Dirty and disgusting! Worst hotel I Stayed in 20 years. Unfriendly Staff, dirty bathroom that hasn‘t been cleaned properly. Just stay away.

First arriving my reservation could not be found. Instead of telling me to have a seat while we look for your reservation that communicated nothing and took care of another customer behind. I ask what was going on she had an attitude and said she couldn't find my reservation and they need to check the emails. After 30 mins of waiting,I call hotels.com and 15 mins later the found reservation. Then the room wasn't available, so they upgraded my room but that room wasn't clean. I had to wait another hour. This is 9pm finally got to room at 11:15. My room was dirty. Hair in shower and sink. Trash full with sanitary napkins and other things. Told the front desk no one seem to care.

It was alright, food was ok definitely not 5 stars not very many options and everything tasted awful. Rooms were clean, property was clean, beach was kind of clean (lots of seaweed). No activities at all nothing to do except eat and go to the beach, very boring

I did not stay at this hotel. I paid for the hotel and even bought a travel insurance policy that stated that I will get a refund in case of any cancellation. Had a medical emergency and contacted Expedia two days before check in date to cancel but Expedia said they are having issues getting to the hotel to process my refund as the hotel policy is that the booking is a non refundable one even after I bought an insurance policy from Expedia. I am still waiting for a response from Expedia
