Breakfast was great. Bed was very comfy. If light sleeper can be a little noisy.

Clean room very friendly staff, the pool was nice. Friendly area easy access to the races and other attractions

The pool was cold, the hot tub was warm, at best, and our friends had to check out early because they had bed bugs. The neighborhood was questionable and we witnessed an intoxicated women threaten staff and throw things around the lobby. The breakfast was good and the staff were kind.

Amenities, the hot tub was dirty and not warm. The sheets in the room had stains. These are the biggest improvements I would ask for.

Staff was good. Hairs on a few items in the bathroom like the clean towels Need a bit more seating in the breakfast area Free breakfast was a nice perk. A bit bland and the feature waffle station was bogged down so maybe need to add another waffle maker in The attendant for breakfast seemed slow to replenish
