Stayed 4 nights

Kitchenette has very basic utensils and dishes in the dishwasher. I didn’t use these. The room was very clean. I felt comfortable walking barefoot in the room. I had minimal interaction with the staff as I came and went via the stairs and the back door. My only concern was that upon check in, I was given no information regarding the surrounding area or amenities. I asked about restaurants and stores and the person at the desk couldn’t give me any local information. Also, the front doors are not ADA compliant. They are lock release by your room key and do not offer an automatic button. Making getting through with bags, suitcases etc very difficult, nvm if you’re in a wheelchair or otherwise compromised physically. No black out curtains on the windows means you are kept awake by the outside light. Mostly this is sufficient for workers getting up by sunrise, but not all of us awaken that early. The doors are very heavy and slam if not held while closing, waking up anyone sleeping past 5am. Great place to stay if you are a construction worker. I did feel safe and it was clean and close to stores & restaurants that I had to find on my own. They allow pets, which is great. Few frills but overall, a good place to stay.

Hotel was clean and beds were comfortable. But the floors are wood which makes all sounds incredibly loud. The worst part though was there are no curtains and the streetlights shine right through the window. The wood blinds barely block out the light so the room never got dark. Please add curtains to your rooms.

My stay at Extended Stay America Premier Suites - Reno - Sparks was unfortunately very disappointing. The noise level throughout the night was extremely disruptive, and the walls seemed very thin, making it difficult to get any rest. The bed was also very uncomfortable. The worst part of the experience happened around 4:30 AM when I was woken up by someone entering the building yelling and screaming while staff threatened to call the police. It created an unsafe and stressful environment and completely ruined the night’s sleep. Overall, the stay was far below expectations, and I would not choose to stay here again.

Stayed 2 nights

Our Room was great. Super clean. The problem we encountered was the fact that there was never anyone at the front desk. We waited about 15 minutes before I called the property and they instructed me on how to check myself in at the kiosk at the front door. Not to mention the front lobby was dirty with stuff all over the floor. The 2nd morning my husband went down to get coffee and there was no cups so he went to the front desk and low and behold nobody was there again. When someone finally did show up he asked for some coffee cups, the person gave him attitude acting like he was asking too much, and handed him 5 cups to leave by the coffee maker. We have stayed here before and loved it. Not sure we'll be back again after this trip.
