Parking for hire cars was very convenient, right outside the hotel and free. The food was nice for a buffet and soft drinks and wine/beer is included during evening meals for half board. Enough sun loungers for everyone but the pool wasn’t heated so too cold in February. Downside was the road was quite noisy on the balcony and the hotels are very close together.

We spent a week at Waikiki just after Easter. The hotel is well located close to bars and restaurants only a short walk away. The hotel has a fairly big capacity but this can really only be felt at breakfast time when the restaurant tends to get busy. The breakfast was very repetitive after a few days but it was possible to find something. We booked a double room which came with 2 single beds pushed together= not a double bed which was very annoying, however the room was clean with fresh towels daily. We were surprised that a 4 star hotel does not have a fridge or even kettle in the room. Whilst the hotel is very family orientated and the animation team great, the 18+ areas were full of children which was not monitored at all. The little gym equipment there was was used by children with no space for adults, the jacuzzi had more children in it than adults which got irritating at times. Overall an okay stay.

Die gesamte Anlage macht Spaß zu entdecken. Vom Kinderpool über den Spielplatz, am mogentlichen Yogaplatz zum Erwachsenen Bereich. Mehrere Billard Tische und Kinder-Disco. Wir nahmen auch den 8 Minuten Fußweg zum Strand in Kauf. Wurden aber nicht enttäuscht. Das Personal ist sehr Freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Zimmer wurde jeden Tag durch den Roomservice gereinigt. Das reichhaltige und abwechslungsreiche Abendbuffet wurde nicht langweilig und konnte den Gaumen befriedigen. Die wechselnden Themen-Abend Gerichte konnten auch überzeugen. Mal Chinesisch, Paella, Tappas, Sushi, Schwein vom Grill. Die Kinderunterhaltung in Form von Disco, Basteln, Fußball, Tennis, Wasserball stand immer zur Verfügung.

Servatur Waikiki är ett all-inclusive hotell i Playa del Ingles med ett utmärkt läge. Nära två centra; Kashba och Yumbo. Bra service med gratisbuss till stranden. Många olika aktiviteter för olika åldrar; den dominerande gruppen är pensionärer. Maten omväxlande, men efter en vecka känns den som förutsägbar. Bra med ett adult only område med 18 år som åldersgräns. Negativt, i mitt tycke, är musiken - alltför högljudd och modern med ”dunka-dunka”! Skulle ha uppskattat Abba, Elvis, country - alltså musik anpassad till åldersgruppen istället för vald av någon ungdom.

Habitación con pelos,en el baño tenía una pinza del pelo tirada en el suelo supongo del huésped anterior,plato de ducha muy sucio,cama muy blanda para mi gusto,pintura de habitación y mobiliario bastante abandonado para ser un 4 estrellas le falta bastante en mantenimiento ya que para los turistas si que tienen cantantes en directo y bastantes cosas para entretener pero para alguien que quiere un hotel 4 estrellas par descansar ese es el mismo que uno de 2 estrellas

Helt ok. Väldigt slitet hotell. Handdukar luktar illa, både på rum och pool. Rummen extremt små. Ligger bra med närhet till stranden och restauranger. Dock många suspekta klubbar i området och nedstängda centrum efter pandemin.

Das Hotel hat 4*. Nicht alles ist 4*. Die Speiseauswahl war sehr gut auch die Getränke und das sehr nette Personal war absolut 4* tauglich. Negativ ist, dass es keine Pflegeprodukte im Zimmer hat, ausser Seife. Auch ein Wasserkocher wäre wünschenswert. Das Zimmer wurde täglich gereinigt und war sehr sauber. Die Busstation ist sehr nah und auch Taxis sind jederzeit verfügbar.

Das Hotel hat 4*. Nicht alles ist 4*. Die Speiseauswahl war sehr gut auch die Getränke und das sehr nette Personal war absolut 4* tauglich. Franchement, j'ai passé un bon séjour. Chambres propres, personnel sympathique et très serviable, animations superbes, très bonne ambiance. Au niveau de la restauration, les plats sont variés plusieurs types de viande proposée tous les jours. Le seul point négatif et qui est dommage c'est que lorsque je me servir de leur jus de pomme depuis leur fontaine il y a un cafard qui est tombé dans mon verre. Je l'ai signalé à la serveuse elle était gênée je m'en suis plus servie jusqu'à la fin de mon séjour.....

Great hotel, rooms very clean and comfortable beds. Staff were excellent, breakfast was very tasty and loads of choice. Plenty of sun beds and facilities in the hotel are very good. Really enjoyed our stay. We were in block E and the only negatives were that the air conditioning wasn’t great so we had to leave the balcony door open but there was a lot of road noise from a busy road at the back of the hotel. Overall we had a lovely holiday and would have no problem booking again.

What I noticed from the first moment is the impeccable cleanliness, very friendly staff. The hotel needs a renovation and I mean the rooms and the furniture in a deplorable state. The room is a 3 star, not a 4 star but the bed with excellent mattresses made up for it - I had a perfect sleep. The food is again a strong point - very varied, tasty and above all fresh. I liked that the grill and the fresh salads. Cakes and desserts a major plus, very appetising and prepared in the hotel kitchen. Delicious cocktails. Few seats available in the evening for the entertainment program. Minidisco for kids - the same program in every evening - nothing special. Very clean and nice pools with warm water. Overall, the hotel is a nice place to spent a week or two, especially for the food and pools. I will probably return.

