The motel was modestly updated, clean, owner was very kind. The outside needs work to make more inviting and the door on our room had a half inch space all the way around.

I was surprised by the 9.8 ranking for such an inexpensive property, so I thought we’d try it. Well. . . It was adequate for the price but definitely not an outstanding property. Check in was very pleasant; suggestions were made regarding dining and things to do. Property was very old, but repainted and furniture updated. 1/2” gap between door and frame let in significant cold air. Amenities were minimal and did not include a hair dryer or extra blankets. If you are looking for an inexpensive overnight stay in a clean, basic room, I would recommend this motel.
