A large and beautiful hotel surrounded by a giant garden with trees, plants and flowers. The food was varied and good with a good selection both for breakfast and dinner. The rooms are large and nice, but have no coffee/tea facilities. The pools at the hotel could use an upgrade, as the tiles had started to wear in some places. The employees who worked around were always cheerful and pleasant and service minded. A little minus that there were a little too few activities for our son, but in all, a good experience at a hotel with a high standard.

Mooi resort met meerdere zwembaden en restaurants. Ruime keuze bij het buffet en eten was lekker. Zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Gratis parkeren in garage. Op loopafstand van de boulevard met restaurants, supermarkt en winkels. Strand is iets verder maar ook op loopafstand. Mooie ruime en schone kamer, met grote badkamer en klein balkon. Ein Hotel der Spitzenklasse in dem wir uns ausgezeichnet erholen konnten. Geräumige ruhige Zimmer mit großem Bad und begehbarem Schrank, bequemen Betten und großer Terrasse. Das Frühstück und Abendessen lässt keine Wünsche offen. Der Poolbereich ist großzügig und ruhig. Wir haben immer einen Platz gefunden. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Zudem gibt es einen großen kostenlosen Parkplatz. Insgeamt ist das Hotel sehr empfehlenswert.

Strålende hotell med god beliggenhet og deilige bassenger. Svært god frokost, som var inkludert! Ekstra bra service mot barn, med både barneseng, kosedyr osv klart på rommet ved ankomst. Veldig hyggelig personale! Anbefales!

The reception staff were amazing and the property was beautiful with 3 pools to choose from as well as a separate pool for kids and another pool for UNIQUE guests. The resort was beautiful however it is easy to get lost trying to find your room. I wouldn't say this is 5 star by many people's standard though it is more a 4 star. The only let downs were breakfast which was cold with uncooked baked beans, runny scrambled eggs, soggy cold hash browns, croissants from a packet that were dry and tasteless and hard cold eggs Benedict and fried eggs. The only part of breakfast that was hot were the freshly made omelettes. The other key down were the toiletries. They were all in squeeze bottles attached to the wall which is not what I would expect from a 5 star resort. There was no conditioner by the bath so to get the conditioner you walk to get out of the bath and walk over to the shower and squeeze the conditioner as hard as you could as it was almost impossible to get anything out of it and take it back into the bath. The shampoo, conditioner and soap all fixed to the wall were of very poor quality and it left your hair feeling like rope. The other things that were annoying were only two free bottles of water on day one and the fridge is half the depth of a normal one so you have to be careful of what you buy to make sure you will fit it in. The staff everywhere other than reception and Azatea bar were miserable and rude and yes the breakfast staff are militant.

Es war alles wunderbar. Beim Check in gab es ein Glas Cava. Die Zimmer sind sehr geräumig. Auch die kleineren Zimmer haben einen begehbaren Kleiderschrank. Der Service war im großen und ganzen freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Garnelen an der Poolbar sind ein Traum. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber.

Nuestra habitación nunca fue limpiada adecuadamente. El primer día: una habitación no estaba limpia. El segundo día: no cambiaban las toallas. Todos los días: no reponían refrescos. No había café en la habitación. Cuando preguntamos en recepción, nos dijeron que no nos darían café porque no habíamos pagado la suite junior/habitación más grande adicional. Cuando les expliqué que no había té en la habitación y que si podíamos darnos una bolsita, nos dijeron que era demasiado tarde para dárnoslo, a menos que pagáramos 5 €. El personal del desayuno y el personal de mantenimiento han sido encantadores. Kersti y Maria, del personal de recepción, fueron increíblemente serviciales y Yankiel, del área de desayuno, fue increíblemente amable, servicial y agradable. Otros miembros de la recepción fueron increíblemente groseros, especialmente con la solicitud de refrescos. Las tazas no se limpiaron y se dejaron sucias junto a la tetera en la habitación. No repusieron refrescos durante nuestra estancia. Tuvimos que pedir toallas limpias en más de una ocasión.