Hotellet var generelt godt, dog var sengene ikke ret gode - der var ikke dobbeltsenge på værelserne, men to enkelt senge som var rykket sammen og som konstant skilte dig ad, som være gældende på alle værelserne.

I was disappointed with the air conditioning. It was insufficient cooling for the persistent heat and humidity. It was hard to get to sleep and I woke every day in soaking sweaty sheets. It was the only let down in an otherwise amazing holiday.

Ganska genomsnittligt hotell, men likt mycket i Playa Del Ingles är det lite slitet och föråldrat. Bra med gansks stort poolområde och många solsängar. I vuxenområdet är det relativt lugnt men man hör mycket av trafiken. Vi hadde Superior rum på högsta våningen, men det var ett väldigt basic rum, obekväma plaststolar och sliten interiör.

Lo mejor que tiene este hotel es el personal que es excepcional. La animación con Coleen y Betty es impresionante. Si energía positiva es muy contagiosa. La comida es buenísima y cuando algo se estropea, se arregla en horas( en nuestro caso fue el aire acondicionado)

Entirely satisfied with our stay at Servatur Waikiki. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is very organised. The only thing I could say is that some of the communal areas could do with a bit of a make over but that did not affect our stay in any shale or form

The all-inclusive service, room and location made this a very enjoyable and relaxing stay. There was a wide selection of food options for breakfast, lunch and dinner, bus stops for the beach and airport are almost right outside. Staff were helpful, double room was spacious and balcony caught the sun in the afternoon and was a comfortable spot to relax in. Highly recommended.

Bra med ett adult only område med 18 år som åldersgräns. Negativt, i mitt tycke, är musiken - alltför högljudd och modern med ”dunka-dunka”! Skulle ha uppskattat Abba, Elvis, country - alltså musik anpassad till åldersgruppen istället för vald av någon ungdom.

Overall a good stay for the price. We stayed for just over a week and found the staff exceptionally polite and helpful. It is in a great location with the beach being a 10 minute walk and the main shopping centre a 10 minute walk also. The food options while good quality can be a little repetitive by the time you’ve been there for a week. The room was exceptionally clean and we had a great view from our balcony. The only thing with the room was the air conditioning could have been better, it struggled to get the room down to a comfortable temperature. Overall a good stay, this was our second visit to the Waikiki and was as good as our first.

Prisvärt hotell. Bra kvalitet på rummet och helt ok säng. Maten på all-inclusive var riktigt bra, bra variation och kvalitet. Dock väldigt hög ljudvolym i matsalen. Drinkarna som ingick var tämligen värdelösa. Smakade bara saft och innehöll inget starkt. Utbudet av drinkar att välja på var dåligt och de flesta fick man köpa. Dåligt!

Staff were excellent and the food was varied and tasty (esp breakfast) - the Bar is plentiful and self serve beer, wine, soft drinks and coffee is good. Room was clean, and the cleaning teams did a good job. overall the hotel is a little tired and dated, with some peeling paint and rough around the edges. I would recommend this as a good budget holiday hotel.

Das Zimmer war in Ordnung. Die Dusche war die beste in unserem ganzen Urlaub. Aber wir hatten leider All-Inclusive gebucht, weil ich die Sorge hatte, über Weihnachten vor geschlossenen oder ausgebuchten Restaurants zu stehen. Leider war das Buffet ziemlich schlecht -- überkochte Pasta, verwässerte Bolognese. Abends ginge es, wenn man sehr selektiv vorging, aber auch da war das Crowd Management ein reines Gewusel. Wein in Selbstbedienung war dünne Plärre. Das Gala-Essen am Abend des ersten Weihnachtsfeiertags hat sich deutlich zum positiven abgehoben (wenn sie das nötige Geld investieren, dann KÖNNEN sie doch!), und so habe ich einen Stern mehr in der Bewertung gegeben als sonst. Ich wollte eigentlich sowas wie Kreuzfahrtgefühl auf dem Land, mit Wohfühl und Umsorgtsein, aber es war eher wie billiger Pauschalurlaub mit Kantinenessen. Und viele Restaurants hatten am Heiligabend sowie am Weihnachtstag selbst auf -- da hätte ich mein Geld besser dort hingebracht, wo Konkurrenz herrscht, statt gefangen zu sein in dem Pauschal-Restaurant.

The hotel is clean and well maintained. The pool has plenty of sunbeds and even a little hot tub. There is also a little shop were you buy drinks if needed. The bar drinks prices are very reasonable. And there was a free water fountain which saves you buying bottle after bottle. The food was much better than the usual hotel buffet. They had theme nights with tacos, a chocolate fountain and ice cream. Also close to a supermarket and a cafe if needed and a 10, 15 minute walk to the Yumbo Centre. If that's not your bag they also have entertainment every evening such as bingo or a singer. One improvement I would make is having a mini fridge in the rooms, but such a minor issue for such a nice hotel. Would definitely stay again.
