Bra läge vid Waterfront. Bra rum om även lite gammaldags med telefon på toaletten och i rummet, inte vad vid sådant nu för tiden. Fina sittutrymmen i lobby och bar. För lite bord för frukosten, folk stod i kö för ett bord. Varför inte utnyttja alla utebord, bara hälften dukade, plus restaurangens. Rekommenderas.

Awesome staff, great location, breakfast buffet incredible and connected to shopping mall and fine dinning. SPA was great as was the staff!!

Hotel is in a safe area of Cape Town, Victoria and Alfred waterfront. Parking is free and plentiful. Room is large and has a beautiful view of the ocean. Breakfast is superb.

Hospitality, Friendly, Clean,Great Breakfast , walkable, shopping mall, Close to the VA waterfront, Beautiful grounds highly recommended will stay there again if ever in South Africa.

My husband and I recently stayed at The Bay Hotel, choosing this property to celebrate our anniversary and enjoy a relaxing end to our 21-day trip in South Africa. Unfortunately, our experience fell short of the expectations we had. Firstly, we noted ongoing construction around the hotel during our stay, which made it difficult to enjoy your outdoor areas and impacted our overall relaxation, especially during breakfast when the noise was particularly disruptive. Had we known about the construction, we might have planned differently. Additionally, upon checking in, we were surprised by the lack of acknowledgment of our anniversary, despite including a note about this in our booking. A warm welcome, or even a small acknowledgment, would have added a meaningful touch, especially for such a special occasion. Lastly, the cleanliness of our room did not meet expectations; specifically, we found hair in the bathroom, which was quite unpleasant. For a hotel of this caliber, attention to detail in cleanliness is essential, especially considering the premium pricing. While we appreciate the efforts of your staff, these issues detracted from our experience, and we wanted to share this feedback in hopes that it might be helpful for future guests.

This is an amazing property and being on the waterfront it’s such a safe location. So many. Are and restaurants from just a stones throw away. The hotel itself is absolutely amazing and so clean. The rooms are so clean and luxurious. I’d definitely recommend this hotel.

The hotel was beautiful. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was nice, always had a bottle of water, and was cleaned twice a day. The breakfast was good and very generous. The location was fantastic, right around the harbor, with lots to see. I would recommend it to everyone.

The Table Bay Hotel is near Cape Town attractions. It’s an awesome Hotel with good views of Table mountain and port.

We did not sleep well as there was a loud noise coming back every 30min

Unfortunately the hotel relies solely on the location of the hotel and not the service It took 3 times( more than 16 hours) for the reception /maintenance to send someone to check the shower drain in the room and no apologies or follow up was done. I was never asked at the front desk if I needed anything or when checking out how was my stay. This hotel was very overpriced for its lack of service

Enjoyed my stay at hotel. Staff are friendly and helpful. Requests for additional amenities are quickly answered and delivered. Overall happy with my short stay at the hotel

I liked its convenient location with all the nearby walkable attractions. I especially liked the professional and gracious staff who were always present, if needed. Given its large size, the hospitality was very intimate and appreciated.

This is the no 1 location in Capetown. Close to everything and a 5 star hotel with immaculate service! No question as to why all celebrities, athletes and top leaders come to stay here. It is simply the best option!

This is a 5 star property and certainly lives up to its billing. We celebrated our 30th wedding anniversary at the hotel this week and they couldn’t have been more accommodating. Flowers, champagne and cake in our room. Delicious food throughout, great service and brilliant location on the V A waterfront. Top marks all round.