Fikk halve første dag ødelagt pga maurinvasjon på rommet og måtte bli "bestemt" for å få byttet rom med tilsvarende standard/utsikt. Også utrolig at et oppgradert rom ikke hadde verken kaffe kapselmaskin eller tekoker. Service ved frokost/middag kunne vært bedre. Fantastiske fellesområder!

Struttura molto bella con camere ampie, anche se in zona di mare sembra di essere immersi nel verde di un giardino botanico. Cucina internazionale dove non manca nulla anzi c'è la possibilità di degustare nuovi piatti, non si può pretendere pasta e pizza come nella cucina italiana. Personale cordiale e gentilissimo. Pulizie delle camere e nel complesso della struttura impeccabile.

Hôtel magnifique. Les piscines et les jardins sont exceptionnels. Les chambres sont très grandes, bien équipées (lit king-size, petit salon, grand dressing, coffre-fort, petite terrasse, télé, mini-bar et grande salle de bain). Nous étions en demi-pension, les buffets des petits-déjeuner et des dîners étaient juste exceptionnels tant au niveau de la variété des plats que de leur qualité. L’hôtel est idéalement placé sur l’île. Il y a un Paseo martimo qui assure une grande balade en front de mer avec des hôtels aussi beaux les uns que les autres, quelques boutiques ainsi que des bars et des restaurants. Cette promenade est très agréable et conduit au phare ainsi qu’aux dunes Maspalomas avec une superbe plage. Seul bémol sur l’hôtel, les chambres sont peu isolées et dès 7h du matin il y a du bruit dans les couloirs. Donc pour les adeptes des grasses matinées sachez-le! Et il reste le fameux problème des serviettes sur les transats pris d’assaut dès 8h du matin. Cela ne nous a pas empêché de sortir quelques serviettes pour nous y installer! Sinon tout le personnel est accueillant et très sympathique et l’hôtel est digne de ses 5 étoiles.

Fin arkitektur på selve hotellet. Komfortable og store senger. Internett tilgang var til tider bra, men mye treghet og ustabilitet, men på såpass stort hotell er det mye som skal klaffe for at alt fungerer smertefritt!

The hotel is in need of much investment. The rooms are old fashioned and outdated. It is under resourced in many of the service areas and sadly, nothing resembling a 5 star hotel. Some of the staff are not particularly friendly and as witnessed on several occasions, the guests are treated poorly as "package holiday makers". On one night there was a very powerful storm and the result was that our room got flooded. I managed to mop all the water up that came through the window gaps, using every towel available. I spoke to the reception about this the following morning and the response was "so how many new towels do you want?" Not what I would call customer service! Many further points I could add but time doesn't permit!

The reception staff were amazing and the property was beautiful with 3 pools to choose from as well as a separate pool for kids and another pool for UNIQUE guests. The resort was beautiful however it is easy to get lost trying to find your room. I wouldn't say this is 5 star by many people's standard though it is more a 4 star. The only let downs were breakfast which was cold with uncooked baked beans, runny scrambled eggs, soggy cold hash browns, croissants from a packet that were dry and tasteless and hard cold eggs Benedict and fried eggs. The only part of breakfast that was hot were the freshly made omelettes. The other key down were the toiletries. They were all in squeeze bottles attached to the wall which is not what I would expect from a 5 star resort. There was no conditioner by the bath so to get the conditioner you walk to get out of the bath and walk over to the shower and squeeze the conditioner as hard as you could as it was almost impossible to get anything out of it and take it back into the bath. The shampoo, conditioner and soap all fixed to the wall were of very poor quality and it left your hair feeling like rope. The other things that were annoying were only two free bottles of water on day one and the fridge is half the depth of a normal one so you have to be careful of what you buy to make sure you will fit it in. The staff everywhere other than reception and Azatea bar were miserable and rude and yes the breakfast staff are militant.

