This brand new hotel was great a great place to stay. The rooms were clean, staff was friendly, and the surrounding area felt very safe. Unfortunately, there is not a pool or hot tub and the kitchen was not fully equipped. We had to purchase pans to cook or buy them from the front desk. Overall I would stay here again and again.

It’s basically a motel 6, except the rooms have kitchens in them. No pool. Appeared to be a fair amount of semi-permanent residents. Watch out for the dog poo if you step off the sidewalk.

He didn’t know anything about the in room phones. “I didn’t install them” was his response when asked a simple question. No coffee in the rooms, and the single fancy automated machine in the lobby was out of service, as was the drink vending machine. Spartan room decor. This hotel chain is an interesting concept, but the reality was disappointing.

Not your average hotel experience. These are more like a sparsely furnished apartment. No friendly staff checking you in, simply an automated kiosk. In a new "millennial grey" neighborhood with no soul. Just clean, new construction next to a highway. Thin blanket on the bed but temp contols worked well. Limited amenities (no conditioner or lotion). Cute little push button coffee machine in the lobby even made a moccachino but no coffee in the rooms.

Clean top to bottom! and friendly staff! Only negatives - noise from freeway and absolutely no frills - no shampoo/conditioner/hair dryer/pot/pan or large bowl. Not sure why you have a kitchen with zero supplies?? All that said we would stay again just need to make sure we bring everything we might need.

The room was pretty nice. Everything is still so new, that the room smelled like new furniture. The bed was very comfortable. There were just odd quirks about the room. There were blinds but no curtains, so the street lights and the sun shined through. Rokus do not connect to the wifi, but the TVs do have Google Cast. There were no cooking supplies in the kitchen area, just a single towel. The dishes that were in the dishwasher had dried food on them. There was small hairs all over the bathtub. While the walls were pretty sound proof, the door was not. Every time some one else is opening their door, it sounded like they were opening yours. You can hear everything from the hallways. Not great if you have kids that are trying to sleep or if you are an axious traveler. Between the street lights shining through the window all night, and what sounded like people opening you door late at night and warly morning, it was a challenging to sleep. Not sure I'd stay again.

The room that was assigned to me was not in the best shape. I’ve enjoyed previous stays at this location, never had a problem what so ever. Unfortunately, last nights stay was wasn’t the same. The floors, counter top and bathtub were dirty. Arriving I noticed the floors so I took it upon myself to ask the front desk for a mop and explained my concern. I was giving a mop and a bucket, which I didn’t mind mopping myself. Then I noticed the tub, I understand this location supplies stays for blue collar works but house keepers should do a bit better.

The room was adequate but the walls are THIN. Snoring neighbors, slamming doors, you can hear everything. The “comforter” is reminiscent of what you’d get at a summer camp. You likely never interact with staff, which is neither a positive or negative. I wouldn’t recommend staying here unless you have a car because the ride share folks have a hard time finding it (I don’t even think it appears on maps yet). There’s nothing nearby that’s walking distance either.

Properties very nice overall friendly staff clean only complaints. I have that the doors are so heavy when people go in and out of them they slam so hard that it wakes you up through the night windows could use better covering to block out the light. Other than that nice place to stay.

Set up for extended stay; roomy, full size frig, laundry basket, etc. Loved that there was no carpet, didn't like the lack of blackout curtains. There was only a blind that let in a lot of light.

This place was very loud. We could hear the people upstairs several times at night stomping around. It also didn’t have any dishes to cook with and provided only two spoons and no forks or knives. Not very clean either

Check in with was quick and easy. Don’t believe breakfast is included and there were quite a few of broken things in our room. No hot water in the shower, vanity broken, a broken door. Overall, it was okay and did what we needed but I don’t know if I’d recommend it to anyone.

The check in is a giant pain. You have to scan the barcode of your license to get in with a kiosk. I certainly didn’t like it - especially when there was a person sitting at the counter just inside the door.

I liked that the rooms were new and clean but they lacked a lot of basic things you would normally hope to find in a hotel room....missing things like shampoo & conditioner, a blow dryer, a full-length mirror, iron & ironing board, tissues. Since the floors in the room are not carpeted you can hear people above you walking around all times of the day and night!! Also, there was a freeway outside our window which also added a lot of noise. Bring a white noise machine of some kind with you if you are a light sleeper.

Brand new hotel. The room was clean, and everything was fully functional. The mattress was incredibly comfortable (we like a firm mattress). The surrounding area is under construction so food options are not within walking distance. Starbucks is under construction across the parking lot. Staff was very friendly during check-in. Plates, glasses and eating utensils (for 2) are included. Other kitchen items are available for purchase. We didn’t need anything so i never asked.
