Nice property, and not too busy. In almost all of my interactions, the staff were excellent. Be forewarned that they charge $7 per day to park in their mostly empty parking lot, a practice that is not consistent with other hotels outside of downtown SLC.

This is quite possibly the worst hotel stay I’ve ever had. The whole hotel smells like dog food, there are urine stains on the carpet, even a drawer made my clothes smell like cat urine. Leading us to to believe someone had made a cat bed in the drawer and it urinated. The bathroom door appeared to have feces on it and the bottom of the door had clearly been clawed by a dog trying to escape. A pet friendly hotel in one thing, a hotel overrun by pets is another. The walls and ceiling are paper thin, you can hear the tiniest noise. The indoor pool and spa was closed our entire stay which was not noted on the website, nor were we informed at check in when the receptionist decided to take a phone call and all but shoo us away. The only good thing I can say is the bed was comfortable. Also, a $100 security deposit for any amount of nights is insane for the area. Please stay as far away from this hotel as possible.

We came here to ski and the location and price were great. There is a hot tub and a fire pit on site that’s perfect after a long day of skiing. Housekeeping is only every third day, but they only replaced the towels and emptied the trash, and didn’t do much else. Parking costs $7 a day - it was a bit of a surprise considering the hotel is not in a city. Overall, I would stay here again.

All we can say is WOW. We were absolutely shocked with how kind the front desk staff was at this location!!! We loved the suite itself, it was equipped with a cook top, full fridge and more. Easily accessible from the main highway. The pool/hot tub was great. The gym looked good when we peeked in, although we didn’t get a chance to use it. Comfortable bed and really really nice toiletries provided (I actually searched to order some of the same brand once I got home).

When we arrived the room had not been cleaned, the beds were made but besides that trash was in the bins and on the floors. The pull out bed had confetti all over it. There was deodorant and hair product left over from previous guest. Overall the experience was just okay.

The staff were amazing. Very nice and accommodating. The room was spacious with everything we needed for our stay. However, the room was not very clean there was a dead fly in the floor, hair in the shower and on the toilet, and the carpet looked very dirty. The door to our room was wobbly and we had to pull/push very hard to open/close.

I had a great stay overall! The hotel was clean, quiet, and comfortable. The room felt safe and cozy. The staff were pretty friendly and helpful when I had questions. However, the housekeeping service was inconsistent. It was supposed to be provided every other day, but that didn’t happen during my 9-day stay. I had to take out my own trash and go get fresh towels and trash bags myself. It wasn’t a huge issue, but it would’ve been nice if they at least came around for fresh towels. I do understand they may be understaffed, so I can respect that. Despite that, I’d still recommend this hotel for the comfort and overall quality. Just be prepared to be a bit more self-sufficient if housekeeping isn’t fully staffed during your visit. When housekeeping did come around, there is a younger, tall, white gentleman with light hair and glasses who was so very kind!! I didn't get his name, but he was a delight.

Didn't feel like the room was worth what we paid. Bed was okay, could use some updates the main light was flickering and we had to ask the maid we saw in the hallway for more toilet paper. Overall I chose this hotel willing to pay more for a nicer stay, but was disappointed.

I really loved the look of the property. Very pretty, very clean. The staff was amazing. Extremely friendly and goes out of their way for you. The beds were a bit hard, but it seems pretty typical for newer hotel rooms now. I haven't found a hotel room yet that had softer beds. The one negative was that the bottom of the bathroom door looked like someome had cut it with hacksaw. It was jagged and destroyed. Not sure what happened there. Plus the door between the room and living room, the lock was destroyed. Not a big deal, but it got a bit inconvienient when my kids would shut the door all the way and we had to wake them up to come open it. Other than that, we had a nice stay.

Amazing front desk staff when I checked in, wish I had gotten her name. The room was very clean and had so many amenities. A full size fridge, dishes, 2 burner stove, microwave and dishwasher. It was comfortable and would definitely stay here again!

I have mixed feelings about this hotel. Check in was quick and staff was friendly. When we got to our room, the tv was missing in the living room. There was just a tv stand on top of the dresser. Not only did it look terrible, it was very disappointing for my special need son, who needs a tv. The front desk said they would have one in there the next day. That was not acceptable. I contacted Expedia and they were able to talk with the front desk clerk and we had a television in our room within an hour. A couple of the drawers in the bedroom were broken. Evidently the hotel is going to be updated. The amenities were great and the staff was very friendly. A couple of the things that we loved were the kitchenette and the adjustable ceiling fans in the rooms! The fans were a nice touch and kept the rooms cool. I will go back, if and when they upgrade the rooms.

