We enjoyed our stay, and the staff at the front desk, lifeguards, and restaurant were all very friendly, helpful, and attentive. The food was excellent, and we really liked how the hotel changed themes and cuisines each night. The waiters were especially kind and supportive with our two young boys. The hotel is pram friendly, with easy access to all areas. The kids pool is fantastic, with both big and small slides that kept our boys entertained for hours. Evening entertainment was also very enjoyable, with energetic staff who brought a lot of fun and made sure the children were involved. The rooms are very spacious, and the beds are comfortable, but the biggest downside for us was the cleanliness. When we arrived, we noticed small mites in the bathroom. Even though we asked for it to be thoroughly cleaned, it was not, and my wife had to take care of it herself every day. We also followed the instructions to have the bed sheets changed, but this did not happen until we asked the cleaning team directly on day 4. Although they claimed the sheets had been changed, a small transfer mark from my wife’s black swimsuit stayed on the corner of my son’s bedding throughout our stay. If there was one improvement we would suggest beyond cleanliness, it would be to add a snack and drinks bar at the kids pool. It is not a major issue, but it would save the walk when spending long afternoons there.

El personal excelente: recepción, personal de limpieza, animadores y en el comedor muy buen atendimiento;el único inconveniente las moscas en el comedor que hacía imposible comer fuera; también dificultad con la wifi porque lleve portátil para trabajar y me costo conectarme. Volvería.

Great hotel with views of the sea and the mountains. Wonderful buffet with so much choice and a different theme each evening and entertainment that made it even more special. Parking, nice restaurants and shops nearby. Would definitely go back.

Das Hotel ist zwar frisch saniert, aber trotzdem in die Jahre gekommen. Vier Sterne sind nicht unbedingt gerechtfertigt. Das Essen war mittelmäßig, zu wenig Personal für die vielen Leute. Poolbereich war gut, die Wasserrutsche der Renner für die Kinder. Das Animationsprogramm am Abend, ganz in Ordnung, Minidisco war eher schlecht, über die Kinder wurde sich lustig gemacht. Der Mini Club war gut.

We stayed at the hotel for two nights with our family and overall the experience was okay. The pool water was quite cold, even in the heated pool. The restaurant was very noisy and echoing, which made dining indoors rather uncomfortable. The food was average, nothing special. The evening disco was a nice bonus for the children.

Las piscinas están diferenciadas como especialmente para niños la del tobogán y hay una casi en exclusiva para adultos ,mucha tranquilidad ,es ideal para descansar sin gritos ni salpicos aunque si quisieran los niños podrían bañarse ahí pero les resulta más divertidas las otras piscinas

Really liked this hotel, will visit again. Really nice apartments, 3 lovely pools, great facilities and in a really nice area just a few minutes walk from the beach. Supermarket next door, pool towels, microwave, fridge... beautiful weather. Had a wonderful week's break in Feb 2025

Furnitures like the couch need to be updated the kitchen cabinet was not screwed in right. The bathroom smelled aweful. The cleaning lady did not even empty the kitchen bin. The sea view was nice. Pool a little too cold but great view of the mountain

The property is more shabby than chic. It feels understaffed - the pool area would benefit from cleaning throughout the day. The restaurant is appallingly setup and needs a workflow to address the bottlenecking. Breakfast shouldn’t take the length of time it does.

O hotel é confortável porem alguns staffs precisam de treinamento. Todos os dias o pessoal da limpeza esquecia coisas básicas do quarto como papel higiênico, toalha, sabonete liquido e a gente tinha q se estressar com a recepção pedindo. Uma noite, houve um vazamento de agua do freezer espalhando agua p todo lado pedimos toalhas para sanar o vazamento e esperamos por 2 horas e ninguem trouxe e o pior o funcionário da recepção da noite foi extremamente mau educado. A comida era de boa qualidade mas alguns funcionários faziam com ma vontade alguns pratos que nem sal/ tempero colocavam. Os garçons era muito atenciosos e educados. Nao voltaria.

Muy buena en animación fue lo mejor, comida e instalaciones muy bien. Tema limpieza de habitacion fatal la mampara de la ducha sin limpiar estaba llena de marchas, la bañera tenia el surco alrededor marrón, el fregadero de la cocina y el suelo lleno de pelos desde el dia de la entrada.

Very dirty hotel, everything is sticky. The bathtub was absolutely dirty and clog. Air conditioning doesn’t work and even when you report all this, nothing gets done to fix it.

Fantastic stay. There is nothing to complain about our holiday at Allegro Isora. Everything was extremely clean and tidy and very well maintained. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The food was excellent and there was always a constant flow of freshly cooked food;the variety was fantastic too - you certainly wouldn’t go hungry!

