The place was clean and comfortable. I didn’t realize it was so tiny, and that we shared a tinier bathroom with 4 other rooms. We thought it was a different place when we booked. No hotel hoppa bus, but we walked to the Radisson BLU, ABOUT 200 metres up the road, so it worked out ok.

While this was a convenient place to stay, the room was not well ventilated, there was only a small fan, but it was very stuffy. There is a common very small bathroom for many to share. It was not clean. The food that was offered for breakfast was not refrigerated and kept in the cupboards.

Not a lodge and barely a BnB. Both rooms we rented were very small and cramped. We had to share a bathroom down the hall with other renters even though the advertisement said "private bathrooms". the breakfast was cornflakes, bread, jam, peanut butter, tea and coffee and you made it yourself.

Title: A Stay with Potential, but Some Flaws I recently stayed at a bed and breakfast that had its moments, but also quite a few flaws. Our experience began with a late check-in fee of TEN POUNDS, despite the fact that our train was delayed and it wasn’t our fault. It felt a bit excessive, especially considering the circumstances. I had a short overnight stay in London, and needed something short, sweet, and simple. This property is fairly new to Expedia, and it was what was expected. Short and sweet. I was gone before breakfast was even served due to outbound flight. I didn't get to enjoy anything, due to my stay being so short. The main point of contact was friendly and welcoming. Location is easy to find, and close to a few walkable eateries. Quiet location (minus planes taking off). I enjoyed my stay, and will come back. Hopefully next time I'll have more time to enjoy everything in full.

It is too far from London central so if you use before you takeoff it is convenient for you

Great staff, really response and helpful. Great to stay for a quick night in London and the bus stops are a quick walk. 24/7 McDonald’s is another plus!

The place was clean and comfortable. I didn’t realize it was so tiny, and that we shared a tinier bathroom with 4 other rooms. We thought it was a different place when we booked. No hotel hoppa bus, but we walked to the Radisson BLU, ABOUT 200 metres up the road, so it worked out ok.

No luxury. But good value for money if you only need a place to sleep over to next day. Right behind Radisson Blue, so you can use shuttlebus. Short walk to Mc Donalds.

While this was a convenient place to stay, the room was not well ventilated, there was only a small fan, but it was very stuffy. There is a common very small bathroom for many to share. It was not clean. The food that was offered for breakfast was not refrigerated and kept in the cupboards.

The bus is punctuation and the stop is not far from the lodge. The kitchen is good and clean but the breakfast is poor food . There is only shared toilet.

Not a lodge and barely a BnB. Both rooms we rented were very small and cramped. We had to share a bathroom down the hall with other renters even though the advertisement said "private bathrooms". the breakfast was cornflakes, bread, jam, peanut butter, tea and coffee and you made it yourself.

Ein Bad für 2 Zimmer, war bei der Buchung nicht erwähnt! Und Frühstück erst ab 9 Uhr! Das ist lächerlich. Denn wer hier in der Nähe vom Airport Heathrow übernachtet reist in der Regel am nächsten Morgen weiter und muss üblicherweise zwischen 6 und 8 Uhr schon am Flughafen sein.

C’est un établissement proche de l’aéroport mais ils n’ont pas l’air de savoir qu’un avion ça se prend parfois tôt ! Le petit déjeuner n’est pas possible avant 9h et pourtant il est payé. Ce n’est pas propre, difficile à trouver même pour le taxi, l’alarme incendie s’est déclenchée à 6h du matin et le personnel est moyennement courtois… bref, pour 160€ la nuit, à éviter !

Had a very unpleasant stay here. We arrived around 8 in the morning after an overnight flight. Checked in and our room wasn't ready when we had booked it for the day before and another 2 nights. ! Bin was full and sure the beds were made but there were all sorts of hair in them. The Innkeeper had to access our room to go through the property. They advertise a basic continental breakfast which is fine but the remnants of butter was appalling as where the peanut butter for the manky toast and there was enough milk for 2 teas and some brown bananas. We did not get a room key until several hours after check-in so we could not leave our luggage to get a proper breakfast. We walked away to a much better BnB close by. Don't stay here

This review will probably get buried or deleted. This is NOT a hotel; it is a rooming house. As soon as you walk in, it smells like cigarettes. There was an open loaf of bread on the kitchen counter with dishes in the sink. The room was on the ground floor and opened directly onto a street. It was blazing hot, so you had to have the window open. I did not feel safe. I did not feel safe sleeping by the open window or going out and leaving our luggage there. The shower gave me the creeps. When we tried to tell the man who opened the door and changed the beds that I wasn't staying, we could not find him. When we tried to call the property owner, the phone was off. We documented everything, but of course they lied and said they offered us another room. DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE.

Das Zimmer war sauber und mittlerer Standard, nichts dran auszusetzen. Das Personal war super freundlich, und hat dadurch das 'Frühstück' verzeihen lassen - es gab schlichtweg kein 'breakfast'. In der Küche, welche nicht besonders sauber war, gab es zwar die Möglichkeit, sich Kaffee, Cornflakes und Toast zuzubereiten. Allerdings wurde darauf verzichtet, da kein sauberes Geschirr zu finden war. Alles in allem - war ok, aber für den Preis nicht zufriedenstellend.
