Great location! A lot close to us. Great service! The hot tube actually worked and was our favorite. The pool was freezing but our 9 year old still swam. All was good except our tv did not work. They looked at it and offered to move us to a different room but when you’re already settled it’s hard to move all your stuff and get resettled. Maybe placing different tv in the room would have been a better solution. Overall great stay. Would stay there again.

I tried to call the property to find out the intersection and was transferred to a voicemail. Left a message-didn't get a return phone call. Front desk person did not know how to set a wakeup call. My room phone would not let me do it. Bar selection was limited.

The worst Courtyard Ive ever stayed in. Cockroaches in the bathroom and hallways, the pool was indoor, tiny and dirty, the hot tub was brown, and the cafe was poor quality and out of basic items.

Got to the hotel and the hotel was under renovations. The hotel didn't offer disounts of any sort and too late to switch hotels. We were in town for our sons Airforce Graduation for 3 nights and our schedule was very busy and hectic.

The hotel is under renovation. Nothing was functional except the electricity. No pool, no lobby, bad tv channels, no hot water. The woman at the front desk did an amazing job of handling things and being polite. However, she didn’t resolve any of the issues or offer any sort of compensation. I’m actually very disappointed with hotels.com for misrepresenting the hotel. Maybe the owner or Marriot corporate should’ve shut down the hotel during the renovation. Overall, bad choice.

For the most part the stay was pleasant. One inconvenience was not having a properly working hot tub/pool available to use. It was one major amenity I was looking forward to to relax. The hot tub water was cold and the jets were malfunctioned. The pool water was frigid. Both were disappointing.

This is an older property that needs some work. Bathroom was dated and needed a good cleaning because there was visible mold in some areas. I was there to attend my son’s graduation from Lackland AFB so I didn’t spend much time in the room. It was a quiet property, so I did sleep well. Staff was friendly.

The couch pull out bed was filthy. When I originally booked the hotel through Expedia it had stated continental breakfast only to find out there was no breakfast offered. Key card was constantly deactivated.

I don’t know what happened to the Standards of Marriott. Our room was easily a motel caliber room, nothing I would expect out of a Marriott. The smell was really bad, the only reason I didn’t make a fuss was because my son was graduating BMT at the air force and we were out most of the day. We wanted to come back and relax but the smell was horrible(similar to dirty wet clothes), carpet felt sticky as if it was wet and dirty. The only plus was the location was 10-15m away from the base.

We always try and stay at Marriott hotels because we always have a wonderful stay the rooms always super clean and nice but this stay was awful I don’t know if it was the location or area but man I was left down the room seemed dirty or at least the carpet was and the restroom curtain had mold and was all ripped there was no soap the swimming pools was closed so my kids were upset just a let down I recommend Marriott hotel just not this one !! I wanted to upload pictures but it’s not giving me that option

Palm trees around the property are all dead. There’s a folding card table for a front desk. The lobby carpet is torn up and patched in other spots poorly. Our room was not ready at check in time and we had to sit around for 40 minutes till they found a serviced room for us. Our room was filthy, hand prints on all the glass and mirrors dirt and dust on all the furniture. The carpet had large stains in it. Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at!

We enjoyed our time at this property, beds were comfy and the room was spacious. The only downside is the hotel is right next to the interstate and during the late night hours you hear cars zooming by at all hours of the night. Overall it’s a great family hotel.

On 2nd day after checking in, Room keys were issued to complete strangers and they tried to enter our room at 1100 pm at night. On 3rd day we were locked out of our room because our cards were deactivated when the strangers were issued keys to our room. On the sixth day we left the room at 0700 and returned at 1245 and found our room door propped open with night security latch keeping room unsecured. Housekeeping manager was instructed by the front desk to secure the door and she refused to do so, so our room was unsecured for hours. Hotel owner was unconcerned and showed no interest in the matter. City police were contacted and a police report was taken. We checked out two days early because we feared for our lives.

Had two police response monitors in the parking lot. Towels were left out of our room when room service came to clean. I had to go to the front desk to get more. The noise from the highway made it difficult to sleep. People around me and upstairs were very noisy.

This is a nice hotel. Close to the 410 freeway. Only 10 minutes to the airport. It’s about 20 minutes to downtown and to Lackland Air Force base.

Hotel was a decent stay. Building looking older. Attempt made to keep it up but still shows. No free breakfast. No free coffee. Starbucks in lobby didn't know how to make a decent cup of coffee. Wouldn't have minded if it didn't cost $4 for a black coffee and had to wait 7min for it. Industrial area behind building. Closed restaurant next door keeps outside a little blah. Stay was adequate for my stay in the area. Just more than I would have liked to have paid.

Overall, I had a good experience. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the rooms were clean. Only two things (although minor) that I’d recommend for improvement: include more USB ports and include free continental breakfast. The Bistro was very nice, but the breakfast options were limited and should be complimentary, like many other hotels.

This is a nice hotel but not upscale as advertised. The staff, especially the night desk manager is a superb face for the brand. She is way above average, accommodating and friendly. The disappointment for me came with no complimentary coffee in the morning. The so called Bistro is an attempt to make the hotel upscale but fails in that respect. Menu items are way out of line (six wings for $16). Other items are also ridiculously priced. All in all it’s a nice place to stay, friendly staff and well kept.

It was a little rundown, our rooms ceiling was not in good shape. Housekeeping came every third day. Which was not enough for me. The small dining area they had for breakfast, drinks and snacks was a one man show. He had to take the orders, prepare the order and deliver to your table. It was a long wait and very expensive to eat

For the pricing per night not worth it. They do not offer full menu just was able to get a burger and fries and a few drinks for 50.00 They did not provide room service; did not even bring towels to the room Could have been cleaner In our double bed room one of the bed frames was broken Would not recommend.