It has been a while since I was this disappointed with a hotel. Cleanliness or the lack of has probably been the biggest factor - whether it was by the pool or in the rooms. We also felt you cannot really talk about hospitality as such- the staff, bar one or two exceptions, are doing just enough, barely offering a smile - not the energy you want to be around. Activities for kids not adequately advertised- most entertainment seems to have been happening by one pool and no staff bothered to walk around the others to ask the kids to join- very disappointing. The food was an average all inclusive buffet, nothing remarkable to point out, however the coffee was pretty good. Towels left on sunbeds from 7am- so if you are later you struggle to find space. Very disappointing stay, would not recommend.

Tranquillité : 5/5 Belle vue sur la mer. 5/5 Salle fitness Beaucoup d’appareils inutilisables 3 jours sur 7. Les repas : 2/5 Qualité médiocre des mets. Aucune variété des plats. Fruits en général en mauvais état. Idem pour melon pastèque, orange, Toujours les même charcuterie et même plus de chorizo depuis le mercredi. Viande au barbecue sans saveur. Pâtisserie sans originalité. Chambre appartement : Pas de lit double. Mauvaise literie. Impossible d’accoler 2lits en toute sécurité Mobilier cuisine en mauvais état Pas de cafetière ni de bouilloire Fermeture persienne balcon impossible. Séchoir balcon trop petit pour 2. Aucun porte serviette notable dans la salle de bain. Idem pour savon et produits dans la douche. Fermeture porte salle de bain défectueuse. Très bonne qualité de conseil de la personne conseillant les sorties.

Property served it's purpose for a one night stay until we checked into Airbnb. Pool was nice but too noisy, too many to many kids, room was tired and noisy. Hot water took a long time to show at all faucets. Breakfast buffet was better than what we expected. Staff was friendly at this hotel.

I was on the ground floor and both rooms had insecure patio doors. Air con was a blessing and the staff are great. Area around? If you’re not half / full board limited options. I stay as it’s convenient for family but may look at other options. Especially as I was awoken at 07:00 by staff outside the bedroom discussing everything but work.

Upon arrival we waited for 15 mins before being seen by the receptionist, she was then very unwelcoming and proceeded to tell us there's no kids play area, when this was a big factor as to why we chose this hotel. When I showed her the play area photos she said, "this is only for kids older than 4, but you can ask them", which was not correct, kids under 4 can use the play area but must be accompanied by their parent. The room was nice with a large bed and good storage, a cot was provided, the kitchen had a microwave and a fridge along with some plates, glasses and cutlery. No cloths, sponges or dish soap. No kettle or mugs. Their was a sofa bed, which was very uncomfortable to sit on, it wanted to unfold at any opportunity. The sea view was really nice, overlooking a busy road however, but this was not a problem. We had half board (breakfast and lunch) overall the food was average. It is very much mass produced at low cost. There is not a great selection of fruit in the morning, we could pick up much fresher/tastier fruit in the Hiperdino only 30 meters away. The dinner was quite good with themed nights. It did get particularly busy at peak times though, so you'd have to que for a while. The pool areas are great with comfortable sun loungers, we were not allowed to put up the parasol most days due to the wind, this could be improved as we have a 1 year old who can't sit in the sun for too long. Overall the stay was good but the service quality was poor.

Rooms are neglected.

De manera general el hotel está bien, sobre todo para niños. Tiene detalles en las habitaciones como el tipo y juegos, y muchas actividades. Pero le faltan cosas para ser un 4 estrellas. El baño no está en muy buen estado, nos quedamos sin agua de manera intermitente 3 días seguidos! Aparte de eso fue una buena experiencia

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were truly amazing—friendly, helpful, and always attentive. The food was very good, with plenty of variety to enjoy. Another big plus is the convenient location; there’s a bus stop right in front of the hotel, making it easy to travel anywhere you need. Overall, a fantastic experience and I would definitely recommend this hotel!

Very good value holiday, staff very friendly, great customer service & extremely clean. Only downfall is the queueing in the restaurants at peak times. The lay out around the show cooking and hot buffet does not work. Long queues for food whether you want it or not, you have to pass pasta/pizza area then the grill before you get to the hot buffet. Lots of people pushing in. If the hotel was to sort this I would have given 5 stars. Food most days was excellent & drinks very good quality. Pool areas very clean, never an issue getting a sunbed even when busy.

A little bit old / used hotel and the food is average -not a big choice and queues to the main restaurant.

Precio por encima de los servicios prestados. Lo peor la comida (mucha bollería, fruta de poca calidad). Comidas destinadas a los extranjeros. Poca comida saludable y especialmente para niños. Poca vigilancia de instalaciones.
