Good location just off I-10. Bed made noises when we changed position. Room and bath were dated. Low water pressure and water didn't get hot enough. Internet didn't work.

My Momma always told me "if you can't say something nice, don't say anything at all", with that said... The bed was clean and comfortable and the,A/C blew cold, other than that... The area is questionable, the hotel was uninviting, the pool area was unattractive and had 2 chairs in total. The room was cramped and user unfriendly with the vanity area wedged between the entrance door and the bathroom door. The floors were so dirty I had to wash my feet between a shower and putting on my shoes!

No gym or pool. Also shower is okay.

Front desk were nice people, the room was clean and comfy. The shower had missing paint from the tub, the water pressure, i have to say I’ve had stronger pressure out of a camping bag. The pool had a padlock on the gate, that also had missing paint. Would I stay again yes

There was not one ice machine on any floor that was working. Front desk person was very responsive and embarrassed, but couldn't provide ice.

Great location and parking. Easy check in and a Waffle House is within walking distance.

Overall, it was okay for one night but the area does not seem particularly safe for a solo female traveler. When I left there were police at the waffle house next door. It's a fairly rundown area and hotel. When I woke up at 3:30am to use the restroom I decided to just leave. The bed was comfortable but very high off the floor, and sounded as though it might collapse. Staff was not at the desk when I arrived and check-in was slow and felt sketchy. It was noisy in the evening and the crack under the door was so wide I placed a towel under it to block the light and noise. Originally I was assigned an upstairs room and was told the elevator was out of order, they were able to accommodate a ground floor when I asked. Overall, I would choose a different hotel in future.

The room floor was filthy like it was never mopped or swept. The mattress covers were moldy. The building stairs were dirty as well.

The hotel has some serious problems. Where to begin? The doors to the rooms have a large open space at the bottom - around 2" - like they cut the doors too short. The net result is that anything and everything smaller than 2" can and does enter the room - light, sound, critters... The walls are paper thin & you can literally hear every conversation up to 5 rooms away. The beds sit on large metal boxes. I don't know who thought that was a good idea. The beds let out a loud metal CLANG every. move. you. make. During the week, the hotel is used for, shall we say, very temporary arrangements. Thin walls loud beds "interesting" guests = you can figure this one out. Those interesting guests also have conversations in the hallway seemingly endlessly throughout the night. You can hear every word, like they are standing right next to you. At 3am. (on the weekend it seemed like more touristy guests arrived and things quieted down significantly) If you were holding out hope for better ceilings, I'm sorry to burst your bubble. It sounds like your upstairs neighbors have lead weights on their feet as they stomp around. The hotel seemed clean enough when we arrived, but those dreams got dashed too when night fell and the roaches came out to play. Small brown ones. That climb walls. I had nightmares throughout my stay of them crawling all over me while I slept. The room seemed decent enough at first. But no. The door lock was broken & the tub leaked badly, among other things.

The floors were disgusting. My 2-year-old and 4-year-old were running around the room for <10min. They climbed into the bed and I saw the bottoms of their feet were literally blackened with dirt and grime, which also transferred to the bedding. Husband and I got to work towel mopping the floors, then we used Clorox wipes to get the filthy floors a bit cleaner for our kids. I spoke with the front staff, she was friendly, but her unfazed responses told me this was not the first nor would be the last complaint of cleanliness. I saw multiple cleaning crew members as we were leaving. They had mops with reusable mop pads similar to a swiffer. Unsure if they just use it to sweep, or to mop and spread the grime around. This location needs a systematic change in their turnover service protocol. Along with gross floors, the tub is all kinds of banged up, and faucet is loose and grimy. Bedding has stains, was hardly sure the sheets are cleaned between each guest. Very unhappy with this experience. Will not be staying at a comfort inn (if I can control the matter) again after this experience. We would have left had our kids not been absolutely miserable from our cross-country hours long drive that day.

The property is next to an abandoned building / old motel a lot of suspicious people around, kinda felt unsafe. The only issue was my bathroom was dirty the tub was dirty had dark spots the toilet seat was dirty. I had my on disinfectant spray and cleaner, and did it myself.

