No nos ha gustado que el aire acondicionado hace muchísimo ruido. Imposible descansar bien. Tampoco nos ha gustado el horario de apertura de la piscina y el bar de la piscina. Cierra excesivamente temprano, a las 20:00 y a las 19:00 respectivamente, en pleno agosto... El bar del hotel cierra a las 23:00, creo que también cierra demasiado pronto. Si nos ha gustado la comida, el servicio y el personal, muy amable y cercano. Las instalación son preciosas.

Great stay. Centrally located, and across the street from a beautiful park. Rooftop fitness centre was beautiful as well. Pool was closed during our stay which was disappointing, but understandable. My only complaint is that the beds were miserably uncomfortable and they are a bit stingy with the pillows (but were happy to provide more upon request). Overall a lovely hotel that I would stay at again.

Unfortunately the photos of the room we ordered did not match the reality. There are different types of the “garden view” room, and the ones you see on the pictures are just 2 out of 8. The rooms are quite dated. We had to change our room because the aircon broke down. The breakfast was very mediocre. The only outstanding facility is the pool and the gym on the roof top. It is amazing.

Very nice, small cozy city hotel in a nice district with many restaurants in the area overlooking a beautiful park. Beautiful roof top terrace and pool. Gym is small but works well. The garage is not practical since it is very small and difficult to maneuver in, especially if you have a larger car. Staff is helpful and rooms are OK.

Freundlicher Empfang. Tolle eingerichtete Eingangshalle. Bequeme Betten. Sehr sauber. Standard Zimmer mit wenig Tageslicht. Aber wegen Lage zum Innenhof sehr ruhig. Offener Kleiderschrank. Fußweg zum Zentrum problemlos möglich. Schöner Park direkt nebenan. Leider hatte der Pool wegen Bauarbeiten geschlossen. Abendessen: einmal top, andermal durchschnittlich. Frühstück hätten wir nicht.

Your first impression of a new local can colour your entire visit. When no shuttle arrives that can be disappointing, when the bathroom isn’t clean even greater grief and when the management doesn’t seem to care or empathize sometimes you just can’t get away fast enough. Such is a case with this accommodations which seems to forget whom their customer is.

Hotel nel complesso ben gestito e consigliabile ma su alcuni aspetti lascia perplessi per la mancanza di manutenzione, ad esempio il corridoio del piano aveva la moquette usurata e molto sporca. Le camere sono spaziose, arredamento essenziale. Il bagno grande con una doccia molto comoda ed esteticamente bella, la rubinetteria mostra i segni del tempo. Apprezzati i dispenser dei prodotti nella doccia e le dotazioni di cortesia. Frigobar presente ma vuoto (1 bottiglia di acqua in omaggio). Ottimo Ristorante interno. Giudizio positivo sulla colazione. Ampia varietà di prodotti dolci e salati (caldi e freddi). Macchina per fare la spremuta sul momento. Buffet ben organizzato ed esteticamente curato. Personale molto gentile ed efficiente.

Ampia varietà di prodotti dolci e salati (caldi e freddi). Macchina per fare la spremuta sul momento. Favo di miele. Buffet ben organizzato ed esteticamente curato. The room was noisy due to the bins being emptied late at night - we asked to be moved and we were only moved one floor up in the same position so still had the noise from the bins. The waiting staff in the bar where not very good either - they did not seem to understand what was being asked of them.

L'hôtel est conforme à sa catégorie concernant les équipements et le confort. La localisation est idéale. La chambre avec vue sur le parc était spacieuse et bien insonorisée. Les équipements sur le toit terrasse sont tres bien. Le seul bémol est l'organisation du petit déjeuner avec des temps d'attente pouvant aller jusqu'à 20mn. Pas acceptable pour un 4 étoiles.

Das Hotel liegt ruhig an einem Park, ist gut mit dem Bus erreichbar. Auf der Dachterasse findet man ein Fitness-Studio, einen Sonnenbereich und einen Whirlpool. Alles sehr schön. Unser Zimmer war sehr groß, dafür hatte es ein Fenster zu einem Schacht - also kaum Frischluft und Tageslicht. Wäre länger als 2 Nächte auch nicht auszuhalten gewesen. Diese Tatsache wurde nirgends erwähnt.

This was a very nice hotel. Our room was beautiful and clean exactly what we expected except maybe a little bit small. We had dinner in the area. It was great we just walked. We walked to the green space in the morning that it’s right next to super beautiful and more delicious lunch there Italian place near there was wonderful.

The only issues I had were that there was a malfunctioning toilet flush, which meant I had to turn it off manually. Also the room was humid pand the air-conditioning did not seem to work. But opening the window helped a lot.

Property was difficult to find, set back off the street and not well marked. I chose this hotel because it advertised parking. I had to park in a taxi stand and run in to ask only to be told sorry our parking is full, good luck finding something on the street. After 45 mins of driving around and 25 mins of walking and dragging my bag to the hotel (pregnant by the way), there was no care given by the front desk for my troubles. Just a shrug of the shoulder. I ate dinner in the Cayote restaurant. I would not eat there again but will leave that review separate. Room was average, pillows need replacing. The park just in front of the hotel was beautiful. Overall would not choose to stay here again because all of the inconveniences mentioned above and indifferent and unhelpful attitude from the front desk.

The hotel is well maintained and we enjoyed our room with a view of the beautiful park. It’s also in a great position close to the city centre and the park. However it’s a bit of a maze with the way rooms are laid out. The pool area on the roof is also a lovely spot. The junior reception staff were lovely however the supervisor was very unfriendly and unhelpful. On our first visit for one night our room was not ready and also the air con didn’t work very well. As it was warm outside this was uncomfortable. We enjoyed a lovely breakfast. On our second visit things unraveled a little. There was a distinct aroma of pot being smoked in certain areas. In addition the hot breakfast of scrambled eggs bacon etc was stone cold both times. The most annoying aspect was the charge for pool towels. You had to pay a 10 euro cash deposit per towel…not allowed to put it on card. Having wasted time at reception to get towels and paid the cash they advised they had run out and we had to wait while they got some more. Totally unacceptable. In summary unfortunately the issues with the towels, breakfast, surly supervisor and air con would mean that we would not stay here again.

El baño no tiene toalleras para toallas de baño; no tiene jabonera; el cabezal de encima no funciona correctamente. Había mucho ruído durante la noche y muy muy temprano por el día. El sábado el servicio de limpieza llegó a nuestra puerta a las 09.30 de la mañana quejándose que no teníamos un cartel fuera de la puerta para decir si queríamos la habitación limpia. A las 09.30 en un sábado!

The staff was really helpful and the hotel itself was nice. We had an issue with our room and they upgraded us to a nicer room. The breakfast buffet was normal for a hotel soggy bacon and sloppy scrambled eggs. I would stay away from their onsite restaurant Cayote. First they didn't have an basic item on the menu, then they screwed up the order and forgot to bring cutlery. It was not a very good experience.

Excellent location, very friendly and welcoming staff. Parking was not easy to find on the street, or book with the hotel. They have a few places in their own car park. We used the underground car park just down the road. €12/day but easy to find and there was always a place. Lots of restaurants and bars nearby.

This was a very nice hotel. Our room was beautiful and clean exactly what we expected except maybe a little bit small. We had dinner in the area. It was great we just walked. Nettes Hotel mit ordentlichen Zimmern. Hervorragendes Restaurant "Cayote" befindet sich auf der Rückseite vom Hotel - Wirklich sehr, sehr gut! Das Essen direkt im Hotel ist eher mittelmäßig.