Lovely hotel with excellent food and service in the half board buffet. Luxury spacious hotel room with a great selection of pools and extremely clean in all areas of the hotel. Situated by the coastal path to Melanores and Maspalomas The main downside of this beautiful hotel is some of its reception staff. On both check in and check out I found the attitude and support poor for a 5 star hotel and certainly not that you receive in the rest of the hotel. At check in you are given a map of the hotel, which is a resort so on many levels, and told to find your room. Unless of course as I did I requested to be shown and helped with my luggage. On check out, I was given an extension to my room stay free of charge. But on actual checking out the balance of my account had been taken from my credit card deposit without my prior checking the charge and then without offering me the opportunity to pay cash as I wanted to. It took another member of staff to credit my account and accept the cash. There are other instances when my enquiries at reception where met with members of staff stood in a huddle talking and ignoring my presence. Ive stayed at other Lopesan hotels in the area and the reception have always been extremely helpful. I also met another young couple checking out who experienced the check in and check out unhelpful service. If the got this area sorted it would be a 5 star excellent hotel!

All fur coat and no knickers Lopesan hotels we famous on the island for having large grandiose beautiful structures and common areas. It’s true they’re magnificent. But, and this is a big but. The service is truly horrendous. You can tell the staff work in a bitter atmosphere, reception staff (all 10 different people I spoke to) were cold, dismissive, overly casual and gave the impression even basic questions or requests were a waste of time. I usually stay in 5 star hotels on the island 6-7 x a year usually in big suites, so am Accustomed to excellent service. This was unfortunately a terrible experience. Breakfast food on par with 3 star and no change at all in options from one day to the next. Redeeming features: Room was decent sized, if in need of modernisation. Free parking is good. Well located hotel I wouldn’t stay again. Do yourself a favour, pay a tiny bit more and stay at the world class Bohemia Suites & Spa, a boutique 5 star hotel in playa del ingles. Truly the rolls Royce compared to this let down of a hotel. On a last note this hotel is mostly peopled by Germans on package tours, so mostly caters for that demographic.

For my opinion the hotel is very nice. The position is not bad. Not in the center but about 1000 m walking distance. Similar distance to the beach. The pools and the sunbeds are very busy always [summer time] Most of the staff is doing the best but some of them just are there... The breakfast and dinner is ok but in my opinion needs to improve the quality and the variety. There are not many choices for salads and sea food. Some of the foods are cooked again and again in different ways. The room service and the evening preparing rooms needs to be improve. Thank you ❗

I’m not the biggest fan of resort hotels but this place had class. Beautiful design and the staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. Its a wonderfully quiet spot of the promenade but near to all the restaurants.

Hôtel magnifique. Les piscines et les jardins sont exceptionnels. Les chambres sont très grandes, bien équipées (lit king-size, petit salon, grand dressing, coffre-fort, petite terrasse, télé, mini-bar et grande salle de bain). Nous étions en demi-pension, les buffets des petits-déjeuner et des dîners étaient juste exceptionnels tant au niveau de la variété des plats que de leur qualité. L’hôtel est idéalement placé sur l’île. Il y a un Paseo martimo qui assure une grande balade en front de mer avec des hôtels aussi beaux les uns que les autres, quelques boutiques ainsi que des bars et des restaurants. Cette promenade est très agréable et conduit au phare ainsi qu’aux dunes Maspalomas avec une superbe plage. Seul bémol sur l’hôtel, les chambres sont peu isolées et dès 7h du matin il y a du bruit dans les couloirs. Donc pour les adeptes des grasses matinées sachez-le! Et il reste le fameux problème des serviettes sur les transats pris d’assaut dès 8h du matin. Cela ne nous a pas empêché de sortir quelques serviettes pour nous y installer! Sinon tout le personnel est accueillant et très sympathique et l’hôtel est digne de ses 5 étoiles.