Comfortable beds. Hotel halls/common areas were warm and had a funny smell. Bathtub was gross and not clean. Beds were comfortable and ac worked, but was very loud and made a strange noise. Overall, below average stay but got the job done for a quick overnight trip.

On the 1st night, being on the 1st floor right next to an exit, slamming door was horrible. After an hour 1/2 we were able to get some rest.

3 /17/23. The hotel was better than I expected for the price we payed. They have done a lot of renovations and brought it up-to-date with a new paint job through and through. Carpet in hallways was clean. Rooms were tiled floor. bed was comfortable. My only complaint was that the walls were thin and we could hear the noise of the tv from the room next door all night long. I would stay here again however, I would ask to be put in a room far away if possible from other guests.

Room was clean. Tub had stains. Bed made a funny noise when you sat in it or got in or out of it.

We were not impressed. The TV didn't work. We told the desk. Someone came in to work on it, but never git it fixed. The bed made a horrible sound every time tou moved

Got a double room for 2 adults and 2 kids. The room was very small. Our room had been recently updated. TV was a decent size. Refrigerator wasn't very cold, and the freezer would freeze anything, or keep anything frozen. The pillows weren't great, but they were okay. Check-in took about 18 minutes because 2 people were ahead of me. Overall I would stay again if needed.

The motel was newly opened. They had slapped some paint on the walls and reopened it. The floor was sticky. We had to be moved because we found a snake in our room. Bed was clean, staff was very friendly. Bathroom fan was very noisy. Door to each room had a 1” gap at the bottom so any hall noise came in.

My stay was amazing! clean and staff was always helpful! the Guy at the front desk (Ola) was always on top of being helpful in any way possible. Breakfast was delicious and a big variety of different things.

The staff was Great Especially Cassandra she was great

I would have given a higher rating but since I never received my deposit back on my card I only have 4. The staff was nice but I was told the deposit would credit back to my card at checkout but never got it

Everything about my stay, from check-in to check-out was amazing!! Mrs. Lisa was the first person that I saw upon checking in. She was very sweet and very informative. She made me feel very welcome!!

The staff was amazing and friendly! The bathroom needs an upgrade and the bed was comfortable but squeaky! For One overnight stay it suffice

The stay started out disappointing from the beginning of check in, front desk staff rude and was swearing because he had to answer the phone. The room’s floor was so greasy our feet were black and when you walked with your shoes on you slipped. The shower had no hot water in the PM or AM just luck warm water.

The lady that prepared the breakfast was terrific. Very helpful and clean. Made sure all the items were well stocked

Checked in and our toilet would not flush. Called the front desk and asked for maintenance to fix and no-one was sent. We were forced to use the bathroom elsewhere.

We use this hotel every year for the past almost 15 years!! Awesome people, awesome service

Advertising on google is incorrect it’s not near the airport it’s 40mins from the airport the area is not a good area BUT the renovation of the hotel is very nice and clean it’s just the location of the hotel is in a run down area

The hotel itself was clean, and the staff was nice. Area around the hotel was marginal. Abandoned buildings. When the Waffle House is closed you know the neighborhood is suspect. Price seemed high all things considered. Nice staff, though.

It was a clean, well maintained hotel. The king bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good. We enjoyed our stay.

The room was clean and staff was friendly but there is metal under the beds so if you hit it accidentally or sat on edge of bed it made load metal clanging or banging noise. Our stay included breakfast. There were 4 pieces of bread, no butter, no juice. They should stock better.

The breakfast was great. The bed was a bit tall and hard for me. Other than that I had a nice stay.! Staff were great!

The hotel was recently renovated, however, it was done inexpensively. They put down self stick vinyl floor that were already coming up. The paint was patchy and the trip was done poorly. They left the old yellowing outlets and light switches. It was clean and the bed was comfortable. They also had a good breakfast.

Lynn and I felt safe while we had stayed at this facility. The room was clean and well renovated! The breakfast was awesome. We come once a year to attend the Acadian Festival. This hotel close to my families home. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The complimentary breakfast was very nice. Recommend this hotel value for money in Lafayette
