The hotel desperately needs to be updated, many areas in the rooms are stained and dingy. The surfaces were clean and the beds were decent. The staff was very friendly and helpful when my key card kept getting demagnetized. Very limited and outdated workout equipment - the treadmill did not work.

The bed was comfortable and clean. The shower worked well, the water heated up quickly. The building looked old, as if it is nearing its end of life. The elevator flooring was in need of repair. (I am a lifelong construction worker, so I tend to be overcritical.) The motel was in Paris, and we needed a room in Paris, so it fit the requirement. I wouldn't intentionally stay there the next time I'm in Paris.

I was quite disappointed this time staying here. We stayed at Comfort Inn in Paris Tx in 2023, visiting for a Women's Conference, and loved it. That's why I insisted on staying at this hotel again for the same Women's Conference in 2024 First off i will say the room was comfortable, and clean. The Breakfast was good, and the staff was friendly, but This time BOTH of their Ice machines, on 1st and 3rd floors were down, NO ICE. Then at breakfast, the waffle machine was "out of order". I know sometimes things break, I get that, but when their 2 ice machines, are both out at the same time, and a waffle maker, that is easily enough replaced, is not working, all at the same time, it appears the hotel is declining from what it was.

I was initially concerned about the smell of the room and stains on the carpet when we arrived but the manager Carman came up to the room and assured us that they document everything after each visit and she would make note of it. Also room was near elevator but room was as quiet as could be. Carmen brought me a fork so I could eat my dinner which was very kind and good customer service. The pool wasn’t working but manager said we could use pool at other properties next door. She explained Expedia didn’t update the pool closure. The gym treadmill wasn’t working but I find that common in hotels. Breakfast was very good.

Enjoyed our stay we celebrated my cousin’s birthday with them turning 59 & 49 we was so loud but no complaints. We were so happy for that. It’s was very quiet and peaceful beside us for about 4hrs I didn’t think it was a soul but is in the hotel. The lady that checked me in was so sweet patient and she worked with me very professionally and she kept a smile of her face the whole time and was very nice greeting us every single time she seen up. I booked two connected rooms thru a third party and I added another person on it and the app pick one room in my name and the other in my cousins we go it figured out. Breakfast the next morning was fresh hot and good. The employee made sure everything that was used and out of place was cleaned and organized. Only thing I suggested is the hotel get all the outside back and side doors key card fixed immediately cause they do not work you would have to go all the way to the front entrance or wait to someone pass by to open the doors for you if you park at the back or on the sides of the hotel. But other than that great stay. Thank you kindly

There was NO housekeeping after we checked in. We were there 4 nights and wet, dirty towels were no replaced, nor was toilet paper or tissues and waste baskets were not emptied. We asked each day and brought up our own towels, tp and emptied our own trash cans. Never had bath soap, hand soap, shampoo or conditioner. Not a healthy situation

The hotel was similar to others. We checked in and went to the room. When we opened the door, the room was dirty and sheets off the bed. We had to go back down to the lobby for a second room. The second room was nice and very clean.

Generally good stay. Breakfast was generous but average quality. We stayed two nights and our room was not made up during the day, possibly because of so much business during the eclipse, but we also had to pay a king's ransom for those dates.

It is, indeed, a two star establishment. There doors and hallways are loud (materials used are the cause). The room has a certain dankness common to such businesses. I’ve become a snob with age and salary, so properly should look into 3 star or more establishments. Im that regard, this is a perfectly lovely place for what you pay and should expect.

this hotel is hidden among other hotels. must drive thru other hotel entrance to get to it. lots of highway noise and thin walls. although it was clean and comfortable as hotels go.

Super clean, even with traffic of construction worker guest with muddy boots traveling in and out the place was kept spotless., breakfast was on point , The staff was present , with great attention to detail , the service was impeccable, great attitude's.!!!
