the bed. The bathroom sink was cracked. There were questionable stains on the walls in the bathroom. It’s cheap motel at its finest

Need to put more effort in cleaning Needs major upgrades

The front desk agent was friendly, helpful, attentive and professional. It went downhill from there. The room itself was baren but adequate. The bathroom was horrible. Bblack mold in tub, walls peeling, ceiling peeling

The smoke-free room still smelled like cigarettes. The toilet was not bolted to the floor. It was otherwise fine for a night stay.

Open windows without screens, paint chipping throughout whole room. Urine stains on bed. Was given new mattress pad cover but was told it was after hours and we’d have to change the bed ourselves. Dusty/dirty floors. Shower was ice cold.

It took about 20 minutes to check in even though I reserved on the app. There were 3 of us in our party and they only gave us towels for 2 people. The first night we listened to a child run back and forth in the room above us. I asked the manager to do something and he told me to call the police on them..?? We didn't do that. Later that evening I killed a roach that ran across my bed. The exterior entrance didn't lock so anyone could walk in the building at anytime The carpet in the halls was really stained and discolored. Breakfast did not have many options and they want you to eat in the cafeteria only. Also there are no coffee makers in the room.

I didn’t like that my original booking was somehow declined at the desk when it was already paid weeks prior and I had to pay twice for the same room

Check in was very long even though checked in and prepaid online. Also tried to make a copy of my driver's license which is not acceptable. Parking is poor. The facility has had updates but still not very clean and a bit smelly. Is a partial smoking facility which may lead to some of the odor issues.

The main thing I disliked about this visit to EconoLodge was the price difference once i arrived!! Was such an inconvenience for me!! Other than that if an person is looking for something last minute this is the place!!

Unfortunately I chose this place because it was closest to my girlfriend’s house. However the stay was probably the worst hotel stay I’ve experienced yet. Front counter manager was yelling at all the guests in a very rude manner, went down to request housekeeping services and was told housekeeping had come already. Was showed a log but obviously housekeeping hadn’t come to our room. Trash was still in the bins and towels were still on the floor. When asking for new bedding the front desk manager said “we change the bedding only upon arrival” which upon request should be doable but he insisted he couldn’t because housekeeping had already left. Whole hotel smelled like cigarettes and I just couldn’t catch a break there. I wish I could give the place at least one nice thing to say but I just can’t seem to find a kind word. I’d love to be reimbursed for my stay if I could but I don’t think this is how it works. Anyways my struggle is another persons reason to stay away and that’s why I’m writing this review.

I rented the room for an overnight stay and it was good. Customer service was wonderful!

The person at desk was talking to another employee for several minutes and it took forever to get help. Overall the place was clean but it hasnt had well upkeep though. The outside reminds me of a place no longer in business. It was cheap and was good enough to lay my head for a night.

The staff was really rude and it isn’t very good people that live there that start problems for no reason

It was close to an event I was attending and it was quiet for the most part. I did have someone knock on the door in the middle of the night but I’m sure it was kids just playing around. It was a good place to relax.

Polk was lovely, breakfast was frozen waffles and frozen French toast stick, there were two types of cereal. They did have coffee if you like coffee and some vice canes and oatmeal cream pies….. bathroom was small.my room key kept giving me trouble. Overall I would find something docent and better next time.

This econo lodge is an econo lodge. If you travel and know the meaning of that i will say the pool was warm enough for my son to have a good time and the rooms were good for the value. The desk man was nice. Get some juice for kids for breakfast.. maybe put out some banana s... make sure you check it is full instead of empty. So overall meet our expectations for what we needed. Better than other econo lodge s and did the job.
