Staying at this ryokan was truly one of the most special parts of our trip to Japan. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed with genuine warmth and kindness. The staff were incredibly attentive, thoughtful, and respectful — always caring for the smallest details and making us feel at home. The location is simply perfect. Being in the heart of Asakusa, just a couple of blocks from Senso-ji Temple, allowed us to experience the magic of the area early in the morning and in the peaceful evenings. Walking through the neighborhood felt like stepping into traditional Japan. The atmosphere of the ryokan — its quiet elegance, traditional design, and calm energy — made it the ideal introduction to Japanese culture and traditions. It wasn’t just a place to stay; it was an experience that set the tone for the rest of our journey.
