2 king rooms for 1 night. They were both ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING. Only 1 had AC that was decent. The other was humid to the point that the floor felt damp. One TV didn't work. The towels looked clean but some were dirty in brighter light. There were food crumbs all over the floor in both rooms. I used a towel to clean my own water spill and it came up black from dirt already on the floor. One room had drink spills on the counters and in the fridge. The other had food left in drawers. One room had no smoke detector and a really strong smell of cleaner, but NOTHING was clean. One room had silverfish, and the bathtub was filthy in both. The bed sheets in one caused itchy hives. The elevator smelled like urine and had liquid on the floor. We stayed because it was late and the only other options had worse reviews. It was also one of very few available places because of events in the city. Don't waste your money. Obviously the owners don't care about their business, cleanliness, or guests.

This is only about the room we had. The room was small. The sink is not in the bathroom. But the biggest issue were the beds. The mattresses are extremely high. We had a 6 in step stool and we still could not get in, so we had to go to Walmart and purchase a taller step stool to climb in. The mattresses are also on an aluminum metal frame. This frame is not anchored, so the whole bed slides each time you try to climb in. The bed also clangs each time you move in the bed. It is a wobbling, echoing "boing" or warbling sound that you hear when a sheet of aluminum vibrates. You think the bed is going to crash. One of the small chairs (small wooden kitchen chair) was literally broken/falling apart. We were disappointed. We immediately made the staff aware and asked to cancel our remaining 4 day stay. We moved to another hotel. We paid for the one night, but they did refund us for our remaining days.

Management has way too many children. My family could not even enjoy the small pool because all 27 of them had it crowded and were unruly. They stayed out there the entire afternoon, evening, and a large part of the night, well past closing hours blaring loud vulgar music with no regard to others around them. This is supposed to be a hotel, not a family dwelling or zoo...Cleanliness was mediocre at best. There is a large roach infestation. Staff was unwelcoming with a few rude comments thrown into the mix. My reservation was for a room with 2 queen beds. The beds were not queen, but rather full size and were not secured. Really the only good thing I can say was the breakfast..it was better than most hotels ive stayed at. We appreciate the opportunity, but won't be coming back.
