Exe Area Central

I’ve been in Spain for two weeks now and this was by far the worst experience I’ve had. The hotel is part of a mall but has no lobby and no place to pull up to unload unless you use the illegal loading zone. I wandered around inside for several minutes until I found the reception hidden under a staircase. I checked in, went to my room, which was blistering hot. I turned on the air conditioning while I unpacked, only to discover that the air conditioning was not working. In addition the fridge was not working. When I reported this at reception, I was told that their central air was broken. Further, there was only one plug in for charging devices and it was in the bathroom. Neither side of the bed, the lamp or TV area had a plug. When I returned the following day after my visit to the Cathedral, I found that the elevator wasn’t working….and I was on the sixth floor. Not to mention that I walked in, greeted the two ladies at reception and then stood in front of the elevator. They didn’t bother saying anything to me until two more people arrived and told THEM that the elevator was broken. The only saving grace was the nice young man that checked me in. Although he tried to offer me another room on the second floor, I would have to pack my items and there was no central air no matter what room I was in

Alles super, modern und ruhig. Viele Platz. Nur der Aufzug dauert ewig.

Instalaciones en muy buen estado, con todos los servicios necesarios y buena ubicación con acceso directo a un Centro Comercial, a no mucha distancia del centro histórico.

Todo muy bien, solo que es difícil encontrar en google maps como llegar en transporte público

Deben mejorar la señalización para encontrarlo y la salida del estacionamiento es la peor que he visto en mi vida .

Sejour convenable malgré une panne d'ascenceur qui nous a contraints de monter 5 etages par un escalier extérieur ( pb de vertige)

La propiedad es excelente. Ofrece parqueo, esta relativamente cerca del centro. La atencion de sus empleados es muy profesional y amigable. En la recepcion le doy mis mas expresivas gracias a Susi y Beatriz.

La ubicación es muy buena. Varios buses al centro paran en la puerta. Forma parte de un área de tiendas , con un Alcampo en la puerta prácticamente y varias opciones para comer. El personal muy amable y dispuesto y la limpieza de las habitaciones muy buena. En la parte negativa , el mantenimiento general del edificio está un poco dejado y el desayuno es muy justito y desde luego no vale los 10€ que cobran.

Personal y limpieza bien

When I booked this room the hotels.com description listed ‘2 Queen beds’. Ultimately 4 family members travelled together here and we could easily have slept in the room. At the front desk I asked that my 2 additional family members be added to the reservation but the clerk refused. I had to purchase a second room to gain access for my family (4 total). When I arrived in our 2 rooms I realized why I had to purchase this second room. There were no queen beds at all; only 2 twin beds measuring 39-40 inches wide vs a 60 inch Queen bed advertised. Very disappointed that I had to spend alot of extra money due to this false advertising. Also the room service was poor; my sheets had a food stain after the first night so rather than providing clean sheets the maid simply made up the bed neglecting to change out the soiled sheets. Also it’s an ordeal to get ice; there are no ice machines in this hotel so you have to ask the front desk to acquire a bucket of ice from the kitchen. All in all I will not be staying at this property again.

En general todo está muy bien, limpieza, comodidad, amabilidad del personal..

Små korte senge der larmer når man bevæger sig, meget larm fra gaden og andre værelser og fra andre gæster. Meget tynde vægge. Personalet er særdeles servicemindede og venlige og opmærksomme på gæsterne.

El aire acondicionado no funciona bien

My room was by the lift shaft so it was a noisy night/morning

Great spacious rooms, the staff were so friendly and welcoming. We had a great room with a gorgeous view of the park. The cathedral was a 30min walk, would definately recomend staying here. Thank you for an amazing stay.

Les nuits dans l'hôtel ont été cauchemar réveillé. Les parois de séparation des chambres doivent êtres en papier. Nous avons entendu "ronfler, parler comme si les personnes étaient dans notre chambre. Le système de fermeture des portes d'entrées des chambres obligent le client à claquer la porte pour la fermer. En bref nous n'avons pas réussi à dormir durant les quatre nuits que nous avons passé dans les lieux.

Great Staff, very good rooms, big and comfy

Teniamos una reserva de habitacion familiar confirmada, y al llegar nos dicen que tienen que ser 2 habitaciones separadas o mandarnos a otro hotel aun mas lejos. Para colmo, una de las habitaciones no funcionaba el aire acondicionado y hacia un calor insoportable.

En general todo está muy bien, limpieza, comodidad, amabilidad del personal..

The staff spoke English which made it very easy to communicate.

Worse location for a hotel in a shopping center, not near the city center and taxi service on the city is bad lady in the front desk was very nice, we tried to cancel and no way they would charge the full amount, is better to find a hostel city center

Quiet area but just a few blocks walk to start of old town and in a building with a huge market and other stores.

Location was perfect.

Das Hotel liegt ruhig in einem Wohngebiet und ist in einem Einkaufszentrum untergebracht. Bis zur Altstadt ist es nicht weit. Alles ist sauber und gepflegt.

Localização excelente, muitas facilidades no local, instalações muito confortáveis, bom café da manhã. Recomendo.

No me gustó el colchon, se le notaban los muelles. El desayuno mb pero el ulultimo dia fue mas flojo.

The location of the hotel was nice. I really enjoyed my stay. The hotel was close to stores and i didnt have to walk long distances for food and other essential items.
