Just loved staying here. Everything was perfect, can't fault anything. Beautiful lobby area with a coffee shop and nice seating. An Indian restaurant. Rooms very good size and tastefully decorated with good furniture. Comfy bed. I loved the tea/coffee making space. Modern bathroom with good shower. Pool on the rooftop was very inviting and quite a good size with the water warm even in January. Nice sunbeds all round, just great place to relax. Friendly and helpful staff everywhere. Location great to walk to Meena bazaar and river etc. I'll definately be back!

Not far from the airport- about 15 min drive. Friendly staff. Clean room. Coffee shop and a restaurant on site (we did not try the restaurant)- 20 minute walk from Burjaman ctr that has a food court and restaurants/ coffee shops. There are other small street restaurants and a little convenience/grocery store within 1 to 2 Blocks from the hotel. If you want to explore downtown, it is a bit far from there but an easy taxi or Uber ride.

Very nice hotel is located in the old section of Dubai. Kind of far from downtown due to traffic and not near the Metro (one kilometer away). Careem was useful to get a taxi. Clean rooms and very good customer service. The breakfast was very good with a variety of hot and cold meals. Numerous Indian restaurants are close by and lots of vegetarian options also. The room was a junior suite with lots of space and a small washer/dryer combo and mini kitchen. Would definitely stay here again.

The staff of this property were lot more than excellent. From the bell boys to the senior managers were so friendly and helpful. I have been talking to few senior managers and the front office staff, they were so friendly, helpful and polite. I have used the restaurants and food and drinks were good. The food at the Sports Restaurant was amazing. I really enjoyed every meal I had in that restaurant. The Indian Restaurant the staff was so helpful and always there to look after you. Restaurants staff were so helpful, polite and always there to offer what ever they can to make you feel at home. House keeping staff were good and did a good job in making up my room. All in all I enjoyed my stay.

I chose this stay because it was quite cheap. But its quite a bit out of the ways to central Dubai and major tourist hotspots. They have a nice pool and pretty good indian restaurant where you can enjoy a scrumptious buffet breakfast. Room comfort was so so, you get what you for I guess.

We were next to a room that had the washing machines constantly on but it didnt disturb our sleep so that was fine. The rooms are cleaned everyday and all necessary items are stocked up. I loved having bottled water stocked up each day as that eas one less thing to get each day.

Lovely, professional staff who were attentive to and had positive interest in their clients needs and wants. Very quick to address requests. Room was clean, comfortable and not ridiculously small, as many are elsewhere now. Bed was perfect. All facilities in room were great and room service and laundry service were very prompt.

The room was spacious and the bed very comfortable. The staff were very attentive and provided me with a breakfast box with my early checkout. The buffet breakfast had everything and my two night stay was very comfortable. The only downside was the noisy fan in the bathroom that disturbed my sleep.

Staff at the reception area should be attentive. Of course not all of them but a few. I believe everyone deserves the same treatment and as they are the first contact that represents the property, they have to pay attention to the customer in front of them. I have paid from the 30th November understanding the property checking time to my room is 3pm and as I will be arriving early morning on 1st December, I wanted to access the room when I arrived, rest and getting ready for my meeting in the afternoon. However, upon my arrival on the 1st December, my room was not available, I was waiting for 45min and the two ladies were talking back and forth looking at my details on their system. I asked if there is a problem and tried to show the confirmation email. One of them answered everything is okay and she have my payment/booking details. Then she said “ madam, we don’t have available the king size room, you can take the single room.” I simply replied I haven’t paid for that and refused to take it. Again, why was I asked to take less than what I paid for? two minutes later she offered me the room that I have paid for. What is the point paying full online, if I am not getting the service I have paid for? why did she said there is no room a minute before? While she have one. What was the difference between me and the other guests who arrived with me and after me? I leave it here

Amazing stay,few issuing regarding beds but that was sorted out promptly. Special mention to Haris the bell boy.Great asset to this hotel,was their when needed and np job was too small for him.Always provided service with great attitude and smile. Also a special mention to Arslan,he was the security of the hotel but was very attentative ,would always pleasantly greet you and open the doors with a smile.Such staff and service makes a stay from ordinary to extraordinary. Overall great hotel and would highly recommend it.

Everything about the property was excellent and the front reception & consierge were outstanding!! :) The only issue I had was not with the hotel itself, but that taxi drivers never seemed to find this hotel, even after booking on the Kareem App and giving the exact location. One taxi driver mentioned that it was bc there are many Sheraton’s. But still didn’t make sense bc they were following our hotel location the gps but yet still they couldn’t ever find our hotel. I think it would be helpful if the hotel could look into this situation.

Dejligt rent og rummelig værelser. Fantastisk service i receptionen. Morgenmaden er ganske fin. Aftensmaden dropped jeg da det er meget indisk, hvilket ikke er dårligt, men ikke lige mig. Samt der er "live" musik hver aften, hvilket er meget højt. Poolen er meget fin, og en fin overdækket børnepool ved siden af.