I really wish I would have gotten the front desk ladies name! From the start of us walking in, we had a person in front of us and the desk lady was very rude to her and I could tell this mother was starting to get stress and fed up with her since her two kids were very tired! As she checked them in and I walked up she was very rude from the get go! We finally checked in and I thought I was done with her! The next night as we walked in she started yelling at us but I kept walking and didn’t understand what she was saying then she proceeded to say we had to take a specific elevator and that was in didn’t explain nothing! Mind you we came back from shopping so our hands were Full! We get to the elevator and kept pushing the button and the elevator cart we were not suppose to use kept opening and the second one wouldn’t! Mind you she did not help at all! How can you tell a person to not use the only elevator cart that keeps opening for you! WE had to wait Ten minutes for someone to come down in the other cart! Horrible experience with this desk lady

This is our third stay at this property. We keep coming back for location, comfort, and great service. We had to leave two days before scheduled due to family illness and Laura at the front desk made extra effort to work with Hotels.com rep and get us a refund Big thanks to Laura, and we'll be back on our next visit to Draper.

I got two rooms. I got there early and paid for both rooms and the deposits. I had to do some business in town and gave them my other guest’s name so they could check in if they got back before me. They didn’t write down their name and charged them for the room and deposit, despite me already paying and promising me they would be okay to check in without me. When I got there to address this issue, they charged me a third time for the room. We were only staying that night and I got charged $244 three separate times and my guest got charged another $244. So for one night, they charged us $976. I have yet to receive my refund for one of the charges or receive my deposit back, and my guest has not be refunded their $244 either. Awful to work with, awful experience. Go somewhere else.

As autistic travelers we have specific needs and the hotel staff were so gracious and willing to help. The property was relatively quiet with helpful solutions with regards to the heater in the room. The hotel provided additional directions to access the hotel. We wanted extra privacy so opted out of regular maid service but received supplies as we requested them promptly. There were several choices for communicating with staff, either by phone or text. We appreciated the cleanliness and quiet of the hotel and the professionalism and friendliness of the staff who made us feel welcome and at ease. FYI: When you get your room key that says it is “time to let me go and use your phone as a room key” they don’t mean you have to do it right now on the spot. You can still use the plastic key if you want to.

Everything was great. Our room had an air-conditioner that sounded like a train. I told the front desk and they gave us another room, just a few rooms down, immediately. The staff was wonderful. Would definitely stay here again.

Our stay was top notch. From check in to check out, everything was wonderful. Joan, at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. We asked for a place nearby to grab a bite to eat and Joan referred us to her favorite spot(Cliff Dining Pub). We liked it so much, we went 2 nights in a row. Our room was very clean and welcoming. The complimentary breakfast was one of the best we've ever had. It was hot, not continental. We enjoyed everything about our stay. Great central location to all that we needed. We will consider staying again while visiting SLC area(as long as the prices remain competitive)

The location was excellent. Parking was fantastic. It was a last minute booking so cost was a bit high, but we were exhausted from a 14 hour drive and needed to rest and the room was heavenly. My wife was very happy with the delicious hot breakfast. For a last minute, random booking we hit the jackpot!

We have stayed every trip with this homewood suits. We have LOVED it in the past. This time was a bit different. Biggest complaint would have to be breakfast. We stayed for 4 nights and every single morning the breakfast was the exact same. Three of those days nothing was stocked and the kitchen was a disaster mess. Food all over the floor no plates or utensils and no food out. Second complaint would be room service. Two out of the three times we needed items we had to retrieve them ourselves at the front desk.

The staff here were so exceptional. The breakfast crew especially. I have not experienced a superior experience with hotel continental dining. The dairy free and gluten free options and quality of food was 10/10. Will be making this our go-to hotel for UT trips. So amazing!

Joan was what made it worth the stay and she went above and beyond personally to make our stay a great experience The only area found a little worthy of improvement was the breakfast For some reason the main courses weren't hot But we still found everything great regardless Thank you Joan!
