Der Lift lässt zu wünschen übrig und Bedarf einer Renovation. Extras hat es im Hotel nicht und Parkplatz gibt es für 10 Euro pro Tag an der Plaza España unten, was nicht weit ist. Ein praktisches Hotel, wenn man es nur zum übernachten braucht, empfehlenswert.

The hotel was exceptionally clean and the decor very good. The location was excellent overlooking the park. The area looked even better with the Christmas lights. We loved everything about the hotel apart from there not being a kettle and tea and coffee in our room. I really do think for the price we paid for the room, (which wasn't cheap for bed & breakfast) that we should have been provided with these facilities.

Dans la chambre on entend tout ce qu’il se passe dans l’hôtel et même à l’extérieur. Le petit-déjeuner n’était pas bon du tout. J’ai pris une assiette d’oeuf brouillé avec saucisse et bacon et la saucisse était à peine cuite (limite crue)… Je ne recommande pas

Las habitaciones están muy mal aisladas. Se oye a los demás huéspedes hablar por los pasillos como si estuvieran al lado, cerrar y abrir puertas, etc. Escuché perfectamente conversaciones de otras personas. Aislamiento muy deficiente para descansar y para mantener la privacidad.

Nice price, Quick check-in and very courteous Front desk officer - at my request, changed my room to one with Park view without fuss. Comfortable bed and quality bathroom. I will definitely stay here again.

Sehr zentral - zum Busbahnhof 1,2 km, zum Cruise Terminal 1,5 km - fussläufig sehr gut zu erreichen. Innenstadt direkt vor der Tür. Personal sehr sehr freundlich. Zimmer sehr klein und extremst hellhörig/ man hört alles aus den Nebenzimmern (selbst Musik/Fernseher), über einem und ganz schlimm alles vom Gang. Ohne Ohrstöpsel kaum zu ertragen.

Sehr zentral - zum Busbahnhof 1,2 km, zum Cruise Terminal 1,5 km - fussläufig sehr gut zu erreichen. Innenstadt direkt vor der Tür. Personal sehr sehr freundlich. Zimmer sehr klein und extremst hellhörig/ man hört alles aus den Nebenzimmern (selbst Musik/Fernseher), über einem und ganz schlimm alles vom Gang. Ohne Ohrstöpsel kaum zu ertragen.

The hotel is in a fabulous location in Santa Cruz - facing the lovely central square with shaded trees surrounded by many restaurants, shops, musuems etc. Its dining room on the 1st floor provides great views while having breakfast or dinner. Our room was spacious and comfortable. The bathroom was also large with very good facilities and complimentary soaps, shampoo etc. The bed was very comfortable and the large TV had many channels. Staff were very efficient and their service was excellent.

Läget av hotellet är perfekt för att upptäcka Santa Cruz, det mesta går att nå till fots. Om man får ett rum på de övre våningarna mot parken ser man solen går upp över havet och man ser båtarna komma in till hamnen. Många bra restauranger i närheten.

Our room was spacious and comfortable. The bathroom was also large with very good facilities and complimentary soaps, shampoo etc. The bed was very comfortable and the large TV had many channels. Staff were very efficient and their service was excellent.

Staff were courteous and polite however for a premium room I felt the decor was below standard and dated. The breakfast wasnt worth the money, hot dogs, overcooked bacon, dry scrambled eggs, no fried eggs and no beans. Also the wifi was non existent. We ordered a taxi fir the airport yet had to walk with luggage to the nearest taxi rank which was 10 minutes away

Room cleaned. Great value! Unfortunately i left a cellphone charger and plug in converter. I was trying to call them. But they did not answered the phone. I couldn't reach out to the hotel. Please let me know how i can contant them to find my charger and converter if possible.

The hotel was exceptionally clean and the decor very good. The location was excellent overlooking the park. The area looked even better with the Christmas lights. We loved everything about the hotel apart from there not being a kettle and tea and coffee in our room. I really do think for the price we paid for the room, (which wasn't cheap for bed & breakfast) that we should have been provided with these facilities.