Imponerende arkitektur med god beliggenhet. Men svært mye støy som skyldes dårlig lydisolering. Ingen vann på rommene bortsett etter første natten, det måtte vi kjøpe i byen og slepe med oss til fots eller i de lokale taxiene (merk at det ikke fins Uber eller Bolt på øya). WiFi var meget svakt. Mange av de som jobbet på hotellet virket overarbeidet og derfor ikke veldig serviceorienterte. En annen ting å merke seg er at man ikke har mulighet til å bestille kaffe under middagsbuffeten. Så ingen kaffe til desserten. Men flott beliggenhet.

Fine if you get a cheap deal but not a 5 star- food for breakfast cold every morning, no matter what time you arrived for breakfast Special request made and agreed upon prior to travel on health grounds not honoured. Chairs on balcony very uncomfortable and sun chairs not too much better. However, excellent location near sea front. Some of the staff couldn’t be more helpful but customer services not unfortunately. Room is big and spacious but would really benefit from a proper fridge in the room.

We stayed here for a week. The Resort has a very limited vegetarian options. If you are a veg don’t pay for half board you rather try the food outside. Everything there has fish in it even salads so got to be careful with the food. Their daily shows are ok, Massages at Spa is complete waste of money. If you would expect to apply authentic oils and massage then this is not for you, we had lot of expectations but we were totally disappointed. The ocean views are great. I would rather suggest to use their Thelasso experience to use Spa facilities.

The reception staff were amazing and the property was beautiful with 3 pools to choose from as well as a separate pool for kids and another pool for UNIQUE guests. The resort was beautiful however it is easy to get lost trying to find your room. I wouldn't say this is 5 star by many people's standard though it is more a 4 star. The only let downs were breakfast which was cold with uncooked baked beans, runny scrambled eggs, soggy cold hash browns, croissants from a packet that were dry and tasteless and hard cold eggs Benedict and fried eggs. The only part of breakfast that was hot were the freshly made omelettes. The other key down were the toiletries. They were all in squeeze bottles attached to the wall which is not what I would expect from a 5 star resort. There was no conditioner by the bath so to get the conditioner you walk to get out of the bath and walk over to the shower and squeeze the conditioner as hard as you could as it was almost impossible to get anything out of it and take it back into the bath. The shampoo, conditioner and soap all fixed to the wall were of very poor quality and it left your hair feeling like rope. The other things that were annoying were only two free bottles of water on day one and the fridge is half the depth of a normal one so you have to be careful of what you buy to make sure you will fit it in. The staff everywhere other than reception and Azatea bar were miserable and rude and yes the breakfast staff are militant.

As a whole the place was amazing! Staff were helpful n friendly, activities for children and a very beautiful place all round. The only thing I'd say was the dinner wasn't nice at all, breakfast was great and food by the pool restaurant at lunch was very nice but the dinner was very disappointing. I'd definitely recommend people/families to come to this resort as we really had a great time, close to Aqualand and other attractions. Location was perfect. I'd like to thank the staff that helped us along the way and Kim at the reception desk. Will definitely be back!!! Gracias!!

The hotel was well located but not good value for money. It was expensive a d the room was small. The roof terrace was nice but drinks were very expensive and service slow. We had one drink and left 17 euros for drinks I paid less than 10 for in nice wine bars in the local area

Aircon was silent which was good however you could not get lower than 22. Staff and facilities were very good with great space and quiet. Pools were very good as was breakfast. A thinner pillow would have been nice . Overall very nice and would definitely rebook

An expected unique experience was not so unique after all. This is not really a family hotel. Children are not free to roam the resort. The information provided on hotels.com does not match the reality. Especially heated pools and the quiet pool, which is perfect for children’s swimming practice, but unfortunately they are not allowed to splash whilst they crawl and speaking is not allowed, but never mind adults they may do as they please. A lot of charter tourists. The Lopesan Costa Meloneras further down the street is more value for money. This is a 22 year old property that needs renovation. The food lacks variety and could be better organised. The only upside was the unique snack and drinks section, Carlos at the reception who really likes his job and the housekeeping staff.
