Hotellet är slitet och bör inte klassas som ett fyrstjärnigt. Väldigt märklig illadoftande lukt som möter en när man öppnar hotellrummet. Receptionen ger helt annat intryck än rummet. Bra renlighet och helt ok för en natt påvägen. Stort minus för avgift för parkeringen.

Alt er dyrt og koster ekstra, det koster sågar penge at parkere foran hotellet selvom man har booket værelse. Morgenmaden var alt for dyr, så kørte videre uden t spise morgenmad. Selve hotellet var fint, og god placering ift supercharger.

Close by the highway 2. Clean hotel. Afortunatly one elevator was broken and the other one was very occupied during our stay. Also the bar closed at 23:30pm, so to drink a beer after a long trip you need to arrive before that time. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast is also a recommendation; much choice and very good! We stayed in a family room with 2 queensize beds. Big room, plenty of space. Seperate the kids room from the parents. A babybed was requested and was installed at arrival. Overall an excellent hotel for one night to travel further.

1 nacht en niet meer. Apart nog bijbetalen voor parkeren en belastingen, terwijl we bij de boeking al voor "lokale taks" betaald hadden. Ontbijt erg prijzig. Baliemedewerkster erg kortaf Kamer lag rustig aan achterzijde hotel. Erg donkere kamer. Hor van raam.was kapot

Lobby was clean but room was dirty. Air conditioning fan was constantly blowing dust. Dust would accumulate within few hours which was really unhealthy for us, I had two children. I reported this to receptionist but nothing was done about it. Blankets weren’t changed at all throughout my 6 night stay. Customer service was extremely poor, had two staffs who were extremely polite, but the rest were horrible, has zero customer service skills.

I reported this to receptionist but nothing was done about it. Blankets weren’t changed at all throughout my 6 night stay. Hotel was OK. Nothing special, but clean. Bedding awful. Food was good for breakfast but average for dinner - i used the "spaghetti Restaurant" once and the "Carbonara" was truly awful. Staff were OK.

We hadden een familie kamer geboekt met 2 kingsize bedden. Heerlijke kamer volop ruimte, aparte slaapkamer voor de kids met kindertafel en eigen tv. Zag er allemaal schoon en verzorgd uit. Personeel is vriendelijk en bracht snel een kinderbedje naar onze kamer (gratis). Ook de douche/badkamer was goed! Hotel goed te bereiken per auto (met veel laadstations van Tesla). Ontbijt was ook uitgebreid en lekker. Fijn hotel voor doorreis naar Italië. We komen terug!

Wij verbleven hier op onze doorreis naar Italië. Hotel ligt op slechts een paar minuten van de snelweg en is daarmee zeer goed bereikbaar. Voordeel is tevens dat het hotel beschikt over een grote afgesloten parkeerplaats. Personeel is zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam, tevens zijn de kamers ruim en netjes. Enige nadeel vonden wij dat de kamer heel erg warm was en de ventilatie/airco hier weinig verandering in bracht.

Wij verbleven hier op onze doorreis naar Italië. Hotel ligt op slechts een paar minuten van de snelweg en is daarmee zeer goed bereikbaar. Voordeel is tevens dat het hotel beschikt over een grote afgesloten parkeerplaats. Personeel is zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam, tevens zijn de kamers ruim en netjes. Enige nadeel vonden wij dat de kamer heel erg warm was en de ventilatie/airco hier weinig verandering in bracht.

Het hotel ligt dicht bij de snelweg, maar er is geen overlast van het verkeer. De kamer was erg warm. Jammer genoeg was het bed erg smal en het matras niet al te best.

We booked a standard double room. Bed was a disaster. Matrass hard, pillow no density at all and two beds of 140x200, felt really small. Price for the room didn’t fit the quality.

Aucun personne du personnel ne parle français comme indiqué. La chambre ne correspondait pas à la réservation. L’eau de la douche coulait à peine. On a réservé une table pour le repas du soir, ils ne savaient pas où nous mettre quand on est arrivé au restaurant. On commande des cocktails, ils oublient l’alcool et ensuite ils en mettent juste un tout petit peu car le verre était déjà bien rempli au lieu de le refaire. Pour le petit-déjeuner, on nous dit que c’est pas compris alors qu’il était inclus dans la réservation de la chambre.

Dinner Restrictions: On the first evening, I was told there was no menu or choice and that only breaded pork with chips was available. Due to religious dietary restrictions, I could not consume pork. No alternative was offered except on the following night, when I was served a small portion of chicken and jacket potatoes. This is wholly inadequate for a hotel offering half board service. both nights, we were charged separately for all drinks, including water and soft drinks, without prior notice. In total, we incurred additional charges of CHF 60 for soft drinks alone. This was unexpected and contrary to our reasonable expectation of a standard half board package. Distress: On more than one occasion, I was told in front of other guests that my meals had not been paid for, which caused significant embarrassment. I felt humiliated and, frankly, treated as though I was asking for something to which I was not entitled, despite having paid in full prior to arrival.

Close by the highway 2. Clean hotel. Afortunatly one elevator was broken and the other one was very occupied during our stay. Also the bar closed at 23:30pm, so to drink a beer after a long trip you need to arrive before that time. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast is also a recommendation; much choice and very good! We stayed in a family room with 2 queensize beds. Big room, plenty of space. Seperate the kids room from the parents. A babybed was requested and was installed at arrival. Overall an excellent hotel for one night to travel further.

Wij verbleven hier op onze doorreis naar Italië. Hotel ligt op slechts een paar minuten van de snelweg en is daarmee zeer goed bereikbaar. Voordeel is tevens dat het hotel beschikt over een grote afgesloten parkeerplaats. Personeel is zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam, tevens zijn de kamers ruim en netjes. Enige nadeel vonden wij dat de kamer heel erg warm was en de ventilatie/airco hier weinig verandering in bracht.

We hadden een familie kamer geboekt met 2 kingsize bedden. Heerlijke kamer volop ruimte, aparte slaapkamer voor de kids met kindertafel en eigen tv. Zag er allemaal schoon en verzorgd uit. Personeel is vriendelijk en bracht snel een kinderbedje naar onze kamer (gratis). Ook de douche/badkamer was goed! Hotel goed te bereiken per auto (met veel laadstations van Tesla). Ontbijt was ook uitgebreid en lekker. Fijn hotel voor doorreis naar Italië. We komen terug!

Je n' ai pas pris le petit déjeûner, car je n'aime pas ça, mais à 32 CHF je trouve le prix trop élevé. Je regrette aussi que dans un hôtel de ce standing les chambres oient "vieillissantes", mais surtout qu'aucun membre du personnel ne parle français alors que la Suisse romande et la France sont relativement proches.

We reserved this hotel through Hotels.com and paid extra in advance for breakfast. On the day of arrival, we were welcomed in a very friendly way and the lady at the reception confirmed our stay including the breakfast. In the next morning, when we showed up at breakfast, a blonde lady questioned our room number and told that our stay is not including breakfast and she didn't let us have our meal. She behaved us like we were cheating them. Then we went to reception and there was another lady on that morning, saying that our reservation doesn't include breakfast. She was also so rude that, even without checking from hotels.com, she behaved us like we were lying. So they charged us second time for the breakfast we had and it was the most expensive one we ever had. Completely insatisfied and would never stay in this hotel anymore. And we still want a refund on the extra charge.
